It was brilliant, I arrived and was courteously seen by the intake staff who to the time listen to my service needs and informed me of the process to follow. The turn around was quick and painless. The staff was professional, courteous and patient in explaining expectations. I'm sure looking forward to my next visit.

Great service,awesome staff. A battery installed there just under three years ago went bad. I stopped in without an appointment and they diagnosed the problem. I got a new battery at no charge as it was under warranty. Just had to pay for installation. No proration, free battery, period. That's the definition of customer service. Greg the service advisor is very professional.

Very good service along with very friendly customer service! Love the convenience of online scheduling and keeping me informed through text messages and video clips! Kudos for keeping up with the times and making taking a car in for service less painful!

2 nd time in 2 month we had our car there and as I was leaving I notice the check engine light is on and turn around and now had to leave car there thank God my friend waited for me or I would have been stuck there. After a very pleasant phone call , I understand more of what when on and they were not at fault and that why I change my review and stars. They stand behind their employees and what they do . So think before you write a review!!

Provides great service on my 2018 Chevy Volt. One of only a few places that has a certified Volt Tech on staff. Always courteous, helpful and knowledgeable.

Very helpful staff.Repairs can only go as fast as insurance aprasors go. Basic repairs move along well. Loaner cars available on shop repairs and inspections. Sales people in sales department are well manored and knowledgable about cars and trucks.Large free parking area with handicap parking and wheelchair accessible. Clean restroom. I buy vehicles here.

Came in for a nail stuck in my tire and wasn't sure if it would've turned flat if I took it out. Luckily, the service guy was able to just plug it. Saved me the cost of getting a set of new tires. They're legit and not about just getting your money. Also got my safety and emissions inspection taken care of thanks to the service rep informing me it was set to expire next month.

Went in for a routine oil change.Was greeted upon arrival, car was taken back right away. Service completed. An associate told me my vehicle was completed, and off I went.Efficient, honest, and job well done

Faulkner Chevrolet Lancaster Service Center always takes care of my vehicle needs and provide consistent, quality customer service. Ashley kindly kept me updated while my vehicle was serviced, provided coffee, and even a free shuttle to a nearby location. With every visit, I feel appreciated and well-informed as a customer!

Faulkner service has served me very well for many years and many vehicles. Service has always been efficient and professional as well as transparent. They always kept me informed and prices are reasonable. The mechanics and service writers are the best. Highly recommend their service department.

Owned and driven Chevy trucks since 1974. This last one has required more repairs than all of them added up. Would only take my vehicle to a dealership for maintenance when under warranty.

They were very nice, fixed the airbag and it doesn't look like they removed the part where the airbag went, very courtesy and promptly on time.
