MAACO Lancaster did a great job on my Triumph TR3. They were great to work with and gave me a car that really turns heads and has won awards at car shows. Before and after photos attached. I highly recommend them!

Rob the owner promised our car would look a lot better than it did, when it the last time a dealer had it painted. Rob and his staff went above and beyond, they actually found more areas on our car that needed to be repaired than what I originally found. The car turned heads before it is a real head turner now. Quality of the work was as expected for a rust repair. However Rob Taylor deserves a shout out for his customer service. An airbag sensor wasn t properly plugged in after the repair and cost me money to find the issue and correct it, Rob was apologetic, didn t hassle me and took care of the costs to correct the issue. A true example of what quality customer service is. Thanks Rob!

The work that was done for my car at Maaco was PHENOMENAL. When I picked my car up, it looked as new as it did the day I picked it up from the lot nine years ago! It was a swift turn around from drop off to pick up & they perfectly got the scratches out on the hood and my bumper! I recommend Maaco wholeheartedly and trust their workmanship!

Rob is the best! Great communication, paint job, body work, and he was under budget. He even gave my kids beach bags, Barnstormers tickets, and water bottles! He was super caring and great to work with!

These guys really care about how you feel on the work they perform on your vehicle. Took my GMC Envoy in for some front end body work and new paint job. Understandably the work took a little longer then usual because of supply issues which is to no fault of Maaco. They did allow me to take my truck home when I needed it and the work was 80% done. I was able to bring it in to get finished and it was done same day and even got a nice card and some cash for the inconvenience of how long it took for services to be completed. Again these guys really care and that s hard to find in today s world.

Not your average Maaco. These guys are very professional. Had a stock orange bumper cover covered blue for my 400 HP SRT4 and they hit the nail on the head. Will happily work with them in the future - Mitch

He took his time to help my 17 year old get her first car painted and did not get frustrated when we struggled to find the right color for her!! He knew what we were looking for and when it wasn t right, he reached out and got it fixed without charging us. He was wonderful!! BEWARE OF FALSE CLAIMS AND BAD PAINT JOB!!We were told they would take care of the insurance company that was giving difficulty paying for auto body damage (check was sent but never arrived). Macao said they will deal with the insurance company and have experience with it, and we will not have to pay out of pocket. Once the car is done they want payment in full. Poor paint job. The color doesn t match a 2022 car. There is lots of over spray on the tire and hub cap.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had my entire car painted and it came out beautifully and exceeded my expectations. From the time I met the owner Rob Taylor I felt I was in good hands with an honest business owner. He took me for a tour of the shop and showed me the stages my car will be going through during prep & paint process. The estimate was honored and they did exactly what he said he would do! Was referred by a neighbor and am so grateful to Rob & his team for the wonderful work they did on my car! If you re like me, you NEED a reliable body shop and I finally found one in Lancaster. Rob, the new owner, was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. Best of all- trustworthy!!! They popped out a dent that others told me would need a whole new part and re-painted several surfaces. Very reasonable for the amount of work! The car looks brand new and the service was top-notch. They were flexible with my schedule, car was ready ahead of time, can t say enough great things about the new Lancaster Maaco. Thank you!!!

They did a very poor job, I knew macco was did poor work but I didn t know it was gonna be this bad. They never touch my runner boards, never sanded them or painted them. They got paint on my back window, broke my locks and forgot to put plastic back on and and the paint is very blotchy. I would not recommend this paint shopService: PaintingService: Painting

We had a great experience with Maaco, they did an awesome job with our repair. Even though our repair was a smaller one, (painting/replacing mirror), they were able to save us a significant amount compared to the dealership price. We were schedule quickly and we are super happy with their customer service and of course the savings. When someone hit my daughters parked car she was devastated and I was glad she was ok but I knew it was an inconvenience to get fixed. She lives about 2 hours away from us and she took it to the Subaru dealer and they sent her to a shop they deal with! They gave her an estimate but I am so grateful she went to Maaco for a second opinion! They were wonderful!!!! They scheduled a rental for her and made sure the car would be dropped off at their shop right away! They worked with us to make sure Original Subaru parts were on the car since we requested them! They even returned parts they already ordered since it wasn t what we wanted!I called them many times and Trevor was so patient, kind and he did everything to make us happy!! He took care of the rental return for her when she picked up her fixed car! I also questioned replacement of the headlights but he reassured me they would be exactly the way we wanted them or we could bring it back!! I really can t say enough about this shop and would recommend it to anyone! They truly want to make their customers happy!

Rob is great business owner and customer advocate. He is a small business owner and he works hard to ensure that the job he performs is outstanding! I brought my car in Rob wrote up a quote, and once he completed the work he also made a few minor adjustments that made my car perfect And no extra charge! Rob and his team were able to replace my driver side mirror when other local shops either gave me price gouging estimates or told me they are too busy for a small job. Got a reasonable estimate on Monday and the painted part was ready to install by Wednesday.Excellent quality that did not break the bank. Would highly recommend this shop!Service: Painting

Broadly speaking, Maaco may have more of a reputation as a place you go for OK quality body work at a cheap price, but I can assure you that Maaco Lancaster does not fit that mold. Their quality of work is EXCELLENT while maintaining better-than-market pricing. Rob and his entire team at Maaco Lancaster are to be commended for their tremendous customer service, quality of work, and pricing, as Rob in particular is an owner that will absolutely go above and beyond for his customers. I would HIGHLY recommend Maaco Lancaster for anyone in need of body/painting work in the Lancaster area.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I needed a new fender on my camry and they priced a quote that was lower than what other shops were giving me so I decided to give them a shot. I was not disappointed. Ron was very easy to work with and he had my parts painted before I dropped the car off to keep the time they needed my car down to one day. Was very pleased with the outcome and would definitely use their services again.

Fantastic job. I am very pleased with both the quality of workmanship and the final price which was lower than the estimate. I live about 1 1/2 hours away but it was worth the drive. This is the second car that they have repaired!

I can always depend on the auto body techs at the Lancaster Maaco to do high-grade, quality work. On my recent repair, the guys did a great job resurfacing and repainting the rear car bumper. They completed the work in three business days, despite the weather conditions not being the most favorable (late March snowstorm). They really go the extra mile. A big thanks to Ryan and Trevor for their friendly, professional service!

This was a full repaint with some body work included. Rob kept me informed of what was happening with the job. Found some unexpected spots of body rust and informed me of the options. Despite the surprises kept the price within the estimate. Had one problem with paint cracking afterwards and he took care of having that section repainted. I ve worked in customer service for 25 years and consider myself rather critical with the service I receive. The service and communication from Rob and his team is outstanding!!Service: Body & Trim

Very pleased with the service that we received! We had our VW Jetta repaired twice because of accident damage and they were greet! Ryan took the time to explain all options to us and go over what was best for us. I appreciate him taking the time to talk through options and the work they did was great!

Always rely on my local MAACO. GREAT staff, excellent work and friendly atmosphere. My 2018 Tiguan has visited four times since I ve had it. It works on highways,tunnels, bridges and railroad and subway lines. It gets beat up but MAACO does the job. Will never go elsewhere!! This my 2nd auto that I had painted at Maaco As promised done in a timely matter I was so impressed the 2nd time around I again love my new looking car !!!!
