Ordered tires through amazon. Selected this location for them to be mounted and balanced. Manager was great, they were quick and got me on my way. Would recommend for all your tire service needs!

They opened at exactly 8 am for my appointmentthis morning. I had come in for my free 5K mile tire rotation because they mounted and balanced my Continental tires several months ago. The guys were all nice and helpful. In 15-20 minutes I was on my way.

Very helpful staff! They took the time to go over all of my options. I was given recommendations, but was not pressured at all in making my decisions. Plus they got my tires replaced quickly, and I had my car back the same day!

I came here in hopes of a routine inspection for my car, and instead had 4 hours of my time wasted and was treated with disrespect just for being a woman. It took an hour just to get my vehicle into the garage, despite there being 3 other people waiting, as well as space in the garage. I didn't want to say anything to irritate or rush the workers, so I stayed quiet and tried to busy myself doing school work. 2 hours go by with no updates from anyone. At this point my car had been the only one in the shop and I had been the only person in the store for 3 hours. All the while this was going on, I could hear many workers cursing, laughing, and running around in the shop while my car sat there unattended. Finally, one of the workers comes out to tell me about my car, and really dumbs it down for me, seeing as I'm a teenage girl. He tries to tell me I need a new catalytic converter, and when I tell him that I had just got a new one a year ago at my last inspection, he backtracks and tells me that he didn't say that, and that he said I needed a part to my catalytic converter. I brushed this off seeing as maybe he misspoke, but if I didn't have any pervious knowledge on them, he probably would have pushed me to buy a new one. After explaining to me multiple times what they found with my car, he told me if I wanted to wait an extra 4 hours, they would be able to fix the issue with my car. Having already been there close to 4 hours at this point, I declined and was told it would take a few minutes to get my car down and to print the estimates. Another half hour goes by with no word from anyone while my car was still up, no one was working to get it down after I was told it was done, and once again the workers were all shouting and cursing. Finally the same mechanic I spoke to calls me over, and starts doing the paperwork as I'm checking out, which takes an additional 5 minutes. As I'm leaving I ask to make sure they put the correct sticker I needed on my car, as when I went to a shop before they forgot. Instead of politely telling me that they did, the mechanic laughed at me, and then proceeded to tell another worker what I had asked. As they're both laughing, a customer joins in to laugh too, seeing as I'm a young female who appears to know nothing. He then proceeds to say, "No it's a legal requirement to put it on your car. (And this is my favorite part) You'd probably lose it walking to your car." At this point I'm fed up and just want to leave, and as I'm leaving I can still hear them laughing at me, just because I asked question. Moral of the story: If you're a woman, don't go here! After being patronized and laughed at by a bunch of men for 4 hours, it's not worth it to go here.

I picked up a bolt in my tire on my way home and was so grateful that these guys were able to squeeze me in for a quick repair on a Saturday. Friendly, fast, and fair priced. I will definitely come again when it s time for a new set of tires

Jack Williams Auto Care Center has been my go-to for car inspections for years. The team is incredibly friendly and always takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. As a woman, it's refreshing to find a shop where I never feel intimidated or overcharged. Highly recommend!

Horrific service. Told my daughter she needed a cataylytic converter for her car, not knowing a brand new one was put on the previous year, they then chose to add other things on. All said and done what their estimate would have been thousands with the FAKE fixes they wanted to do, was fixed for 600 dollars. They were laughing at her and making her feel like she was dumb. I am very happy I was not there at the time as I would not allow this. Your GM should be upset and look to hire new staff as that is no way to operate a business. They were trying to get her to go in and out of the center, and we were told that was so the workers could check her out. I am filing a formal complaint with corporate. This type of things should not go unpunished.INTEGRITY AND VALUES ARE NOT A JACK WILLIAMS TRAIT

New customer. A fine experience having new tires installed on my 2005 Toyota Corolla. Price was reasonable; installation was quick. Had a nice chat with the manager (Terry, I believe?), as well. Will certainly return.

This is the second time that I have been to this shop to have tires put on and it has always been a positive experience! I got some good information on alignment and also on the tps for my car s tires. Also I ordered my tires through Amazon to have them put on at this shop. Flawless process!

Recently moved to Lancaster and started coming to this shop for tires and maintenance. Really nicely run place where you feel like the employees try to look out for you. Always easy for me to schedule, they work quickly, communicate any issues or costs and do a nice job all around.

I had 2 nails one in each tire and after the car was on lift wear on all 4 tires so needless to say purchased 4 new tires and then they recommended an alignment which I did a week later- Fantastic service and quality , Terry and his crew are great!

My low tire pressure notification tends to come on frequently. The staff at Jack Williams Tire on Oregon Pike always take care of whatever the problem is quickly and efficiently. Today it was a small nail I was in and out of there in 20 minutes! I am a very appreciative customer Thank you for the great service!!!

Easy to set up an appt on their site. Went in for state inspection. Dropped it off and they took care of me within a couple of hours. simple, efficient. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

They are so quick, then again i went at a decent time. Got an oil change and tire rotation and i was there for less then 45 min. Cant beat that any where. thanks guys you're awesome.

I had a bit of an unsettling experience, that truly did not sit well with me initially. After speaking to the manager and hearing his explanation.... I appreciated the time he took to reach out and communicate.
