Having moved here from Maryland, I had three vehicles requiring inspection and emissions testing. Brimmer referred us to One Stop Auto, where we met with Andy. There are many things that made this shop stand out from other automobile repair places, 1. Andy either saw us the very same day of arrival or within two days. To obtain an appointment, we normally would have to wait at least a week to two weeks out. 2. I googled the pricing and Andy's prices were fair, not ridiculous. I didn't feel swindled. 3. As parts were replaced, Andy showed my husband the parts that were bad, prior to ordering new parts. 4. Friendly. Andy and his co-workers were extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Having an fair priced, knowledgeable mechanic in the area, is a blessing.

I have been going to andy at one stop auto for maybe 5 years now. Best customer service and the mechanics are very knowledgable The prices are very reasonable. Their availability is amazing with fast turn around.

I have not used these people yet but I m going to give my faith where I believe it needs to be given last year I called them and wanted to take my car there to get it fixed however, some financial problems happen and I wasn t able to take it there this year I m able to do it thank God and again I went straight to this garage for some reason knowing that I can see that he deals with literally high-end cars Non-high-end cars and he gets the work done at a reasonable rate and I see nothing but good things and hear nothing but good things so I m gonna give him five stars and say that the service is going to be great and it s going to be an awesome experience, and I cannot wait to have my vehicle back on the road again Thank you one stop shop I really hope that this review can stay this way

I was just reminded tonight why I love Metro Express and the one on Marietta PK is something special . Each one does it good and I am never dissatisfied but the two pies and boneless bbq wings I got tonight reminded me of the 90''s Metros

Best and most honest mechanic I've met. Andy is an awesome guy and does a great job. He figured out the main issue when 3 other shops couldn't. My wife was supposed to go into labor soon and we really needed the car done ASAP and he got it done right on time. It's hard to find solid, honest mechanics who don't try to shmooz you into doing unnecessary things. Andy is a mechanic to keep for life.

I brought my truck in with multiple problems. Andy and his team worked hard to fix the issues and got my truck working again. He was great with communication and updates. They took their time and did a great job. Andy is an amazing guy always willing to get your car in and out. His knowledge base on German cars is amazing and I can fully trust him with my vehicles. The 50 minute drive is so worth it coming to him to service my vehicles. Definitely a must visit shop!

Great spot, called for an appointment and he was able to squeeze me in 1hr later for my inspection/emissions. And it was done in a timely manner, what great customer service! I went to Meineke right before and they were so bad with a 1.5hr wait with an appointment.

One stop auto is a great place to take your car. Every time I have called, Andy has taken me either immediately, or very soon after. I have always been pleased with the service there.

They did not aligned my car, they claim that they did, I checked under my car and none of my screws they showed no sign of alignment. I even had to get the police involved. Please do not take your car there, they don't care about your car. And charged me$100 and my car still shakes . I my lawyer is about to take them to court. Today I took it to a real garage and I was surprised to see my results they told me that they didn't touch the outter tie rods, I seen the results indicated that my two front suspension was not aligned, I paid once again to get it aligned, and the issue was resolved, NO MORE SHAKING. One stop Auto work shop ARE back yard mechanics.Service: Wheel alignment

The guys charged me 20 bucks to open up my sunroof and tell me how much it would cost to repair. Kept true to the appointment time and had me on my way in 30 minutes. Super easy. Thank you.

Never bring my car back here again. I let them install my alternator and within 6 months it's making my head lights and my internal lights flickering. I changed a new battery and it's still doing that. I found out from another auto shop that's the alternator issues. So I called them back to tell them it's alternator problems but they did not give me a new alternator even though it's still under warranty.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Was in town visiting family from Ohio and the shop I had put on my snow tires put the rear wheels on with the rotation the wrong way. Andy stayed past his normal closing time and swapped rear wheels for me.
