I was recommended Crash Champions from Geico after getting hit. Being in an accident is extremely stressful, but Crash Champions really made the process smooth and stress-free. Spencer kept me informed through the whole process and during each step. My car looks great. I am very pleased!

I am beyond pleased with the work these guys did. I was told that every repair shop had a long wait time, but let me tell you crash champions did not disappoint. They were able to look over my car to do the estimate very quickly, then within a week or less they were able to get me in to repair my car. Jen is wonderful she made it so I was able to drop my car off because I wouldn t make it in time after work, that process was smooth. I did call and ask for updates rather quickly and after that was able to receive text messages about the status of my repairs. I was unable to pick up the day it was finished but again Jenn made that process easy for me as well. Once I picked up and paid I was absolutely beyond pleased when I saw my car. Not only were the repairs wonderfully done, but they went above and beyond and cleaned the inside of my car. My mom always says return things better than you found them and crash champions you live up to that! If I need any future repairs I will most definitely be back, thanks a bunch, and keep u the great work! I added before and after photos!

I am highly impressed with the exceptional service provided by your team. The results of the vehicle cleaning service were nothing short of remarkable, as my vehicle now looks as good as new. The level of customer service extended to me was exemplary, and I want to especially acknowledge the surprise element of finding that the interior of my vehicle had been meticulously cleaned and organized. All of my children's belongings were folded neatly and their toys were placed in a bag, demonstrating a remarkable attention to detail. I am sincerely grateful for the extra effort and care taken to ensure that everything looked outstanding. Thank you for going above and beyond to deliver an outstanding experience.

DONT TAKE BMWS HERE. or any car lol. this place is a big joke. i've taken my car back 3 times now and STILL not fixed correctly. the first time they said it would take 10 days and it took 2 months and wouldn't allow me to even see my car. horrible welding, sealant job was absolutely terrible, and they left rust in my car which was caused from them not welding properly so water got in and caused rust and a broken amp. this place is a great way to show how NOT to run a business. so if you want added stress in your life then crash champions is the way to go. if i could give 0 stars i would :) although the front desk woman is super nice and you should get out while you can!

These guys are INCREDIBLE. We hit a coyote in our car broke the front bumper a few clips and the paint spidered along with a front sensor stopped working. They fixed all the pieces and match the paint perfectly. Not only did they fix the exterior but when I picked up my vehicle the car was SPOTLESS! It looked completely brand new. They vacuumed cleaned the windows the dash the computer screen EVERYTHING. It was so nice to get my vehicle back this way.

Vehicle was repaired and ready for pick up earlier than initial estimate. The staff were friendly and very professional. They returned my vehicle in better condition than when they received it.

My car was done in less time then I was told. Not only were the damages fixed for the original issues. They found minor other things and fixed that at no additional cost. They also cleaned the inside and outside of my car. I've now been here twice for repairs for 2 different cars. I will definitely return if need be.

This was an amazing first ever repair service. Not only was this done in a timely manner, but I was well-informed the entire process, and my car underwent a cleaning and detailing prior to my pick-up. The staff are extremely nice, friendly, and helpful. Should I ever experience an accident again and need repairs, I would not hesitate to bring my car here again. Truly remarkable service.

Shattered rear window right before the weekend that rain was coming. GEICO has this shop as my closest "rapid repair" place. Went a day before drop-off to check out the spot, to see if there was covered parking, as it was supposed to rain hard that weekend and I needed to drop the vehicle off before they opened. Spencer came out and spoke with me, went inside and came out with a sticky SaranWrap type of cover that we put over the rear of my vehicle to prevent rain. He gave me suggestions to help it adhere , and this was perfect that night/ morning of. The receptionist Jennifer was kind and left a good voicemail, and was pleasant upon paying. Spencer came out to shake my hand when I picked up the video, which I liked. Nice staff.My only lament would be the communication I expected/wanted for updates, and the amount of texts and emails I got prompting a review. I'm used to shops calling to update the driver - it appears with their automated texts that there's a hyperlink to go to a portal that they may utilize to provide updates? Since I dropped off the car before they were open, I didn't receive any correspondance or calls like 'hey we'll be sending a text, use that website for updates' ; I didn't receive any calls at all. I called late that afternoon that I dropped it off, since GEICO said it was a 1 day turn around, and asked if my car would be ready to pickup. "Ah no sorry it'll probably be a couple days, we had to order a part". Ah.. so went to get a rental. Didn't receive any texts or calls tuesday, so wednesday afternoon I called and asked for an update since I was in a rental going day-by-day. "If everything goes right you should get it tomorrow, we'll let you know". I got a call from the receptionist Thursday afternoon. When I was led to believe it was a 1 day turn around on a Monday, to get it Thursday was a bit.. different, had I been updated along the way it wouldn't have felt as bad.thankfully my GEICO policy covers a rental, and the closest Enterprise they work with was right down the street. They didn't have the covered size of the vehicle, but after getting a SUV for four days, it only cost me 25$ out of pocket.Ah. And as for the updates. Man I've had the car less than a week since picking it up, and I've consistently gotten texts requesting a follow up survey, and emails for the same. There seems to be abnormal noise from how the glass was set I'm seeing if it'll subside and was going to review then, but at this point I'm just reviewing so hopefully I'll stop getting pestered to review.Either the shop/ partnered with Geico, the repair and parts is covered for the life of the vehicle, so I'm grateful for that given the noises I'm already hearing a week into getting it back.Would set a different expectation, and would recommend. Nice staff.

They did an AMAZING JOB with my car. My car is 20+ yrs old, but in great condition. After someone hit me, I wasn't sure they were going to save it. I was stressed out and thought they were going to tell me it was totalled. Hec, they even cleaned the inside and outside. The crew deserves a HUGE THANK YOU !!!!!!!!(ps. the gas door broke off yrs ago)

So it took them until July 12th to call me when they had my car on July 5th. I have aftermarket parts and they didn't fix anything. They left stuff undone. Will never take my car back here. Didn't work with me and gave me excuses. Car still isn't fixed correctly. Parts not reinstalled. Broken axle boot.

People are very congenial and always working to make sure when your car comes out of the shop it is fixed correctly and looks like new on the outside where it was damaged. Thank you Crash Champions Collision and Dave for taking such good care.

I m not really happy with anything that was done here. The only good thing here was the rental car person. The little green paint really isn t a problem because that can buff out but the scratch above the reflector come on nowServices: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Outside of the car looks good,but the interior has a strong unpleasant smell now, the alignment is off, excessively long time line for repair, i needed to drive down and point out damage thatStaff is friendly and responsive

This experience exceeded my expectation by a mile. My car was repaired to its original appearance, runs perfects, service was completed on-time, and they even cleaned the inside of the car. They did a great job repairing the sideswipe on the driver s side of my car. The cleaning and detailing they did was terrific. Had to wait a month for an appointment, but they only took a week instead of two weeks, and it looks great. They were also very easy to work with, including helping to manage the rental I needed.

My car should have never been sent to this collision center for a new rim and tire but they're keeping my old one, which is not theirs to keep it is mine for a spare, but they have better ideas.

These guys are amazing! Their customer service is great!After having someone clip the back of my car, these guys buffed everything out for me and didn't even charge me! I was absolutely floored!Everyone is friendly and it felt like they truly wanted to help and do the best they could for me.I will absolutely recommend them and come back if I ever need their services again!
