I set up an appointment to have an oil change and tire rotation on a Wednesday. When I dropped off my car late Tuesday afternoon they said if I wanted to wait they could service my vehicle immediately. I chose to stay, it only took about 45 minutes and I was on my way home. This saved my wife picking me up and returning the next day to get my car. Great service like this is rare in today's world.

I made an appointment for 2pm. for car inspection. knowing it would pass easily. I took off work early for this appointment time. As I was going to wait for it to be inspected. went for coffee , came back 45 minutes later only to see them just then taking my car in to start the inspection. Not at all cool. All other times I had my vehicle serviced I was very satisfied.

This store used to be good and informative, however over the past year their service has been getting steadily worse. When dropping my vehicle off and leaving notes, the notes are rarely followed which has lead to certain services I asked for not being taken care of in time, not being notified properly, etc.

The guys in the shop took excellent care of our car. They took extra time to try and diagnose the problem. When they discovered that it was a defective part that they had installed previously, they replaced the bad alternator the next day. There was no additional charge.

I had the terrible experience with my Land Rover Discovery Sport. They don t know the vehicle and they cause more problem. Me paying labor $300 and part is $140. Is for nothing. Bro if you don t know anything and you don t have the system to check you tell the truth. He even aske one of his employees and telling him the truth his like what I m saying is etc. and he also tried to teach me instead of doing his job properly. And I don t recommend this place to anyone.

I apologize for the delay in this review...I am just back in town after a busy weekend out of town. I am a historic basket weaver and teach all over the mid-atlantic area. On Saturday I was finishing a 2 day class at Landis Valley Museum. When I was loading my car at the completion of my class and ready to go to my next event...in southern Maryland 4 hours away I was greeted by a VERY flat tire...it was raining. I had to unload half of my car so the museum's maintenance man could get to the donut...which was also flat...of course. I reloaded the car..he put the tire in the front seat of my car and pumped up the donut. I arrived at Firestone...a few miles away and walked in and said, " I am in trouble and I need help!" This was at 330 Saturday and they were open until 6. I figured I would be out of there about 6 since they were busy and I was going to probably cancel my Sunday event. Samuel Wellington, the Service Manager spung into action. He got the tire out of my car, donut off and tire repaired and back on in less than a half hour! He even put the donut in a huge plastic bag so it wouldn't get my car dirty!!I was so grafeful ...the price was very reasonable and the service beyond beyond. I was on my way by 4 pm. I made it to my host's home by 7:45 and I was thriiled. I cannot say enough words about these gentlemen and the service they provide!! Lancaster, PA you are lucky to have them...wish I lived closer!!

Terrible experience with Firestone today. I have been a loyal customer with Firestone on Oregon Pike, Lancaster for over 14 years. Customer service I received from manager on duty today deplorable. His non-caring attitude and reluctance to assist me with a problem prior to getting state inspection was very frustrating. This employee would not go the extra mile to assist me with a situation that was difficult for me to resolve. I had taken the day off from work and made an appointment to have my car inspected. The inspection did not happen. I have a feeling that if I was scheduled for any regular auto work that would have made them more money than a routine state inspection does, things would have turned out differently. Not that they care, but my household is now finished with Firestone and we will not give them any more business of our business.

My mother was at a Art/Craft Festival at Landis Valley and had a flat tire. Went to change it and found her spare flat as well. She luckily found her way to this Firestone repair shop and she was treated with with the utmost respect and fantastic service. The location's manager took it upon himself to personally aid in her repairs to expedite getting her back to her show quickly. I cant express how grateful I am for Sam W.'s (manager) professionnal service and providing excellent care to a woman who isnt 100% versed in vehicles and didnt take her to the cleaners like some shops love to do. This location should get 6 stars if I could give it! Thank you Firestone!

I DON'T RECOMMEND IT!!! I came to do Alignment and they wanted to fool me for 380 dollars, they unscrewed me the spare part from the steering wheel and said that the car can't go even though the car was fine, all the employees smile and lie in the face , and I had to call a tow truck to take the car to the master and he twisted back to do , I waited for the tow truck for 5 hours and I'm very negative about Firestone so if you don't want to have problems THEN YOU DON'T GO HERE!!!!!!

I had an appointment for first thing Friday morning so I dropped my car off Thursday afternoon. They checked out my car Thursday and told me what it needed and how much it would cost. I gave them the go ahead and then they called me Thursday evening and told me car was finished. - - Wow ! A day before my appointment. Now that's what I call service ! !

I went there for the warranty on the tires I bought in July 2023, I provided the claim number from Bridgestone but Firestone said they have no idea what's that for, I have to explain the whole thing but all they did was just trying to get out of the warranty and selling me new tires, I will never buy Bridgestone again and will not go to Firestone again, and definitely will not recommend either Bridgestone or Firestone to anyone I know.By the way they also said the shocks on my car are bad and need to be replaced, I went to Lexus dealership ask them to check right after I left Firestone, Lexus said my shocks are perfectly fine, seems Firestone not just want to sell me new tires, they tried to make me replace the shocks when they are in perfectly good condition.

I set a 11 am appointment to put 4 winter tires on my car. I arrived at 10:55 am. My car was ready at 2:15 pm. I waited over two hours with a scheled appointment to have 4 tires put on. When I finally left at 2:15 pm, every person who came in after me had their car serviced and had already left. I will never return for service at the Oregon Pike Firestone location.

Been coming to Firestone for over 10 yrs. Unfortunately Firestone has become a place to avoid. Made an appointment for alignment. On my way i get a phone call, they have no techs today and need to reschedule. I am like what did you just tell me, nevermind just camcel my appt. I make an appt at another location. Dropped off 2 hrs early and told them i would be back 3-4pm (5-6 hrs), i come at 430pm, so 6.5 hrs later and they are just pulling it in. Their excuse was they only have 1 alignment bay, 10 % off and it will be 30 min. Its after 5pm and i and stil here waiting. Sorry but really Firestone....they just have to accept a big fat L on this one. My advise is to avoid Firestone at all costs.

I know nothing about cars so my review isn t regarding the automobile service, but rather, the customer service. It s a Saturday and they were clearly busy. I thought I had an appointment but didn t, but they took my car anyways. It took a little while, which I didn t mind, but I started getting really light headed. There s no vending machine, but when Service Manager Samuel heard that I was feeling well, he came out with a bag of pretzels and a seltzer for me! I was embarrassed but I felt so ill I gladly accepted the pretzels! Thank you

This place is excellent!!! Very honest I was from out of state. My car was over heating. They fixed the problem. They could of lied I was stuck. I dealt with Brian extremely nice guy honest and great to work with. I want to give higher then 5 stars. They are super nice honest and great price! Thank you again for them saving me.

I have been going to this Firestone for 10 years now. Until this last trip I never had a problem. I've spent thousands of dollars on multiple Vehicles over the years. I will never return again. I was told my car needed $600 worth of work. It needed a $12 gas cap.

I took my vehicle in for a noise near the serpentine belt in my car. The belt was changed. However, the noise was still present. I received my vehicle back and was told by the rep that his technician considers it regular noise. He asked if I wanted to schedule another appointment. I opted out. Nothing was ever diagnosed. There are accessories under the belt. When I mentioned rhis, they reacted rudely.I also had new tires placed, which were never balanced. Tbey would shake when on the expressway. I went to another firestone to get my car looked at, I mentioned the tire issue they balanced them for free. Not balancing my tires wull wear them out.I also had eaten peanuts near my engine post repair.They have one rep that is kind of friendly. Overall rushed Jobs nonchalant crew. Please go somewhere else. You will be out of money and time.I filled out the survey a while back and still have yet to receive a call even upon request.Yeats ago, firestone Corporation took bad reviews and complaints more seriously.

They are cars dealers that sells cars and a auto zone for cars. They have a great deals for customers that want purchase cars with a Amazing sales prices.They cleaned and organized well. They appreciate all of the customers with gratitude and courage in making a great decision on the dealership deals in all prices. They have parking spaces available for all cars and customers. They have excellent qualities of Cars and deals. They served their customers with respect and treat them kindly.

Worse possible customer service! The 2 men at the desk one was fat and bald the others pupils were so small he looked like he ate a bottle of pain killers! Had no time at to help anyone out!! Suggested I go to a turkey hill garage or Pep Boys!! Honestly pep boys does better and sells better tires! Worst experience ever would not suggest anyone go there at all use Jack Williams across the road much better and friendlier welcoming people ask for Terry he will set you up right!!!Service: Tires

They ruined my car. Don t ever go to this Firestone or any other! After replacing the motor mounts and not putting them on correctly, they came loose and ended up crushing the oil pan and causing the engine to fail. When I tried to talk to Firestone about it, they wouldn t take my calls. Not only were they not willing to fix it, they wouldn t even give me a refund. They wouldn t even look at it to access the damage. This company has the absolute worst customer service.

I've got a nail in my tire on the eve of a 10 day car vacation trip. We were planning to leave at 9:00 AM on Saturday and I needed a quick assessment and repair (if necessary) of the tire. I called Kevin at 7:00 AM, knowing how supportive he usually is. He told me to bring my car right away. They checked the tire immediately and their assessment allowed me to depart on time and have a great vacation without any further issues. Thank you for you support and understanding, Kevin and the Firestone crew!
