Terrible communication, he does not keep you updated on when you can expect your car and def isn t standing behind his work. I have left numerous messages about my car stalling after he replaced coil and spark plug, no return call. I m not sure how he has all of these good reviews. I had a rock go through my compresser on my car and me and my uncle fixed it but the next problem was filling up the freon. I called Kwani and he told me I can bring it straight down so I did and in about 30 minutes he vaccumed it out and filled the rest up. I was also curious to the process which he explained it to me in detail and when calling other garages he charged me about 60 dollars less I strongly recommend going to kwani's auto repairs.

Kwani's is the best Auto Repair Shop around!! My friend advised me that this mechanic would give us a good price for oil change but in the end he gave us at least %30 percent higher than the regular market price. I did not like the way he treated the customer. I won't ever go there again.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

We were 2 women traveling from Jenkintown to Lancaster , not familiar with the area and nervous about the overall driving Then out of the blue my passenger safety belt broke.My driver friend was very upset, already nervous about the drive since she hadn t t driven long distances there before We pulled into Kwai s repair shop because it was on the way, very tense and worried about our safety. Mr Nguyen calmly had the seat belt repaired ,safely tucked us in our car and sent us on our way. Did not charge for his labor and smiled when we asked. Call him our Good Samaritan Thank you Mr Nguyen for helping two very nervous older ladies finish their journey safely.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My family and I went on a drive on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. Our van started to shake when the gears changed and the engine light was blinking and dinging. My car manual said avoid driving if this happens. Luckily, I was right next to Kwani s auto repair. We pulled in and parked. My wife got an Uber to Harrisburg airport and picked up a rental van while I waited with the kids.I left Mr. Kwani my key and a note asking him to please check my vehicle. While I was waiting, two other customers came by to drop off cars for service. They both mentioned how honest Mr. Kwani is and that he does good work. I felt confident leaving my vehicle.The next business day, he called and had fixed my van at a reasonable price.If he wasn t an hour away, he would get all my car service business.

Honest place with great service, when I took my car in to get inspected, the owner and head mechanic Quan lets you sit right in the garage and explains and shows you everything that's being done. My new place for auto service.
