I m not typically one to write bad reviews, but these guys did me a serious disservice and left me no choice. Jones has been servicing my TLX Type S for 2 years now, and have typically done a great job with communication and quality of work. For 2 years now, I have requested that they forgo running my car through their car wash, as my vehicle has a dual layer ceramic coat and has only ever been hand washed (I m an auto enthusiast). They had my trust, as the service advisor once jokingly told me they washed my car during a previous service. On Dec 26th, however, after a routine service, I noticed the vehicle had been run through the car wash, and as expected, my paint was covered in micro scratches / swirl marks. I pointed this out to the service manager and he acknowledged their mistake (and even gave me a hand written note acknowledging their mistake), and offered to have their detailer buff out the scratches. I mentioned that simply buffing out the scratches would effectively remove my expensive ceramic coating, and would not be an adequate remediation. In order to restore the car to its previous condition, the ceramic would need to be removed then reapplied, per my detailer. After explaining this to the service manager, I was questioned about the quality of my ceramic coat, and was told that ceramic coats should prevent scratches in an attempt to pivot some of the blame. Any good detailer knows (and a simple Google search suggests) that ceramic coating does not prevent scratches, rather it adds gloss, protection from environmental contaminants, and ease of cleaning. After emailing the general manager, Kris, about the situation, I received a call from the service manager where I was told the scratches were not from the car wash and must have been present before the service (despite previously writing me a note suggesting otherwise), again that ceramic coatings prevent scratches, and they would not be willing to rectify the situation by working with my detailer to restore the vehicle to its previous condition. Instead, I was offered a complimentary oil change and tire rotation. Instead of making the situation right, Jones chose to lose a potential life long customer and damaged their reputation in the process. Anyone who considers themselves an auto enthusiast should avoid Jones at all costs. I m extremely disappointed.The photos of the side profile and front of the car were taken in Oct 2023, and the three photos with swirl marks / micro scratches were taken post-service for reference.

I was interested in purchasing an Acura MDX in the next two months. I started my search online through the Jones website and picked the vehicle that best fit my needs. I used the payment calculator on the website, which asked for my contact information. Andy from Jones contacted me and asked for more information on what I was looking for. After a brief conversation with Andy, he was able to put together numbers with various terms and down payments, which he emailed to me. I reviewed the numbers and then set up an appointment with Andy to look at the vehicles. When I arrived at Jones Acura, Andy had the vehicles I was interested in ready and up front to look at. He also showed me other options that I was interested in. Andy was very knowledgeable, kind, and patient with all my questions and requests. Once I narrowed down and determined the vehicle that I was interested in, he provided me with a breakdown of what my payment would be. After sleeping on the offers, I made an appointment the next day to come in and purchase the vehicle. When I arrived, Andy greeted me and offered snacks and drinks. He went over all the additional features of the vehicle and the Acura App. I then met with Steve Green, the business manager, who walked me through the purchasing agreement. Steve was also very knowledgeable and kind and made the "paperwork" exercise effortless. The whole process was extremely easy and seamless, starting with my online search to driving off the lot with my new MDX. Andy made the whole process enjoyable, and he never pressured me or expected anything in return. He was always available via text to answer any of my questions. This was by far the best and easiest purchase of a vehicle I have ever made. I highly recommend Jones Acura and the salesman, Andy.

Our experience dealing with Andy Pilotti was beyond excellent. Andy took the time to not only answer our questions about the MDX we were giving consideration to purchase, but shared a great wealth of information about Acura vehicles and Jones Acura to make us feel quite comfortable about making a purchase. He was congenial, polite and if he did not have an answer to a question he shared it with CO workers to get one for us. When picking up vehicle , he has again very courteous, did not rush us through feature explanations or rush to get the papers signed and us out the door. Kind of gentleman you like to deal with. I strongly recommend Andy to be your go to salesman and Jones Acura your choice of dealerships.

It has been 14 years since we last purchased a vehicle. We take our time and thoroughly evaluated all dealerships and 6 manufacturers, including Acura. Acura by far won out over all . Andy Pilotta took his time with us and showed us all the features of the RDX. We never felt rushed and our questions were always answered completely. Steve has spent much time going over the electronics since a lot has changed in 14 yrs! They are always friendly and completely professional with their service. We are thankful we chose this dealership.

After searching for better pricing on the internet, Jones Acura was the winner. It only took 30 minutes for Andy to reach out to me after my request for a quotation. We communicated many times working out all the details for a new Acura RDX. Throughout the process Andy responded timely. It took a few days to finalize all the details and get a firm quotation. The decision was made and we picked up our new car the next day. The purchasing experience couldn t have been handled any better.

I've been searching for a MDX hybrid for about a month and luckily came across Jones Acura with the MDX hybrid Advance Package. I immediately reached out the dealer and Andy Pilotti replied quickly to let me know it was still available. We made arrangements and drove about an hour to the dealer. I did not meet a salesman but a new friend in Andy. He was very patient and made me feel comfortable. The negotiation was pleasant compared to my previous experience. I was hoping for additional discount from the internet price and even though the negotiation didn't go the way I had hoped, I decided to buy because I felt Andy did his best to help me. From the beginning there was no pressure from coming to the dealer to signing the contract to getting additional add-ons. The 2020 MDX hybrid Advance Package is in great condition and driving my newly bought car the last 2 days left me without regrets and fully satisfied of the whole process. Steve the manager even took the time to change out the key FOB battery for us. Thank you Andy and the management team for making the whole buying process smooth and pleasant. Thank you!

Jones Acura of Lancaster was the best car buying experience I have ever been through. William Cross and Andy Pilotti were amazing to work with! They made sure I was 110% happy and satisfied with everything related to the car buying experience...the whole way down to the extra accessories I got with the vehicle and they knew I was super picky about the vehicle being PERFECT at pick up - no finger prints, etc and they went over and above by bringing a cloth to the car to wipe down any small dirt marks I saw. I am very happy and more than satisfied and will definitely go back to Jones Acura for my next car and will highly recommend friends and family to purchase their next vehicle there. Thanks for such a great experience Jones Acura! I love my new vehicle!!!

We have been searching for an Acura MDX for a few months and were contacting other dealerships who were very difficult to work with. We found a 2022 MDX on the Jones Acura website and scheduled a time to sit and talk to Andy! From the beginning, working with Andy and the rest of the Jones Acura team was easy and not a stressful process at all! They worked with our numbers to make sure we received the best deal and took excellent care of everything. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Andy!

I bought two cars >150k and the sales associates won't bother to take the time to assure all my features are working. Once you buy the car the sales team ignores you. Shout out to Bo in service for being a solid employee and trying to help even though he does not have the same access! My husband and I were slowly starting to look for a new vehicle for myself. As many people do, we really dread car shopping. We visited about 5 other dealerships and none of them were as pleasant as Jones Acura. We found a great car there, but the main selling point was the pleasant experience. Between the crazy markups, market adjustments, and other dishonest practices we encountered at the other dealerships (yes, all of them), we knew Jones Acura was the right move.We were so lucky to work with Mike Keppel, as he was very attentive, communicative, and so easy to work with. At no time in the process did we feel pressured, bothered, or nagged. He knew everything there was to know about the vehicles we test drove, and he was very quick with answering any and all questions that arose. The entire transaction was seamless, incredibly fair, and truly top notch. Paperwork was quick and painless, and we truly got the car of our dreams. I purchased my first Acura (RDX) this year and have been very happy with my decision. John was a great salesperson, patient, and helpful. I wasn't in a hurry to buy - he did a great job of staying in touch without me feeling pressured. Ultimately, he knew exactly what I was looking for and notified me as soon as it became available. The RDX is a dream on the highway, and I especially love the comfortable seats and full view moonroof. I even called John while I was on a road trip, as I needed help with the navigation. He explained what I needed to do and I was so grateful. I hope to enjoy the RDX for many years to come!

Where do I even begin. In 2018 I walked into Jones Acura for the first time. I knew what I wanted and what I was looking for and I received both. Great customer service and a 2019 Acura TLX ASPEC. As I walked in that s the day I realized I was more than a customer I was family. Andy Pilotti was kind and showed me what I wanted and gave me what I was looking for. He ask me if I wanted to test drive the vehicle and Replied no thank you this is it. From start to finish Andy Pilotti and Will cross where AWESOME to work with. 3 weeks later I returned with my wife and she bought her 2019 TLX again Andy Pilotti, Will Cross and Jason Ness were a pleasure to deal with. Then in 2019 I came back in with my daughter and we purchased her 2019 ILX, once again Andy, Will and Jason treated us like family. TALK ABOUT AN ACURA FAMILY. The Summer of 2019. I was looking for a used car for my son I went back ton Jones Acura as usual and spoke to Andy and he kindly stated that he will not be able to help me. When I asked why? He stated that he is able to sell new or certified preowned only. I went to Will and stated that Andy is my sales person and I only work with him and once again they came through and he helped with my Sons car. And here we are again. My wife bought her 2021 Acura TLX in May and last night I bought my 2021 TLX TYPE S. The only reason why I continue to return to Jones is because of ANDY, WILL AND JASON And their Supporting Cast MIKE KEPPEL AND JOHN DRESCHER.As long as I continue to buy Acura s Andy will continue to be my number 1 salesman. Jones Acura has always been a pleasure to deal with. Recently decided to retire my 2012 Jeep GC and the new 2022 MDX caught my eye. We stopped in to look at the MDX on July 23. John D. met us and took us on a test ride. John was the perfect sales person he explained everything to ensure a safe and pleasurable test ride and answered all questions quickly and understandably. John was very knowledgeable, courteous, easy to talk to and we appreciated his no pressure approach. We decided on the Fathom Blue Pearl which they unfortunately did not have on the lot or had coming in. But, they were able to locate one and have it on the lot ready to go in less than a week. Another thing I appreciated was John s communication with us. He kept us informed every step of the way (through texting which was our preferred method) and was very efficient. John D. is a valuable asset to the Jones team.

My wife and I took delivery of our 2021 RDX this week. The entire buying experience was without question the best, most professionally handled experience we have had at any dealer.The sale process was handled 100% virtually through the Jones website, and emails and text messages with our salesman Andy Pilotti. Andy responded promptly to any questions or concerns we had during the sales process.With COVID-19 we were concerned with what the delivery process would be like. Andy and Sales Manager Will Cross, made sure that social distancing was practiced and continually cleaned surfaces and the IPAD for electronic signatures during the process. Their primary goal was to make sure that we felt safe and comfortable throughout the entire process, which we did.I have never posted a public review of anything, but was so impressed with the professionalism of Andy, Will and everyone at Jones Acura that I wanted to share our experience.

This dealership is a joke. I remember coming in a few years back purchasing my brand new TLX we were promised some stuff but upon picking up my car, since it wasn t documented it never happened. Word of advice have everything written down!! Because they seem to have amnesia when you arrive.Since my TLX was the first generation we ve had some hiccups so when the lease was up I was going to Trade the car in for the MDX this was the only Acura dealership that was trying to short me! 2 other ones were offering me more and I was able to use that money towards my next vehicle. Although I didn t stick with Acura, I d recommend looking elsewhere if you re looking to buy an Acura, there s so many other dealerships around that is willing to work with you and treats you fair and not a number.

My husband and I recently began (and completed) our search for a new vehicle. We were not positive what we wanted, but after a few test drives and research, we decided Acura was the right choice for us at this time. Andy was nothing short of friendly, helpful and oh so easy to work with. Dare I say He made the at times overwhelming and stressful process of new car purchase a total breeze. Even with the current shortage of new cars available no matter what lot you find yourself on, Andy made sure we were driving off the lot in the model we wanted, with the interior we wanted in no time. We were told at first our car was still in transit to the lot and it would be about a week. But much to our delight we were notified it arrived in only a couple days. As first time Acura owners, We absolutely love our new RDX , and our new buddy Andy! Seriously, do yourself a favor and ask for Andy if you find yourself at Jones Acura. Friendliest most genuine "no pressure" demeanor I have ever encountered in a sales rep for anything, let alone car shopping. Also assisted with getting the best financing. The customer service is exceptional with drinks and snacks offered. John sat with me over an hour to demonstrate the technology features within the car. Andy is the best in the business by far! When searching for a car I was looking for a comfortable, low intensity, car buying experience. From start to finish Andy felt like more of a friend than a car salesman, and never forced me into a deal I wasn't comfortable with. Usually after the car purchase is when the talks stop. Andy has reached out to me already and made sure the car I decided on was a car I loved, and it is! I wanted to luxury car that provides that focuses on safety and reliability, and got just that. Andy is my go to guy for any car buying experience in the future.

I went to Jones looking for an Acura Integra. At first, it didn t look like things would work out for me but Andy Pilotti worked hard for me to find a deal that worked for me and made sense. I greatly appreciated the time he put in and effort he made to come up with a deal that suited my needs and interest.In the end I did not make a purchase, however my experience with Andy and how nice, respectful and helpful he was has made me consider Jones Acura later down the road when the time is right.Jones Acura has a genuinely good guy representing them in Andy and I recommend anyone to deal with him.

Our family purchased a brand new Acura from Jones years ago so, I came back to take a look at 2022-2023 MDX. I did not purchase the vehicle from Jones this time. My sale consultant, Mr. Mike Heppel, was very detail-oriented and pleasant to talk to. I just wished they did not add on unwanted services on the vehicle since, I'm willing to purchase at MSRP. Otherwise, they had my business. I decide to purchase my Acura MDX in NJ and save myself around 4k with a better A-Spec package.

My car buying experience was unlike any another at Jones. I had been to 4 Acura dealers before coming to Jones, all leadimg to disappointment. I definitely saved the best for last. I only wish I had started with this team. Mike and Will were more than exceptional to work with. 5 stars isn't enough. I felt like I was working with a family member vs. sales people to purchase my new vehicle. Thank you both for your dedication to excellence.
