They did an amazing job of repairing my wife's 2011 Toyota Camry after a minor accident with a curb and a storm drain. The repairs took a little longer to complete over the holidays, but it was well worth it after seeing the end result. Also, I appreciate how they checked and realigned the front tires without having to ask. My wife hasn't had any issues with the car since leaving the shop. Thank you so much!

Dutch Valley Auto Works provides exceptional service! I've had to bring in three family vehicles for repairs, and each experience was superb. From the initial contact to my most recent visit, the staff exhibited courtesy and professionalism. The repairs were completed within the estimated timeframe, and upon picking up my vehicle, I was impressed by the flawless work and the added bonus of a thoroughly cleaned interior and exterior. We've been taking our vehicles to Dutch Valley Auto for years now. They've always provided a detailed breakdown of what needed to be fixed and provided accurate estimates. They never tried to throw in something that didn't need to be repaired. Their staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable and I wouldn't trust my cars with anyone else!

I had a very good experience with Dutch Valley Auto works, I would totally recommend them. They were able to get my car in a week earlier than my actual car appointment, they told me it would take about 2 weeks to get my car fix and they actually fixed my car within a week, and they did a great job on fixing my car. No stars. Nobody there has quality inspection when done. Took car there twice once for accident 2nd time to fix there screw up. Just picked car up has more issues wrong from them this time. Dirt in paint feels like 80 grit sand paper window not set in right again no clear coat paint in gas filler door just over spray. Attorney will be notified. Apparently have to give 1 star to post that sucks I should get stars.

I have had work done here for both of my vehicles and could not have been happier each time. They were courteous, professional, and skilled at their craft. They did great work and did it in a timely fashion. I highly recommend using this establishment.

I had a very good experience with them it was a easy and smooth transaction I will definitely come back if I have too. 8/8/22 drop off and pick up 8/16/22 for the second time around. Unfortunately I ended up coming for the second time and they did a excellent work awesome guys thank you

I ve been here a total of 5 times over 10 years but the last one was the straw that broke the camels back. First time I ever went I took a car in that needed the wheel replaced and the estimator called me saying they couldn t find the same wheel In black (I plasti-dipped them black) he told me he found a similar one and I told him to look for it in silver and instead of looking for it when I went to pick the car up it had the different wheel on it and it was not similar at all. The next 3 experiences were ok but this last time I took my car in because it was T boned and I was told they couldn t look at my car for 2 weeks which was fine but after the work was started I didn t get an update for about a month in which they told me they were waiting on a but I only found out because I called. Then when that part came in almost another month later that they were waiting on ANOTHER back order part but after calling around found out the part is discontinued so I had to have insurance release the car till that part comes in but that s not even the worst part. I told the estimator I had after market parts and they put stock parts back on and a giant chunk of paint was ripped off the hood they painted and after showing them before I drove off they are telling me that their work is done and I have to reach out to insurance because they did what they had to do already. Also in the car for what ever reason it looked like my center console was taken apart and they removed an after market pedal I had for what reason I have no clue. I only went because they are recommended by insurance but I ll never goto them again I wouldn t recommend them to anyone unless your willing to wait with no end time In sight and want to be ignored about your car.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

Worst place to take your car for repair. They will lie to your face every day, and before you know it your car will sitting on their lot for two months. I have never dealt with such liars before, especially that Andrew person. This business is a fraud.

We had an insurance fix for my fianc� s dodge & they did such a phenomenal job!They called to keep me updated & they made me feel like our car was in great hands. It came back super clean. I will attach photos of before and after. Thank you again to chuck & the employees at Dutch valley!

I brought my car in for relatively minor damage and I have to say the only downside of the entire experience was that it was hard to find a place to park! The front desk was fantastic from start to finish, always cordial and helpful. The estimator was straight forward and quick. The work was done in a timely manor (even getting my car IN early and finishing the job a day early!). They washed my car and cleaned and vacuumed the inside, too! I am very, very pleased with my experience here and will be recommending them to friends and family.Service: Body & Trim

Recently brought my Charger here after a bad front end collision and I cant stress enough how impressed I am with the quality of work they did. I was worried the car would never be the same but it looks and drives as good as the day I got it.

Their customer service has been amazing for car repair under my insurance. They call regularly to give updates and have been great. Not as communicative when insurance is not involved, but I'm assuming their work will be just as good.

My car recieved a boo boo and Dutch Valley took excellent care of getting my girl restored. I have a friend who is a mechanic and upon seeing my car back from Dutch Valley he said, "That is the finest body work and painting I have seen in a long time." My friend has been a mechanic for many years and I think his compliment speaks volumes about your incredible skills. Thank you for making a stressful situation (the accident) more bearable.

I have used this body shop for many repairs along the years. To me they're the best around. And since I just Were using them again I would Not trust my land rover with anybody else.

My insurance company sent me here to repair damage from a fender bender. They replaced the front bumper & trim. It looked as good as new when they were done. Dutch Valley was entirely professional, friendly and completed the work quickly. They answered my questions and kept in touch along the way. The repairs were finished in a week. I expected it to take a lot longer. Great job all around. Highly recommend!

Had an estimate from Joe at Dutch Way Auto Works and everyone was super nice and very helpful! Joe was extremely professional and explained and answered every question I had. Will definitely have work done there.

Dutch valley did $5500 worth of repairs on my brand new rav4. I was shocked at how fast they completed the estimate and the repairs and my car was ready a day earlier than promised. They even washed it and vacuumed it. The car drives as good as before and you d never even notice that parts were replaced and painted. Easy to communicate with and they worked with both my insurance and enterprise to hook me up with a rental. Would recommend!

I used DVA for accident repair, and later on inspection. The were excellent. Got me in quickly. Someone else's insurance was paying, so there was a bit of back and forth, but they handled it and kept me constantly updated, so I always knew the status of my car and when it would be ready. It was ready infter the second day. Being able to pick up and drop off outside of business hours was super convenient.Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Wheel alignment, Brakes

Unknown how their work is but the attitude of the employees at the front desk is less than pleasant. Unknown how their work is but the attitude of the employees at the front desk is less than pleasant I arrived at 4:20 PM and the body shop and office closes at five. Front desk was unwilling to assist because they closed in about 35 minutes. I advised I would like an estimate done and even offered a different day but again they would not help. You just lost $8,000 of work. I called another local body shop and they were more than happy to write an estimate and schedule the work in 2 weeks.I appreciate your quick response to my post. While I understand scheduling appointments, that wasn't the reason I was given as I would have gladly done so. The first thing that I was told was that you do estimates but there was only 35 minutes or so left in the day. I explained to that person that your business was not a preferred shop for my company but they authorized you to repair since I had heard good things about your customer service, work, and follow through and asked to use DVAW. No problem and I apologize that this wasn't the experience that I had. Thanks again.
