My wife and I were needed a new vehicle and we came across the Honda Pilots. I called in the first time and spoke to Jeff Miller to discuss what trims were available, after finding out what they had we ended up paying a refundable deposit over the phone then went in and checked them out. Jeff was very helpful and understanding of our needs and schedule issues about when we could pick up the vehicle. He was extremely helpful and thorough during the whole process and took the time to cover everything with zero pressure.I ll 100% recommend Jeff and jones Honda for anyone that needs a vehicle!

I drove my last Honda (Civic) for more than 9 years before it was wrecked in an accident. I was initially sad to have to be on the market for a new car so unexpectedly.. but Tom Myers made it a great experience and reframed it to an exciting one. I ended up purchasing the Nordic Green HRV EX L after Tom educated on me on a few different options.. He helped me through the process with insurance + took time to teach me how to use all the features in the new vehicle.I had a great experience and am now very happy with my upgrade. Thank you, Tom!

I bought my 2023 Honda Passport a few days ago, and my salesperson was Tom Myers! He's great! He helped me set up all my preferences on my car and told me everything I needed to know about it. He remained in contact with me before I came into the dealership. I came from 2 hours away to see Tom and purchase my car, and It was completely worth it! He takes excellent care of his customers, and if you have any questions, he's happy to help answer all of them! He's always smiling and glad to do his job, which makes the experience 10x better! I recommend coming to Jones Honda and purchasing your vehicle here!

Very happy with my beautiful new car from Jones Honda! Wendel was friendly, helpful and did everything he could to get us the best deal. The other staff are also courteous and professional, and their client lounge comfortable and clean and includes refreshments and restrooms. I m in love with my new vehicle, it s the perfect match for my needs. They were honest about showing me Carfax, let me check the inside and fluids of the car, and allowed me to complete my inspection of the car before taking a test drive with no pressure. Overall great experience!

Daughter bought a brand new car yesterday and Jeff helped the process go so smooth and made sure it fit within her budget! Everyone else that helped from start to finish did an amazing job as well. We will definitely be doing business with Jones again.

Amazing car buying experience! I shopped around many different dealers and Jones Honda had the most friendly staff and comfortable showroom. Wendell was fantastic at answering my questions, many dealers just left me hanging. From start to finish, everything was beyond expectation.

10/10 car buying experience with Wendell. He is a straight shooter made buying my first car such a smooth and easy experience. Doesn t beat around the bush with you and does what he can to make sure you leave out the dealership satisfied. Was definitely nervous about the car buying experience but thanks to him this was probably one of the easiest decisions I ve made. The entire staff is very friendly and welcoming here and that s always nice. Thank you so much for everything and I loveeeee my new car!

I was recommended to Jones Honda during my search for a new vehicle by a very close friend who shared that they had a great experience visiting Jones Honda. I was connected with Thomas Myers who was nothing but great during my experience. I shared with Tom what my needs were in a vehicle and the monthly total payment I did not want to exceed and made that happen. I started looking at the used car lot and when I arrived, Tom made his way over to this lot to compare pricing between used versus leased vehicles. This was my first time leasing a car and he made sure I understood all details about the process of leasing a vehicle. Tom was very attentive to me during this process, very warm and personable. He provided the best offer for the vehicle I was looking at and found deals that applied to me for this purchase. Overall, I left from Jones Honda very excited with my new vehicle and started the New Year off right. I had a limited amount of time to find a new vehicle and Tom was able to assist me in two days of finalizing my car search and car purchase. Thank you Tom for making this a smooth and quick process for me. You are appreciated and I would recommend anyone to Jones Honda when searching for your new/used car needs.

I have exclusively taken my 2012 Honda Pilot here since I bought it years ago. The staff always take time to explain exactly what is going on with my car especially Luis was super kind and helpful and went above and beyond to meet my needs and have never tried to upsell me on unnecessary work. My car is in amazing shape at 135k because I exclusively take it here. I highly recommend this service center!

I couldn t have asked for a better experience.Carlos Martinez was the best salesman I could have asked for. He was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and he worked with me and answered all my questions. It was obvious that he actually cared about me being satisfied. He showed that he actually cared, and he wasn t in it just for the commission. He really wanted me to be in the car of my dreams. He made my first car buying experience at a dealership actually enjoyable! Everything went smoothly from the moment I walked through the door, through the financing, until I walked out the door with my keys. Everyone there was a pleasure to deal with. They all just wanted me to walk away happy. They even stayed late on a Friday night until we were finished with my transaction. Even though I live 40 minutes away, I would go here to buy my next car. And I would want Carlos to sell it to me.

The sales department was phenomenal.I hate high pressure sales and Jones Honda was nothing like that. I corresponded with Matt via email and text and told him that my lease. was expiring at another dealership that was using a high pressure techniques.I told him what I was looking for, I gave him my lease information and how much I planned on putting down and asked him to give me the best price that he could give me based on the information that I provided.He gave me prices on a few cars with a complete rundown on what he could offer and my monthly payment ( which were realistic numbers, not just throw a number at you).We came to an agreement without me even setting foot in the dealership ( like I wanted) and he even located the exact car and had it delivered to his dealership.When he got it, I went in and Tom Myers the sales rep showed me the car and spent over an hour explaining the features of the car and looking it over. While he was doing that Matt appraised my car and when I went to the finance department, the numbers that Matt had originally quoted me were the numbers that I received.This was a great experience and I told them as I left the dealership, if they continue to treat me that way in the future, I WILL be back to purchase my future automobiles.

Our past experiences with Jones Honda, and now needing to find another vehicle, we went to them and found exactly the vehicle to fit our needs. Our salesperson, Paul, who helped our daughter in purchasing her 2018 CR-V, was who we requested, and he did not disappoint. We are grateful for the continued great service we received once again. Two words - Shane Hyman! My lease was expiring on my current car and I was exploring what my options were moving forward with the increase in prices on vehicles. My last salesman at my local dealership was playing games and didn't seem too eager to get me into a new car. I requested a quote on a car via the Jones Honda website and was speaking to Shane in less than an hour. He got right to the point, showed me numbers almost immediately and worked with me to get me to a number that was doable. I was ready to make the 2 hour drive the same night! I have NEVER had a salesman get straight to the point as quickly as he did and not hit me with the salesmen games. It was a 10/10 buying experience and I would recommend him and Jones Honda to everyone I possibly could! Buy from here! You will not regret it! Thank you for everything Shane!

Bought our 2024 Honda Civic in January 2024 from Jones Honda, assisted by Jeff Miller who is an excellent example of a what a salesperson should be, dealt with Jeff over the past 5 years and always had positive experience with him. Very kind and informative and doesn't hesitate to do whatever is necessary to make for a pleasant transaction. Highly recommend him for your next purchase.

My husband and I visited many dealers the day we stopped at Jones Honda. We have owned several Hondas in the past and were very happy. I did see a few other vehicles I liked but I truly think the reason I purchased the Honda Civic was I truly loved Tom! He was so much fun and so great to work with, I think he could sell ice to the Eskimos. We love, love Tom! Do not lose him!!!

Had an amazing experience at Jones Honda!!! Tom was our salesman and he was extremely personable and very thoughtful when it came to our budget. As a first time car buyer he made the experience so easy and went above and beyond for us! He was hilarious too lol was never a dull moment. He deserves high praise! We will never go anywhere else when it comes to buying/servicing.

It was a great experience Jos� listen closely to what we need it and help us get the best car for us. Even after the sale was made he call us a week after to see how was everything going with the car and how do we feel with it. I recommend him 100% We're really happy with the service we got.

Paul was very good at helping me buy the car. I went back out the next day and Paul helped me get the car set up for what I think will like. Paul was very thorough and very helpful. I appreciate his helpful attitudeAnd wasn t in a hurry to get it done to get me out the door. I ve dealt. With Paul before selling him a home and so we had a connection as soon as I came in the door. Today , I had the privilege and wonderful experience of getting my very first new car but a special , 2023 Honda Civic Sport from a very well experienced and professional salesman , Tom Myers.Tom , thank you so very much for your assistance and generosity of helping me and working with me on this amazing new car I now have and thank you to Jones Honda. We recently leased 2 new cars at Jones with the assistance of Tom Myers. Tom was great throughout the entire process. Did not pressure us on a decision after test driving and working up numbers on various options. He was able to assist us over the phone when we weren't able to make it to the dealership and we were able to close on both cars. Tom made sure we were informed throughout the process and once we picked up the cars he made sure we knew the ins and outs prior to leaving the lot. Ask for Tom next time you're at Jones Honda!

I have leased five vehicles with the assistance of a fantastic salesperson, Frank Litchfield. He is professional and had been very knowledgeable regarding each of the vehicles. He listened to my needs and complaints throughout the years. He always gave me good advice when asked. I would highly recommend him to work with when purchasing or leasing.
