My husband's truck was having hesitation issues. He checked for the best transmission shop and found this place. They looked at it, gave him the estimate, they fixed it under budget and the truck is running much better.

Dropped my vehicle off the night before and was called by 10am with a detailed diagnosis. I didn t get service done and sold my vehicle instead but the quick response is always great from the mechanic.

Very responsive, straightforward, and honest. We broke down in the evening. AAA towed our van to their shop. They called us around 9:00 the next day to discuss our options and had us on the road by 3:00 that afternoon.

Hershey Bros saved my trip. On the way from Vermont to Florida my van s transmission went out. Randy was able to get the van in right away and do the necessary work. It took one week instead of 3-to-indefinite (dealer s estimate). I ll always be grateful!

The dealership refused to replace my bad transmission saying there were no computer error codes. Hershey Brothers provided the evidence which forced the dealership to replace the transmission under the extended warranty

Had our 2016 Ford Escape transmission replaced. The job was completed quickly and has been running smooth ever since. I would recommend them.

Awesome experience! Very polite and professional over the phone when I scheduled to drop my vehicle off. They got it in the very next morning. Explained everything before I left and didn't charge anything to look at it even though my problem ended up not being transmission related. They politely recommended I take my vehicle to my normal mechanic to have it further diagnosed. I will recommend Hershey Bros. to anyone I know for transmission work and would definitely return if I would need their services. Great shop!

My local mechanic recommended Hershey Brothers when my car had transmission problems. They were amazing. Not only did they deal with my insurance company directly, but Terry kept me constantly updated and involved with everything from progress on the work itself to the discussions with the insurance company and going out of his way to thoroughly explain some of the line items that insurance did not cover. He went above and beyond what I had ever expected. A true pleasure to deal with.

Fixed my transmission in under 2 weeks (had to wait for parts). My car is back to new! And I don't have to car shop! They also honor AAA discount! Will recommend.

Amazing service! We had a part of our car explode (not exaggerating) the Sunday before Labor day... And they had it fixed and ready for us before the end of the week! They showed me the part that was replaced and showed me what exactly happened! I highly recommend this shop and if we every need a transmission shop again we will be returning to them! They also give a AAA discount!

My car had transmission issues!! I had AAA take my car there. They checked it out confirming that. It took several weeks but it's as good as new now. Excellent job with warranty/mileage! Thank you for the great job!

Amazing costumer service! I took my truck here to get some work done on the rear end that was covered under the warranty. They took the time to explain the warranty process and estimated time it would take. It took a few days for them the get the approval to fix it from the warranty company but all the while they did great at communicating with me. Thanks guys great job!

These guys installed my clutch and flywheel for me very quickly on my Civic So. It feels absolutely perfect. They kept in communication the whole time. Terry was super nice and helpful. Recommended 100%

I have always heard good things about Hershey Bros so I took my SUV there for what I thought was a transmission problem. John called me the next day and said the transmission was not the problem and also told me what they thought might be causing the issue. He recommended I take it to my regular mechanic. They took the time to look at it but didn't charge me a dime! Honest & courteous. Very clean shop too.

Good fix., Little harsh paying 114 per hour labor then being up charged over 300 dollars for a 700-800 part. They deserve 115 an hour. Inflation has nothing to do with a 400 mark up of 700 part, inflation is a 600 dollar part now being 700. Charging 1100 for a 700 dollar part is gouging people for 400 dollars because you can and blaming it on inflation. That 400 plus dollars is what the average McDonald's worker makes in 40 hours. One weeks pay as a mark up for one part. I don't work at McDonald's, but I do have a family to support. Yes 400 plus dollars added to a 1400 repair bill hurts. They say they stand behind there work, when you over charge as much as they do you better.Service: Transmission

I stopped in unannounced on a referral from my regular mechanic. He stopped what he was doing and took my car for a test drive. On return, he told me it was not a transmission problem and an engine misfire--$100s in repairs instead of $1000s. I truly appreciated his immediate response to my visit and honest assessment to my problem. Excellent service!

This is the place to go when you need anything done to your transmission. They always let you know exactly what needs done, how long it will take, & what the cost will be. No matter how busy they are, they always honor your appointment and complete the job in a timely manner. I've had several different vehicles here with transmission problems and those vehicles are still working today!

I took my 2012 Dodge in thinking it was just a "Throw Out " bearing but the issue was far more involved. They found a used transmission with 60,000 miles and I was on the road within five days. I heard about this shop from my local diesel mechanic . These guys are awesome. Could have ripped me off since I was not sure what was wrong. Turns out it was my axle, not trans. Replaced my axle for under $300, which is great. It was late in the day, so they gave me a ride to the train station to get home. I don t live nearby, but I will try to get any repairs done there that I can

I went there to get my transmission quoted and they quoted me around 650 dollars . Which is roughly $2000 less than previous quotes from other shops. They were extremely polite and professional. My vehicle has ran perfect since.

Bought a new car over the weekend and felt a vibration after a couple hundred miles. Figuring it was related to transmission took it in to get a second opinion. These wonderful individuals took the time to test drive it (high and low speeds) with me and help me recognize the issue. I'll be trusting their honest approach to automotives for as long as I'm driving!

Was referred here by a different garage and was told "see Randy" for a possible transfer case issue with my car. Randy was willing to see me right away. After a little test drive, he suggested I get a whole new set of tires first. And if the noise continued, THEN come back and see him. Well Randy, that was The Solution! He so helpful and honest. It's the customer service that he provided me that reinstates my faith in honest mechanics !! They still exist !! Thank you, again.

The dealer said we needed $2400 in transfer case work.Terry checked it out, road tested it, and went over it with a fine tooth comb and said it was fine. Great service. Would recommend.

I took my Chevy Tahoe to Hershey Brothers because I was concerned about some noises thinking it was transmission related. Terry called me back a couple hours later and told me everything was fine and explain the noises I was hearing wasn't transmission related. He told me everything was all good and didn't charge me anything for looking at my truck. If I ever do have transmission issues I will definitely go to Hershey Brothers. It's nice to see a garage that is honest with you and I appreciate that. I would I would definitely recommend Hershey Brothers to anyone.

People were nice. They worked hard to fit me in their schedule. They seemed knowledgeable. We will see how well their work holds up.
