The manager was very respectful. The booking was pretty last minute and they made it happen. As I was waiting for my car to be finished and employee started a conversation since it was near closing time and we started talking about cars the manager came over and after telling me the situation with may car gave me advice on how to look into getting into cars after I asked so long story short= respectful and friendly manager and staff,and the process was no headache.

Fantastic service! They helped me to determine what was up with my car, and were very friendly and very helpful. I always have preferred Mavis Discount Tire staff and how helpful they are, I ve been to a few throughout Pa and one in NJ, but I truly appreciate the service today and I m happy one opened up here in Lancaster. A+ 100% would definitely recommend to a friend, family, or anyone really.

Rae Lynn (sp?) was exceptional in her service. She went way above and beyond, was very personable/friendly/interactive, and I am extremely grateful. She kept her word about keeping cost around what she quoted, worked hard to find the part that was needed for repair, and even found me a ride home when I didn't have a way. I was beyond amazed at her car knowledge and all that surrounds that. Well done! I will be returning in the future.

Trustworthy and knowledgeable. A few months ago, I bought an 08 Ford Fusion that comes with a handful of problems that the previous mechanic I was seeing did not see or mention to me. Ray was not only able to find and tackle some of these issues (so far- she needs a lot of work) but described them to me in a clear way so that I could understand what was up with my car much better than the other shop I was going to. Which being a young lady like myself can be difficult to do when it comes to vehicle maintenance. As much as the list of problems do dishearten me- at least I have been made aware of them! I have confidence in knowing I can call on Mavis/Ray for help and feel like they actually care and wanna keep my car safe to drive which means alot to me. I wish I chose this place sooner.

My 77 year old mother drove over something in the road that caused a sudden loss of air in her tire. Thank goodness we were able to get it down the street to this Mavis location. We were instantly taken care of by CALM and very compassionate professionals. At that point we were still hoping for a plug and were not aware that a piece of a metal chair was in the tire! My mother, who is very easily overwhelmed, was upset but after she saw the jar of other things removed from people's tires she laughed and felt so much better. What a really kind gesture! I cannot recommend this particular crew of people enough. From the wonderful sweet lady at the counter to the service people - you all made a stressful situation the best it could be. Thanks again!!

Recently got an oil change and had to stop by again for an unexpected visit, which Dave helped get me in immediately for my vehicle needs. I had an issue with needing to remove wheel locks and put on regular lug-nuts, and Dave got the job done in half an hour with great results. He is super courteous, knowledgable, and someone I consider to be very trustworthy in regards to your vehicle needs. The entire staff is really great and makes you feel at ease, which is great for someone like me who knows absolutely nothing about cars lol. Thank you guys!

I wanna thank Gil for the amazing service he gave me, got me my 4 tires and an oil change and also gave me a discount because I was waiting for so long and he was very kind and respectful and had such a positive attitude, thanks to him now I have my number one spot to get my car fixed, also thanks to the technicians for doing such an excellent job

These guys were great and amazing price on helping replace my two front tires. My vehicle was also lowered and it wasn t too much of an issue at all. Got it done in under 40 minutes. Definitely coming back.

I recommend going here, They know exactly what they are doing.. I ve been coming here for a little while now and it s always been a good experience.. I called and they got me in right away. I ve went and got good prices for tires and also had a power steering issue and they even managed to help me with that as well before the New Year!!! You go to other places and they really don t care just about your money. But at Mavis Discount on Columbia Ave they Work With You and they actually care about the customer and want you to leave taken care of everytime. They have other locations around as well!! Shout out Raelynne & David as well as their team for going above and beyond to help me!!! These guys are amazing thank you so much! I will continue going back!!

Awesome service everytime, have been here for repairs and tires. Both services were equally seamless. The manager is great, he always makes sure ur taken care of and goes above and beyond. Won t go anywhere else.

Store was very clean and the front desk employees were really respectful, went with my brother because he just got his tires done , tiff and gil where very educated and explained what my car needed and tpms light went right off, even when getting my keys from the technician, he was very respectful, think his name was felix, but overall great experience and will definitely be there again with any problems

Listen. I love this place. They just saved me tremendously. I came in needing many things replaced on my Murano. They worked with me with what funds i had and got me back on the road quickly. They were very friendly and made a stressful situation that much more easier and relaxing. They definitely took a wait off my shoulder. I highly suggest this location. This was my first time coming and i will definitely return. Thank you to Dave and Ray that helped me out, you guy eere a lifesaver.

Purchased new set of tires from them when we had blowout in May. As fate would have it, this week I ran over a screw causing a slow leak in one of my tires. I didn't notice it until the tire was flat when I woke up this morning.I took the car over to them and they were able to quickly make the repair as I waited and I was back on the road in no time. All, if you are buying new tires, spend the extra money to get the protection. It's worth it.THANKS Mavis for taking care of me.

This past weekend our tire went flat for no reason at all. Was close to Mavis so pulled in. Mike got us right in and they re-inflated the tire but couldn't find a leak. Spent a good half hour looking! Wouldn't charge me as Mike said I didn't fix anything. I know where I am going for my next set of tires.

I had a flat tire/slow leak due to a nail. I called in around 330 with a desperate request for help before having to pick up kid from daycare at 5. They squeezed me in, were incredibly kind prompt and professional, explained every step, and got me back out on the road in time to pick up the kid. THANK YOU!!!

Every single person I interacted with (managers, technicians, EVERYONE) were extremely kind, professional, and knowledgeable.I took my 2011 Toyota Camry in for some serious issues including timing chain and they worked with me to find a price that was reasonable while reassuring me that it ll be a top notch job.I highly recommend this location for any and all services!

Excellent Service at MavisI recently had my oil change done at Mavis and I am extremely satisfied with the service I received. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They completed the job efficiently and with great attention to detail. The facility was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable waiting area. The pricing was fair and competitive. Overall, I highly recommend Mavis for their excellent service.

Yesterday I had a set of Michelin tire installed on my VW Jetta at Mavis Discount Tire on Columbia Road in Lancaster, PA. Mavis gave me the best price for the new tires and provided prompt service and a friend staff.The next time you need tires check the prices at Mavis Discount Tire before you go anywhere else.

Went in for a tire repair and they were able to notice a couple of other urgent issues with my vehicle and fixed them. Service was also very nice
