Great experience! Man at the front desk was friendly and helped explain exactly what they were going to do to repair/ fix my tires. Process was quick and efficient, and price was reasonable.

I have been getting my vehicles serviced here for years. The staff is always polite and goes put of their way to be helpful. I trust them when they a service needs to be performed or a part replaced. I have never had a problem with any work done here. The manager always takes the time to explain the bill, what was done and what I should look out for in the future. I tell people all the time to go to this location for reliable vehicle service!

State inspection required struts and alignment. Parts were in stock and work performed same day.Store manager is excellent.Though I live 10 miles away I schedule all my state indirections at this store

My place of choice for over 5 years. This is the only place I take my European cars and now my daughters first car. They ve always done more than just oil change. Because of their check up during an oil change, my mechanic was able to fix my Audi s pistons, they caught it in time and were very understanding on my financial condition and gave me different options to pay thank you guys for another great service!

I've been going here for basic oil changes and such for over a year now, and they've always given me great service. However, today I especially had to leave a raving review for them because they really went above and beyond for me! I came in for a simple oil change, but they found my one caliper was uneven and jammed. Simple fix, but then the whole internet system went down! Even though they were having difficulties beyond their control, they were constantly kind and informative to me during the entire process. They gave me hands-on demonstrations and explanations of what was going on with my car and not just feeding me words in an office. The stand-in manager, Tristan, even gave me a reduced price for my patience during the confusing and stressful situation they were going through. Just want to give a big thanks to Tristan and Owen for being such a great help and being honest and informative with me. I really appreciate all your hard work!!!!

I was told about the finding of a weak battery. They were happy to change it while I waited. Now I can go on vacation reassured my battery won't fail. I have been coming to this location for decades and I have always had great service from courteous people.

costumer service was friendly, but i went in for new brakes and pads and since the second day my brakes have been screeching every time i stop. i took it back for a second evaluation and they said there was no problem. its been three months and they still screech when ever i touch the brakes. I SHOULD OF HAVE DONE IT MYSELF!

I had first scheduled an appointment online for Sunday afternoon, but upon arrival, it was made clear that the Oregon Pike location was closed. In the email confirmations after booking, it never made indication that the store would be closed. Luckily, I live very close to this location and it was not a big problem, but this could be a huge disappointment to someone who lives far away. I did call the store a few days later to reschedule, although here is another issue- they never reached back out to me to re-schedule. However, the employee on the phone was able to get me in soon after and got the oil change done very quickly! He was originally not very kind on the phone, but was kind when I met him in person. The website needs to be updated to reflect the store hours better for that particular store. I was told by the worker there that this is a corporate issue and I believe it should definitely be addressed.

The manager was very friendly and professional. He kept me informed about the status of the inspection, the cost of the repairs, and the timeframe for completion. I'm glad that the repairs were able to be completed the same day and that the possible emissions issue also did not turn out to require a a major immediate investment of time or resources. Everything was good. I appreciated that they provided a copy of the inspection report and supporting documents. I seem to recall going to places that didn't necessarily do that. It is convenient that Monro allows for online appointment requests and has weekend hours.

Been coming here for 2 years now and have always had great service! Just got new tires and alignment. They definitely saved me money and did a great job. I think the manager's name is Jim and he was very thorough with explaining everything and has a lot of experience. Make sure you call ahead and give them a heads up for any service and they will get you in. Anywhere you call right now is going to have a wait because everyone short staffed. Great services and great pricing!

This place did an oil change for me and the next day my check engine light came on. I brought it back in, they checked it, CLEARED IT without fixing the issue, and sent me on my way. I just got the light checked again (it came on almost immediately) and my second opinion to me that they had completely botched the oil change and now I am looking at a couple hundred dollar fix. Wish I could leave 0 stars. What a scam.

Fantastic experience!! Thank you to Jim and his crew for their help!!! I was heading out of state and my car started sounding funny 5 minutes down the road. I m not from the area but I lucked out. From my initial call to them giving me the keys back, Monro made me feel like family. Really good at what they do and really treat people right.

I called Saturday morning after another place told me they couldn t do the appointment I booked online the night before until Wednesday. I told them what had been going on with my car it had to have roadside service Friday. My regular place is only open on weekdays. I didn t know if I could wait. The said bring it in at 4 pm. Not only did the they fit the problem a belt and battery, they were very reasonable on price. Added bonus the customer service was great which is hard to find these days. I highly recommend using them. They don t take walk ins but do get you in when they say and don t over book. So you are in and out in reasonable time as well.Also the employees were following covid protocol. They were wearing mask.Thanks for the GREAT services during getting my car fixed.!

So, they won a customer on Saturday. I called at 1:30pm worried they wouldn't be able to get me in and they got me right in at 2. The gentleman at the front educated me on what was wrong with my tires and broke it down in a way I could understand as someone who doesn't know much about cars. It is really hard to find places that don't take advantage of you when you're not an auto expert, but he physically showed me what was wrong with it and what it would take to fix it. He even tried to save me money by telling me what was absolutely necessary and what was not. Amazing customer service. I'll be back in very soon to get my tire issue fixed (sigh) one tire at a time. Oh and I plan to always come here for inspections and oil changes from now on because of how awesome the staff is.

Nice staff, very knowledgeable and honest. Derek definitely has hooked me up with deals and pricing.(Edit) I still come to this place, staff is very knowledgeable and is willing to show some of the issues I had with my car. Tristan helped me get back on the road as quick as possible!

Jim and his coworkers were so helpful to me! They answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to get me back on the road ASAP. I will definitely be going to Monro next time! They give you the best price around and they are incredibly timely!

Would give 0 stars if I could. I would previously go to the Monro on Roherstown Rd but they lost their personnel for state inspection, so I scheduled at this location. I scheduled a week in advance and showed up to my appointment early. I brought my registration and insurance electronically. This is what I had done before at the other Monro location and they had no problem receiving an email with the info, printing and adding to their files. This location had a huge problem with this, saying they had a 3hr delay to receive emails. They got aggressive in their tone to me when I tried to explain elsewhere had no issue with this and I asked to cancel my appointment. Will not return.

The manager is very knowledgeable and super nice. I took my car in for an oil change and shared an issue I thought I was having. He knew all about my car's engine and assured me that what was happening was pretty normal for my model. He told me more about my car thab Hyundai did when I bought it! Great experience and I will definitely be back.

Absolutely amazing work! I called the guys to have an aftermarket exhaust put on my new car. They took me in immediately, put my car on the lift, and gave a quote for the work. The price was very reasonable. The install ended up being more difficult than they predicted, but they got it done and even spent extra time making sure alignment and final polish was perfect. I was impressed by how meticulous the work was, and the final product was something to be proud of. Thank you very much!

I highly recommend this place. I worked with Dan and he was an incredible guy. Let me take a moment to say this Monro treats you like a person. They were genuine, honest and so kind. I had my brake pads and rotors changed. The service was impeccable and they finished it in a timely fashion. Not to mention they really work with you and the prices are beyond reasonable. This is the best chain auto repair shop I've been to. If you're looking for auto repairs, head over to this Monro. I could not have had a better experience!

Great customer service! Quick and easy. Bryan was extremely nice and very informative. Along with Derrick, he s the one who worked on my car and was very cool. He kept coming back to me explaining everything he was doing and concerns he had. Over all great experience!

My inspection time was coming up soon, and knowing I had an exhaust leak, I needed somewhere reliable to take my car on rather short notice. I called in expecting to have to schedule something but without hesitation the guy I talked to offered to check it out as soon as I had a chance to take it there. They were very upfront and honest with the estimate, and explained everything that would need to be done and why. They had all the parts my car needed in stock, and a very skilled welder that did very clean welds where needed. They did a great job, and now my car sounds and runs much better. Thanks!
