The crew at Horsepower Enterprises was fantastic to work with and did great work. Gil and Randy worked together to make sure they understood my needs and to make sure I understood how they were going to tackle my project. When all was said and done, my truck was running like a champ, and I couldn t have been happier.

Just wanted to give a shout out to the folks at Horsepower. I recently had some work done on my 1968 GTO and found an issue with the repairs 2 weeks later. I contacted the shop and was told to bring the car in that day to correct the situation (an A/C duct was misaligned). I went in that morning and was back on the road in about an hour. Now that is outstanding customer service!! You guys are the best - thank you!

Worked with John and Mike at Horsepower to market and sell my 1990 7-up Mustang (I hated to let it go, but had to). They did a fantastic job of getting it ready to sell, finding a serious buyer and handling the transactional details of the sale!

I brought my 1951 Chevrolet 6400 truck to Horsepower Enterprises to have the engine rebuilt. Their service was great, the work perfomed was very high quality, their communication was very good as well. The truck runs better now than I have ever had it run in the 10 years since it's been restored. While the truck was in the shop, they noticed the brakes needed some attention, let me know about those issues and repaired them while it was there too. If you have a classic vehicle of any type that needs any work, I would definitely recommend having them perform the work!

Took my 68' Camaro in for service and the technician suggested that I should replace the engine mounts in a non-pushy way. I decided to go with the new mounts and once installed the Camaro is driving better than it has in 15 years. I had my car serviced at other shops and nobody recommended new engine mounts. Thanks to the team at Horsepower Ent my enjoyment of driving my classic car has increased tremendously!

My wife Cari and I purchased this very nice 1956 Golden Hawk through Horsepower 2 weeks ago. J.P. and Peter were most helpful in showing us the car, setting up a lift inspection and test drive. They answered each question we had, contacting the seller for clarification on some items. Peter handled the transfer of ownership documents from an out of state seller flawlessly. There was no hype or high pressure and no glossing over of details or concerns. I did some minor adjustments to the engine and carburetor in preparation of a road trip. Here is the Hawk in the middle of a 500+ mile shakedown cruise through the Virginia Piedmonts. We only lifted the hood to check fluids at fuel stops. As the car was advertised, it is a solid driver, not just great paint, chrome and upholstery. This is the best car buying experience I have had in the 42 years I have been driving. Horsepower diagnosed my husband's 1970 Corvette and replaced the carburetor and other necessary parts. After two supposedly "reputable" shops failed to correct the problems, Horsepower really delivered!! Everyone was very friendly & knowledgeable. Special thanks to Mike, their expert mechanic. The team at Horsepower did the full restoration of my 1974 Firebird and despite supply chain issues completed the restoration in 2 years and 9 months. Everyone was very professional and asked the correct questions to ensure the restoration was exactly what I wanted. I am extremely pleased with the work that was performed and the finished product shows the attention to detail as well as the quality of the restoration. The entire Horsepower team deserves and earned my gratitude for a job well done.

I brought my 1956 Chevrolet 3100 restomod in for some window regulator work and a hood figment issue. Kevin in the shop was great. He treated the truck like his own and pointed out some other issues which I had him repair. Everything was done top shelf and I could not be happier. Peter was quick with responses and info. This past summer, I reached out to Horsepower Enterprises regarding the restoration of my 1982 Jeep Scrambler. At the end of the 5 month period, I was impressed with not only the quality of their work, but with the restoration process, as well. They kept me informed of each discovery as they began their work. As with any restoration process, there can be many unexpected discoveries as the vehicle is disassembled. With each issue that surfaced, they invited me to the shop to see what they discovered and gave me the cost and timing for two or three options on how to address it. They provided the pros and cons of each option and, based on my ultimate objective, a remediation action was agreed to and taken.Although several of the Horsepower Team Members contributed to the restoration, Ian was the mechanic that performed the vast majority of the work on my vehicle. His attention to detail and responsiveness were extraordinary.If I were to undertake another restoration project, I would definitely use Horsepower Enterprises.Services: Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Welding, Brakes

These guys have been helping me with my 67 Impala Convertible for the last 10 years. Anything that is too much for me to handle, I bring to them. The work they perform is outstanding. I feel like they care for my car as much as I do. They have always been straightforward, darn close on estimate and draw attention to things I should consider taking care of without trying "hard sell" me. They even know my mechanical skills limit give me pointers when I want to do things on my own. They redid the valves and intake manifold, , brakes, steering, ball joints, even tightened the blinker because they noticed it was loose. Whether it is a big job or small, everything they do is top notch

Great team at Horsepower. My brother and I are long term customers and highly recommend Horsepower. The team at Horsepower just doesn t work on your care, they adopt your car and deliver a quality result. They are brutally honest and when they find something that needs to be addressed, even though you brought your car in for other work, they let you know. Their prices are more than fair. There is no way you are going to find people like Randy, Gill, and the other guys to work on your investment for that hourly rate. All are wicked sharp in their evaluations and recommendations. My car has lived through Texas heat waves and the frozen tundra outside Chicago. Ever try to start a 383 stroker at minus 1 degrees? And NO leaks after moving from Texas to Chicago area. Awesome job Horsepower!

I recently consigned my car with Horsepower and I could not be happier with my decision. Randy and the boys in the garage got my ride in tip-top shape for the sale. Caroline oversaw all the necessary garage repairs, ordered parts, she took care of the listing, hosted Facebook Live videos to promote the sale and just super pleasant person. Within two weeks of the car being listed, she had it sold. Thank you so much to her and the staff at Horsepower for the superb experience!

They do excellent work here. Im hoping my 78 MG B looks and runs as well as everything else they worked on. you get bills twice a month I believe. Mine were 2,000 dollars for the first one which really surprised me and took me longer to pay and my next one is 2,900ish I was told. So yeah, it's more costly than I wanted each bill to be but I know the quality is top notch. I have trouble getting ahold of people via phone there every time but I get responses to voice-mail within a day so it's not too bad. If this car is done right, I'll be a repeat customer for my next classic car for sure.

We took our car in to have a convertable looked at. I was told an estimate would be given before any work was done. After the car sat for 2 days they finally looked at it on the third day. They said the frame was bent so i told them to put it back together so we could pick it up. An hour later they told us they banged the frame out and put it back together after we informed them to put it back together. We then got a very high bill that we didnt expect and had we known never wouldve authorized it for that price.We were then told by the GM that they CANT give estimates for the work they do. We were also told they assumed we wanted them to continue working cause we didnt specifically say STOP working.The mrchanics seem to be very good knowledgeable, but dont expect to get an estimate and be prepared for a very high bill.Service: Body & Trim
