Went to this amazing place to have my tire looked at. I thought needed to be replaced and Ron and the team confirmed I was correct. Tire was ordered and they swapped it out with no issues. Very careful with the vehicle as if it was their own!Thank you for the continuous amazing service keep up the great work

Great experience! Fast and friendly service. Get here early as it s first come first served. Paid $340 for 4 new tires on my Toyota Corolla.Thanks again for taking care of me so quickly !

Went here a couple of weeks ago after my front tire blew out and realized I need 4 new ones. It's one of the best garages I've ever been to! A recommendation from Pep Boys; they had the tires I needed and were done in 20 minutes! Treated my car like their own and felt like I was home. Would recommend this place to anyone!

I just want to say it s very hard to find a honest person. Especially when dealing with the automobile field. LTG Tires will take care of you. They will treat you with respect. They have been honest with me and my family ever since I ve been coming to them. I will not trust anyone to take care of my car unless it s this location right here. I appreciate them so much they are honest they have morals and integrity beyond regular customer service and I want to thank them so much. Living here for eight years and going back-and-forth with different people knowing they are lying or overcharging me has been stressful. As you can imagine when you find someone that you can rely on you stick with them . I want to tell everyone please come and check them out give them a try you will not be disappointed they will take care of you and they will treat you with dignity and respect. Called up to check and see if they had a specific tire I was looking for and the answer I got was I m not getting up and going out and looking for a specific tire just for you.

Great service. I was a walk-in and was able to get new tires installed same-day before a long drive home for the holidays. Their ability to estimate how long things take is impressive; I was there not a minute longer than they said I d be. Their waiting area is also cozy!

Look no further for tires! This place has AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE, they re FRIENDLY & offers tires at a very FAIR PRICE. This shop is family owned, they re understanding & was helpful in my time of need. I was traveling from out of town, needed 4 new tires for my vehicle & didn t have the extra money in my pocket. Not only that, but I arrived basically at closing time, (which I felt horrible about) & they stayed after work to get them put on for me. I was desperate because I was traveling. The owner was helpful & worked with me. I got 4 used tires + labor + tax for only $200! I was beyond grateful! Drove over 1,000 miles back home & the tread is still in great shape! This shop was such an AMAZING experience for me & how I was treated next time I m traveling through Lancaster, I ll get a brand new set of tires here & have them put on! Tell your friends & family about this place!! (they need to know)

I had a flat and a donut for a couple of days. I called these guys they set up an appointment had me in and out. They were able to fix my tire instead of having to pay for a brand new tire for a cheap price.

The absolute worst place to rent a uhaul,wow I mean wow, attitude from the door all way til you return the Truck and that $100 deposit he keeps that.

Very pleasant family owned and ran business came in for a quote on tires office suggested to have tire looked at problem fixed and out the door in 15 minutes for a phenomenal price. I def will be taking my business here for now on. Lucky find!!

Bought a used tire from here about 6 months ago for my older 2005 Honda Pilot. The tire I purchased was by far better than than the other three I had on the vehical. It looked all but new. These are t tires someone changed because they were told you only have about 2 months left on it till it would pass inspection, these are tires you don t have to be a mechanic to know they put a good tire on your vehicle! It s a family shop, they are nice as could be, quick, and a great price. Go there once and you will think twice about buying brand new tires ever again. I don t know how they do it, but you will drive away happy you checked them out. I would highly recommend LGT to anybody.

Stopped here as I had tires to put on I had gotten somewhere else- had a absolutely fantastic experience, Ron and his wife were so kind they sat and talked to me about what I wanted done, and while putting new tires on Ron found an issue, which nobody else could find. Then took the time to get me the best price possible., which we have scheduled for Thursday to have the work done, I NEVER have seen the need to give my review, but this seemed so right. They def have a customer for as long as they are around. Great job guys. Left a very happy customerThank youKevin

I had a tire light come on yesterday and needed help fast. I googled local tire places and found LGT. They were rated 5 stars and I found out why. I walked in, was helped immediately since they don t take appointments. Within about 5 minutes I was out the door. The cold was the cause and I needed air in my tires and he put it in for me. The charge? $0. Now that s service!

We needed tires for inspection they had exactly what we needed and were available to do the job on short notice, the tires looked new and a good price. Will definitely use them again if need be.

Took my Acura TL type s there for new bearings and wheel hubs , they ended up calling me and telling me my abs sensors were broken and when I corrected him and told him I have no lights on my dash, he changed his words to would be broken in the process of installation. After installation which took 7 hours , he told me one of the bearings was faulty but did not remove it from the vehicle and left it on meaning I couldn t return it to get it replaced for a properly functional one. I left the shop with my car making a very sound and uncomfortable grinding or scraping noise . I arrive home and smell something burning and see smoke coming from my front rotor . Something they must ve put wrong ended up deeply scraping into my rotor causing it to grind and emit smoke. I had messaged the shop and asked them if they could check it out since it came from there shop. They asked me to bring the car in the next day but I wasn t able to so I told them I could the day after and asked him to verify that I wouldn t be charged anything since they were at fault and not me. That s when they proceeded to leave me on read and never got back to me about the situation. It was my first time ever going to this location and my car ended up coming out with more issues than it ever came in with. To lights on the dash and needing to replace my abs sensors , brakes, and rotors. That was the first and last time I will ever trust that shop with my car. If they choose to respond to this denying and not recalling the situation, I have messages and pictures they send me as well of the broken sensors they sent me in the process as they say of replacing the bearings and hubs.

I was visiting a friend for the weekend and woke up Monday needing to drive across the state for work - ugh flat tire. After calling around to the chain tire stores I luckily landed at LTG Tires. Just **AMAZING** customer service there. Ron is an extremely reasonable down-to-earth guy. Took a minute to diagnose the issue and confirm it could be fixed. In/out in only a few minutes, vs. hours wait at other places (who'd probably try to upsell me). If you're looking for honesty and service LTG is where you want to go.

Ron is awesome! I can't say that enough. I needed new tires put on my car. Some how my lock for my lug got lost. I had to order a new one which was an ordeal. It apparently was not the right one. After going to the dodge dealership to have them remove it and out different lugs on in place of the ones that lock. The guy at the dealership ended up shredding and grinding my pattern lock out. So he could not remove it. I was sent somewhere else who then said they couldn't for them to send me back to ltg saying they can get it off and how great ron is over there. Sooo, I went in again to ltg and Ron ended up getting the lock off after a long struggle and a ruined socket but he got it off. I've been going to Ron for years and will continue to to go to them for my tire needs. When all hope was lost Ron got it done. I will and have always recomened them for tires. I just wont recomend them to cut the lock lugs off cause ron hated it lol. .

Over charged uhaul fees. The gentleman was too busy to check uhaul at time of drop-off. I was charged $24.20 for fuel, when fuel gage was at the same mark at pickup. It's evident in the picture I took. Also, I was charged for 2 rental periods when I dropped off the truck less than 24 hrs of having the vehicle. I dropped off the vehicle at noon and the return time is listed as 552pm, charging me an extra $29.95. When asking about the additional charges, I was told to contact uhauls toll free number and speak to them.

The best experience I ve ever had anywhere! We were on a spare donut after a flat about 2 hours away from home. They took us in less than 10 minutes before closing time when everyone else turned us down. The nicest people we ve ever met and we ll definitely be a returning customer.

Outstanding service; great experience! Ron and Tina were beyond helpful and provided exceptional customer service. I am very pleased with their recommendation on tires, and also had additional work performed on my vehicle - high quality and $400-$600 LESS than I was quoted at other shops around the area! Very satisfied customer here. Will be recommending to others at every opportunity, and will absolutely return in the future!

The guy charged my girl $100 for 2 used tires. We were able to stay in the car as he did them. We actually timed him play-in around and it only took him exactly 11 min. So our visit was very satisfying. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I needed 4 tires ASAP. Called Saturday morning around 10 am and by Noon (same day) I was having 4 new tires installed at a great price & completed within a half hour. Super friendly, professional and pricing is great! Would recommend LTG Tires to anyone looking for new or used tires. Thanks guys
