John and his crew do a great job! Was able to help me with the issues that I was having with my car. They are very professional and get your issues resolved in a timely manner. If you have any car issues, give John a call. Highly Recommend.

I was in need of a last minute check up due to some travelling. Jerry was so friendly and was able to fit me right in and John serviced my car. He answered every one of my questions with ease and they even checked my tire pressure due to my light being on, explaining what services I may need in the future. Jerry, John and the whole staff were so incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and fast! My boyfriend and I will definitely continue to bring our business here going forward. Highly recommend!

I had a minor accident and needed an alignment done on my car. I love each and everything of the employees at the Rohrer s town rd. Lancaster pa Monro. I couldn t ask for better, honest, service, advice, that they give me every time I go there! I value these employees with a 10 star plus rating! Thank you Monro, everyone there deserves a huge raise! I just moved to the area and my son recommended Monro. Jerry and John did a great job on both my vehicles. They kept me updated and were very pleasant to work with. Prices were reasonable. I now consider them my mechanics and would recommend them to others.

After a rather large mess of going to the dealership, spending soooo much money, buying different parts and still having an issue with my car, I decided to call and speak with John. Game changer! This man went above and beyond for me. He took the time to explain things to me, look up codes and find the problem. This man is an asset. Especially to women who feel like they get taken advantage of by mechanics. John is compassionate, professional, and will treat you right. This is who I want working on my vehicle. And to the District Manager: Give this guy a raise. This is the type of employee every business owner needs working for them.

I was a walk-in and I was greeted with a warm welcome. The gentleman at the counter explained in full detail all the possibilities and even informed me of other services and price match policy. For being a walk in my service was quick and friendly!!!

Jerry and John make MONRO, THE most reliable autoshop I've ever had the luxury of working with. As a woman, I feel and have been run over and taken advantage of when it comes to such dealings. However, they are the most honest, fair and precise team you could ever work with. There arent enough positive things I could say about this shop, and I will not take my cars anywhere else, as I know, I can trust them.I cannot recommend them enough.

I have just returned from my second visit to this service center. I like to install aftermarket performance parts on my cars and maintain reliability. After my first visit, I felt very comfortable with the staff. I enjoy talking about cars and I was impressed with their knowledge and honest opinions. This shop stands apart from other service centers which are noticeable when speaking with the technicians. I don't want to take my vehicles to a place that hires anyone with certification, this shop chooses wisely to make certain that their technicians are passionate about what they do, this has led to my second visit.When I spend my hard earned money on a car, it's important that it is cared for properly, not only for the long life that we hope to get out of the vehicle, but also for the safety of our loved ones that commute and travel with us.Other people have mentioned that the price is cheaper at Monro, this may be true, but what really matters is the quality of work.We all have choices when deciding who will service our vehicles. I could have taken my vehicle to the dealership that suggests they are the best because they are certified to work on certain vehicles while trying to beat the suggested time to complete a given job so that the mechanic can make more money by performing faster, even at the cost of customer satisfaction and safety. Instead, I made my decision to go to Monro Auto Service And Tire Center , where I know the mechanics will take the time to do the job right.We sometimes spend days making sure we make a rational decision when purchasing a vehicle, I want my automotive technician to care for my car the way I trust a doctor to care for my family.

Showed up for my SCHEDULED appointment, front desk guy was rude When I told him that I was going to wait (as I indicated when I made the appointment) Told me the guys have stuff to do . I canceled my appointment on the spot and left. This was my first ever experience with Monro, and I assure you it ll be my last

Excellent help, service and advice. I'm adding on to my former review. I returned after an oil change to have them check my tires and once again the team, with John at the lead did a great job in helping to fix my issues. I know it's a chain, but the people here know cars and want the best for the customer. Bring your car here and you'll feel taken care of in every way, from knowledge, savings, and correct repairs.

I ve come here a few times to get simple work done. I went back in April I believe to get an oil change and tire rotation. I recently went to get a tire rotation somewhere else just to find out that the carelessness taken here damaged 2 lug nut tire studs in each of my back tires. I remember when I came here I had to wait because a lug nut didn t go on, and they had to order one to complete the job. Had no idea they d just force the others on there to cause damage. Now I have to get it repaired somewhere else. Will be going to the dealer or with someone who I can trust from now on.

Had initially went across the street to Jack Williams they could not help me there, because they were too busy into understaffed as soon as they could help me was Friday, and I would have to leave my car all day long. I called Monroe who asked me how soon I could be there and I was there within five minutes. They helped me and had me out of there with my tire patched and fixed within 45 minutes! Great service, friendly, informative, and I am very appreciative!

UPDATEVery dissatisfied with my services done at this location. They ended up not putting on all the parts of my brakes, which created a horrible rattling noise in the rear of my car. I went to the other Monro on Oregon Pike, where they lifted my car and found missing parts of my brakes. Thankful for the honesty of the other Monro location. Dissatisfied with a mechanic that doesn t even finish the job for you. Won t be going back to this location.ORIGINALFinally a mechanic who isn t trying to rip you off. Thank you for your professional and quick work on replacing my brakes! Had me in and out within a half of a day!

The staff at Monro Auto Service and Tire Center are exceptional. They go above and beyond for their customers. A few days ago my car broke down. I brought it here while they were closed and they got to it immediately the next morning. I picked up my car that day. Unfortunately, due to unforseen complications, my car ended up breaking down again, but luckily this time it was in a nearby parking lot. They helped me push my car back into their shop so they could fix what was wrong. Despite being closed, John and Gerry stayed to fix my car so I could leave that evening. They insisted on only having me pay for the part and not the labor regardless of the fact that they gave up their free time to do so much work on my car. They both deserve a raise for their exceptional customer service and because of their kindness I won't take my car anywhere else.

I took my SUV there for new front routers and brakes. After getting them changed, on the second day they started screeching as soon as I pressed on my brakes. I thought it was just new brake noise so I ignored it. 3 weeks later the noise never stopped so I went back 3 different times in which they looked at it and said everything looks good. It obviously isn t! I m going on month 3 and the noise has gotten much louder, and as I finally looked at the routers they don t even look new ..I was warned about this place. I should ve listened.

Charged my girlfriend $76 just to check car and tell her it will be a total of $800 dollars to install a coolant line plus cost of labor. Checked online and the part cost only $50. That would mean $750 for misc parts and labor? No thank you. These guys are crooks. Please do your research before bringing you car here, it looks like they target customers that don't seem to know much about cars.

Amazing staff that goes above and beyond customer service and incredibly friendly. I went in for just a oil change and they diagnosed my check engine light with and kept me up to date on everything at a beyond great price for the time spent. I would gladly go back there any time and recommend it to anybody if they want fast reliable and sincere service. Especially being as busy as they are they still gave me so much attention and made me feel like I wasnt just another or any customer

Came here today with an emergency was taken care of ,John who did the work on my car was awesome as well as the rest of the staff . Got my car back on the road in no time . Can't thank them enough for helping me out!
