Gentleman at the desk was very nice, informative, straight forward and helpful to get my tires replaced on the day of 3/2. Everything was finished in a very timely manner. I was very satisfied with the service. They weren t pushy at all when there were other issues with my car, they only focused on my main issue at hand which I appreciate.

I always have a great experience here and I had a lot of work done recently. From oil changes to tire replacements or third party suggestions for services they don t do. They have always been prompt, helpful, fair, and friendly. I ll recommend them every time.

I would not recommend this Jack Williams to anyone. I came in one Friday evening (4/7/2023) to do a tire rotation they were closing and told me: they worn out my wheel key but the special lug nut they can forced it out and was able to rotate my tires.. by doing that they also worn out one special lug nut in each tire. And i know that they were using a drill instead of doing it manually. Come Saturday morning, they make me run around to AutoZone and Advance auto part to get new lug nuts that has wheel lock and wheel key. So I said I can t find anywhere that has the special lug nuts for my tire that also has wheel lock and key. So I just want regular lug nuts that fit my tire on my car and get out of there. Here s the kicker then they said this one Advance Auto parts have it and i have to go there to pick it up and pay. I got the bag of nuts (literally) to replaced the special lug nut for each of tire since that wheel key is ruined Why couldn t they have order the regular lug nuts for me and have it delivered? Hindsight is 20/20 right? If you are a woman, then they ll make you run around.

Fantastic experience with Chris at the JW Queen St location. Respectful, helpful, informative, honest, friendly, knowledgeable. Good customer service isn t easy to come by these days. So refreshing when you do. I recommend the store, and specifically Chris, to anyone looking to service their vehicle. Keep up the great work Chris!! I appreciate you!

Min the front desk person very courteous. The mechanic Benny did an amazing job and was done faster than expected for oil change. Which is amazing I plan to return for other car needs.

I had a brand new tire from Mavis that needed a repair due to a screw. Mechanic took one look and told me it couldn t be fixed and tried selling me a new set of tires again. Another shop easily repaired it the same day. Lost trust with this location unfortunately

I meant to leave a review over the summer but the guys here are great!! I blew a tire on the corner and went in for some help. They drove my car in for me and set me up quick and efficiently! They were very friendly and helpful.

I called this morning to get 4 tires replaced. The service was quick and easy. I asked them about my O2 sensor that I had tried to replace during the weekend, but ran into problems. They replaced in 5 minutes and definitely looked out for me. Thank you guys for everything. I would recommend everyone to this spot.

Benny did a great job with my inspection. I had a light bulb that was out and they ordered and had the part delivered within the time. My car was being inspected.I will continue to be a customer as long as the customer service stays the way it is now Everyone is so helpful and honest and fair.

What is the point of making an appointment if you're not even going to start the work 3 hours later? Had an 8am appointment, dropped my wheel and tire off to be replaced. No car lift required. No wheel removal/install. Thought it would be faster for them and an easy 30 minutes. Come back 3 hours later and my wheel is still just sitting there in their lobby. Had I not come back I'm not sure when they would have started service. Maybe this is how appointments work when you drop off vs waiting? It shouldn't make a difference?

Needed my new TPMS sensors initiated by scan tool and these guys fit me in the same morning I called. No waiting around, got me in and out at a fair price! Appreciate you guys, would not hesitate to come back.

The mechanics are great here always helpful and never suggest any unnecessary repairs I have two cars and I bring them both here for repairs awesome place

Made an appointment about a week in advance for tires to be replaced and inspection etc, took off of work, waited about 2.5 hours after dropping off vehicle they finally tell me what the car needs, not having done any work yet other than an oil change, and then they don't even have the tires in stock to complete the work - I called Dr. Tire a few miles away and they immediately offered to help me and had all tires needed in stock - they also said mine were all dry-rotted so I'm superthankful and happy right now with Dr. Tire but NOT this JW place - recommend not wasting your time at JW.

i never write reviews but this place was such a scam i had to. went here for an inspection and ended up needing new shocks,,,yet those new shocks broke again within ONE WEEK (and cost an insane amount) They also charged me $100 for a service i did not ask for and was not mentioned to me. At checkout they said that they would lower the cost by $20 if i left a good review right then and showed it to them which seemed extremely sketchy,,, in all it was a waste of time and $600!!!

This is my #1 place to get any work done on my car. Every single staff member I ve ever spoken with has always been extremely kind, and they re very patient with me while I ask questions. They always get me in and out as fast as they can because I usually have to wait there while my car is being serviced or inspected. I needed new tires this time around and Kenny spent extra time seeing if he would be able to get me a better deal on a different brand than what I had initially booked in my appointment. They go out of their way for their customers and I ve never had a bad experience here

My SUV had a flat tire, and Jack Williams was the only shop that was willing to let me drop it off that morning so they could check it out between appointments. The tire ended up needing plugged, and they graciously didn t charge me for it! Thanks again!!

I really want to like this place because I've been going there for years since it was lebzelters who had the best service and were honest mechanics, but has since changed ownership at least two times. Over the last few years when I have taken my car to this place, I've had an issue every single time with the work they did, as well as the lack of follow-up to let me know what was going on with my car when they unexpectedly had it for a few days. There have been numerous times where I can't quite prove that they didn't do something that I paid for or may have broken something else on purpose or by accident, but it sure seems that way for 5 separate instances that I can think of.In one example, they told me I needed a new part that I had just replaced myself shortly before. I mentioned that, and then all of the sudden the part was fine according to them.To be honest, I can't believe I kept taking my car here that long, but I've since found another shop.
