Only place to go in Lancaster for oil change and tire rotations (unless your car is under a maintenance program at a dealership). Dave George is a class act as the face of K&W. Extreme professionalism, first class hospitality, stellar service and genuine interactions. All the gorgeous flowers, the eco-conscious drinks and the fact that some of the staff bottle feeds kittens makes my heart smile!

Excellent service! I have tiny wheels (185 60r15) so a few other tire shops didn't have that size in stock. Came in with one flat tire to K and W and was able to not only get my tire changed in less than an hour, but Dave let me price match from Amazon! They also vacuumed up a small spill in my car (free of charge and didn't even mention it---a wonderful surprise!) Waiting room had free seltzers, tea, and coffee. Great experience after an unfortunate flat tire!

Very friendly customer service, and they helped me understand my vehicle and its needs. When people have car issues, frustrations and inconveniences usually come with them. Having a shop that is patient, friendly, and efficient makes a big difference in these cases. Thanks for the great service!

I had an appointment at Brubaker Jeep- they were so rude, I left and drove over to K&W. I have always gotten tires there, but never service. I will NEVER go anywhere else!!!! The service was absolutely first rate. The manager, Dave, was the BEST!!!! A++++

Staff are always friendly and personable. They are considerate of pickup time needs and do their best to meet them. They readily call with issues or to let me know the car is ready. I've been and will continue to be a customer for years!

I called K&W West in Lancaster on Friday 7/15, made an appointment to drop my car off on Sunday night to be repaired today, Monday 7/18. I explained I needed the car by 3:00 pm. At 2:30 pm, I had heard nothing from them. I called and was told that they hadn t even looked at my car yet. I said, what do you mean, I put on there I needed the car by 3:00 pm. I said, Why didn t you at least call to let me know the car wouldn t be ready. I was told because they didn t look at my car, there was nothing to call about. I said, what about the fact that you weren t going to have the car ready at 3:00 pm. Well, he said, there were other cars ahead of you. I said, so why did you tell me to drop the car off on Sunday night and you would look at it today? Apparently, my appointment didn t mean anything. Therefore, I had to rush and find a way to work today and I have to find a way to a doctors appointment tomorrow morning because I don t have my car. This is the second time I have had a bad experience at this place. Back in March I made an appointment to drop the car off for inspection. I took the car and was told, they couldn t inspect it because they didn t have an appointment. I showed them the confirmation where I made the appointment online and someone actually responded to me. Then they said, the Call Center must have forgotten to enter it in their system.Two bad experiences is enough for me. This place will not get a third opportunity. Appointments must not mean anything.

We have been bringing our vehicle fleet to K & W for over 3 years and always have such a pleasant experience. There was a little miss communication during this last visit and after talking with management they were amazing and helped to clarify things. We appreciate the dedicated customer service and work done on the vehicles.

Always great to deal with K&W, the customer service and follow up tire support are stellar! Sometimes the wait is a little long, but they've always been great about finding a tire leak or revisiting any mistakes that they've made and fixing things for free! I love their texting links to our car health report too! Very cool and informative! I'm a long time customer, always gotten tires here with excellent service!

Just needed them to check a low tire pressure. They found that it was rim corrosion. They cleaned the rim and remounted the tire and I was out within an hour. Very friendly staff and very fair price! Thanks K&W!

Tim and the guys are truly amazing! They have saved me thousands on my Highlander 2006 repairs. Specially when very few people (including the dealership) know and want to fix my car (with over 360k miles). The mechanics at K&W are the best. Highly recommended.
