I walked into Nate's on Good Friday just after closing, hoping for someone to look at my car that was leaking oil. The techs had just left for the holiday weekend but Nate was closing up shop. He helped me call around and find an open shop, only a few miles away. He added a few quarts of oil to get me there and wouldn't take a dime. I was in a bad place and he stayed later to help in my time of need. Thank you!

I've been taking my car here for a few years and the service is always excellent! They work quickly, communicate what needs to be done or what's wrong, and I never feel like they're upselling me things I don't need. Highly recommend!

I needed an oil change, So I looked up different places that is close to where I live. I found Nate's Automotive and I read the reviews and look at the star ratings and wanted to give it a try myself and see. I honestly have to say they did in amazing job. And my car feels great! I will be continuing to go over when I need service for my car.! Thank you guys!!!

NaTEEEEE dont be deleting my reviews cause u suck as a mechanic now I will be checking your reviews every week to see if you deleted you scum. So for the people who didn t see this I called this fake mechanic to check my car hour and a half passes and nothing apparently everything was perfectly fine with the car typical scum mechanic nature but I was so amazed how he lied and say it was nothing when the whole time I knew there was transmission issues. DONT CALL THIS GUY AND DONT LET HIM TOUCH YOUR CAR SCUM SCUM SCUM

Nate is very professional & is very hospitable along with his staff. He even provided me with a car loaner until my car was repaired for the day. My car requires a part which is back ordered without a date of expectancy. Nate was able to expedite the part in order to decrease the danger of me driving my car. The prices are also very reasonable. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

Always very professional and helpful. The fact you can borrow a loaner car makes a world of difference, as it allows you to continue normal life/routines while waiting for your car to be finished.

Each time I go there for my Bug, they take care of her. They know me as the lady with the car that has pink eye lashes on her car is back . Love these guys

After calling in,explaining the job,they agreed,making appointment,waiting a week,brought my jeep in for work,an hour before they close they tell me they will not perform one of the simple tasks I asked for which in turn they refused to even give me an alignment which I had initially asked for and screw in 4 bolts to adjust my transfer case height,all this because the mechanic was too incompetent to figure out the first task he was going to be paid to perform which might I add I could have done in 10 minutes myself if I had a lift,simple job a 6 year old child could have performed and the fix would have been 10 times more strong than it initially came from the factory btw,sad to say I lost a week of time and they lost 4 vehicles I own that I regularly get serviced,which in turn could have been up to 6 grand a year in lost income for them,this is in no way shape or form to do business just because your mechanic is too inexperienced or too incompetent to realize it was a simple safe task,thanks for nothing and may this review stick with you and your business ,also since work was not performed I was forced to drive it home unfixed and unsafe,thank God I made it back in one piece

We had the our AC break down during our trip to Lancaster. Not only did Nate message us back on a Sunday evening, he had the car in the shop the next morning and the work was complete by the afternoon. They were so nice, efficient and fairly priced! Another great visit, wonderful service from Eden Tire! I recently acquired a new vehicle from and out-of-state relative, and, after getting the registration and insurance squared away, dropped it off at the shop for inspection and emissions test "whenever they could get to it". Despite the shop being pretty busy, I was quite surprised to get a call a few hours later that the work was done! I had asked around when we moved here over 15 years ago, and what I was told then holds true today...honest, fast, and reasonably priced. Great qualities for any service business, but it seems so hard to find in an auto repair shop. Glad we discovered Eden Tire all those years ago, and look forward to sending them our business for many more years to come!

Excellent service and competitive prices! Got pricing for new non-stocked tires on Friday, ordered them and scheduled the install on Monday and a couple days later they're installed. They made time to service the brakes, perform state inspection and routine maintenance at the same time, even though I hadn't scheduled it in advance.

was having issues with tire wear .. stopped by and got tires from these guysthey assured me everything was in working order installed the tires and sent me on my wayas to why they refused to acknowledge a obviously leaking strut and abnormal tire wear is beyond methey were very dismissive about my concern2 weeks later I happily paid another garage to inspect and replace worn sway bar stabilizer, leaking struts and other partsI'm sure they are great guys. but I didn't see that side of themglad I got a second opinion

Long story about my 2017 Sonata engine failure but I finally decided to hire Nate's to rebuild my engine, which turned out to be a bad exhaust valve. They performed the work and returned the car back to me in perfect working order and in a timely manner. Nate's provided updates all along and always returned my calls, and although the price was higher than I would've liked, it was fair.

I started going here for all my automotive needs after getting a good recommendation. So far, I have not been disappointed. I find the staff trustworthy and honest. I won't let anyone else do the yearly inspection on my car. They tell you what you need and nothing else. Eden Tire seems ethically operated and doesn't screw you over (unlike other auto repair shops). For example, I was having an HVAC issue with my car. They looked it over and said a software update was needed from Dodge and to go a dealer because they have a dealer only computer. Their diagnosis was correct and saved me a headache. They could have easily taken advantage of the situation but did not. I cannot recommend these guys enough!

We were new in the area, and a quick Google search showed that this place was really well-reviewed. That convinced us to go to the shop, and we are incredibly happy that we did.The owner is very nice, professional, and helpful. The shop's service is quick, and they are timely about notifying when work has been completed. Another wonderful service they offer is that they drop you off at home, or any other nearby location you want, and will pick you up when work on your vehicle has been completed.They aren't pushy with unnecessary repairs, and will be very up front with you about any work that needs to be done, while being straightforward about things that really aren't that urgent, unlike other shops that may try and pressure you into agreeing to additional work.To cap it off, they repaired an issue with our vehicle for free, since we had previously brought it in for some other work. We've had auto work done at a bunch of places before, but this definitely outranked everywhere else. I couldn't recommend them more.

We have been taking our cars to Nate's for years. Nate, Jerry, Hunter, Charlie and Ben are wonderful to deal with! We primarily use their location in Brownstown, but Bird In Hand is great, too! They are knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and always seem to go above and beyond to help get our cars in and out in a timely manner. I recommend them to everyone in the Lancaster and surrounding areas.

I saved like $500 by going to Eden Automotive. I first went to Pep Boys and they gave me a crazy expensive quote and it didn't even cover every thing I needed fixed on my car! A friend recommended Eden and not only was it way cheaper, they fixed everything that needed to be fixed! My car has never sounded better! I would recommend them for sure!

Horrible work with a disrespectful manager. I went to get an alignment for my car and in literally 1 day it was worse than before. Had a fight with the manager cause he was laughing at the situation instead of being a man and taking care of the situation. And he called my a liar even though I told him he could drive my car so I can show him the problem. Horrible place with careless people. Later I take my car to a another shop and turns out that Eden didn't tighten my tire rod which is why the alignment went bad in a day. So now I need new parts cause Eden screwed up my already good parts and they turned a 70 dollar job into a 500 dollar job. I wouldn't trust these people even changing a light bulb!!! Go somewhere else I advise you. I went to H and F tire and got great service with respectful people that care.

In town for a funeral and my car started to act up. Ask family members for a recommendation and we're told Eden is the place to go! After a thorough check out they determined that there was nothing wrong they gave me some things to pay attention to. This was a great opportunity for a shop to take advantage and charge me a ton of money. But not eating! And I got to say Tom makes the best Chicken & ribs anywhere!

These guys have your back. I took my Jeep in for inspection and called later to have them check out what I thought was a issue. The gentleman I spoke to called me back a few hours later and informed me that he thoroughly checked it like it was his own car and found nothing wrong. Anyone who treats your car like their own car has my business. Period.

I took my cars to Eden Tire for 2 years, and each time it gets worse. They love to charge $20 for replacement windshield wipers for inspections. Recently, after going in for an inspection, they mentioned I'd need body work for rust issues on my vehicle along with the catalytic converter. They took the money for the cat, and then I found out the body was not able to be fixed! Thanks guys! You lost my business!

My cousin and brother both raved about this company. So recently our company has had Nate s Automotive work on several of our trucks, we were very happy with their desire to please us and attention to detail!Also picking up and dropping off our company vehicles is a great perk!Thanks guys!

These guys are super honest and are always looking out for the customers interest. Ive been taking my vehicles there for a few years now and have always been shocked at how quickly and honestly they do their work for a very reasonable price.

They will pick up your car and drop it off, they are very honest , and very nice. I've never had any issues with them and the always to a great job at a great price!
