Amazing and affordable service! The guys there had my car done within 2-2 1/2 hours! They were super nice and showed me the results of my car! Definitely recommend these guys!

Speedy turn around time! I was told to expect my car in a 2 day turn around time and my car was finished on the same day 5 hours after I dropped it off for the repairs. They got me a cheaper rate than estimated & the check in and check out of the process was quick and easy. Although, I do wish they would offer later times to drop off/pick up due to normal work hours and I couldn t drop off on a weekend.

Service technicians are very knowledgeable, honest and friendly here. Love that they send video of what they are checking out on your vehicle with what must be fixed, and recommendations for future service needs so we can make informed decisions. I work in healthcare and can't answer my phone so the technicians know to text me with everything and I get back to them on my break. They just excel at customer service here and we recommend Chapman Ford to all our family and friends.

I found the text message connection throughout the service very informative. The video scan of the underside of the car was a surprise. I liked how the technician showed what was inspected and what needed attention right before my eyes. I will continue to use Chapman Ford in the future.

Service and scheduling very efficient. Work completed in a timely manner. However the 3% surcharge I was blindside with when picking up my car is unacceptable. I will purchase my next vehicle elsewhere.

We purchased our truck from Lancaster Chapman Ford. They had the best deal for what we were looking for. Very friendly staff and all around good shop for everything. Just had the free inspection which comes with a new purchase. Thank you Chapman.

Efficient, thorough, and fast. Very happy with the tech who inspected my car and liked seeing the video of that.*Bonus one of the salesman, alfonte addison, chatted with me while i waited. I will definitely use him for my next car purchase. The whole experience went really well. Buying your car from ford includes free inspections for the life if the car.

Each time i visit this place i am treated respectfully and made to feel appreciated as a customer. The staff is amazing and service department has been perfect. Mike assisted me.Antonio sold me the vehicle and he was excellent as well.

My seat belt broke. I went in and asked for a seat belt. It cost me $189. for them to tell me I need a seat belt. I go in next week to pay for seat belt and another $189. to put it in. Does that seem fair? I m 76 years old and on a fixed income. $500. is huge for me!!

I m got a remind of my appointment. I was able to drop it off at 7am. The work was done in a timely manner enabling me to pick car up after work. I received updates via text which I like because I can check on things when I am available and not be interrupted during inopportune times.

I have dealt with Chapman Ford for a long time I appreciate the way they provide services when needed and have always treated me very fairly. This was an unscheduled appointment it was something that happened during the day and needed to be fixed and they squeezed me in to fix it and that was very important to me thank you

Having a warranty is almost worthless anymore. This isn t a dig personally at the service advisors and employees at this location as it is a negative review for their upper management and how the place is run. I took my F-150 for service, I have an extended warranty with endurance, and let me say the warranty is not the issue here, it s Chapman.. my deductible is $100 dollars which is all I should have to pay out of pocket. When I was called to be informed of what was found to be wrong with my truck (transfer case control module), they informed me that above my deductible of $100, that I owed an additional $156 to amount a total of $256. When asked why that was being my warranty is a bumper to bumper and a simple control module should be covered I was simply offered an explanation of the warranty company wasn t fully covering it and that it s their fault. Well hanging up the phone with Chapman service and calling my warranty company, I was informed it s indeed a covered parts and labor and that the additional out of pocket expense on my end is purely because Chapman is charging OVER MSRP for parts and were charging more than the fair hour rates for the TCCM replacement. So my warranty company advises they only pay up to MSRP and that the additional charges I m facing is purely dealer markup (price gouging). So I went in to pick up my truck and cancelled all parts to be ordered and service to be performed. They want to cry about it s the market and economy these days, yea that s coming to an end. To charge parts and labor above MSRP when you re already making good money on msrp alone absolutely nuts. Pure greed.

I came to Chapman Collision center after being in an accident in my new car. I was shaken up and upset to the damage of my new car I hadn t even had for 3 months. Every possible thing that could go wrong with my insurance went wrong leaving me with a huge bill I could not afford. Scott and his team went above and beyond to make sure I had all my needs met in a budget I could afford keeping my safety their priority. Even when they faced difficulties finding parts for my car, Scott was kind to me- even through my frustrations during the long month they had my car. I would recommend this business to anyone that needs work done.

I had a minor repair a driver had cut the corner too sharply when driving from her parking space resulting in gouges and scrapes to my front bumper. The driver s insurance company suggested using the collision center for Chapman Ford. I did.The other drivers insurance company took care of the cost to repair the damage. I dropped my car off on 11/7/23 and picked it up on 11/10/23.From what I could tell, CFCC did a great job replacing the bumper and as an added bonus, detailed my car.Thus, I m very satisfied with both the quality of the repair and service.As an aside, a rental car was provided. Enterprise made it very easy.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Disappointed with our experience we ended up bringing our minivan to Ford after an accident on 10/21/2023. Initially we had the car towed to LTM but they had about an 8 week wait and we were told insurance wouldn t cover a rental if there was another shop that could do the work. We now understand why Ford could fit us in so quickly! The pick up date was extended weekly due to numerous broken parts arriving. We were okay with the extensions because we wanted the car fixed correctly. About a month later we picked our car believing everything was fixed.A few hours after pick up we noticed the horn was not working. (The night of the accident my husband stated to the police that he used the horn to warn the other driver that she was coming into his lane so it was working the night of the accident, but not after pickup.) I called Ford immediately and left a message. That was a Friday night. I received a call the following Monday and explained what happened. Ford told us to bring it in anytime that they were open, that it would take a few minutes, that it was most likely a fuse. We tried two different times to bring the car in (closer to the date we picked it up). Both times, mechanics were not available, had just left.My husband ended up taking the car in last week (mid/end January) and the mechanic told him it was a known problem with the make and model of our Pacifica. The mechanic told us to call Chrysler to set up a diagnostic appointment. Also, when the mechanic walked out to our car, he noticed that a flood light was installed incorrectly (by then) and fixed that issue.I refused to pay out of pocket for a diagnostic test and had contacted both our insurance and the at fault party s insurance. Many messages were left and phone calls were placed to Ford over the next few days. Not being a mechanic, I was not really understanding what was being told to me. Erie (at fault party s insurance) took over and finally got everything set up and figured out in a few hours. The agent looked over paperwork regarding the work Ford completed and noticed that they worked around areas that could cause the horn not to work.The car ended up being taken to Chrysler where it was determined that it was not a known problem with our make and model but in fact an issue with two wires being plugged in incorrectly.Ultimately, the car should never have left a car repair shop without a working safety device. We are happy to have a working horn, without having to pay the $235+ for a diagnostic test, labor and car rental. It s a shame that one of the shop s instincts was to do an internet search, assume that it was a make and model issue instead of trying to correct the problem.Ultimately the problem was fixed but it should not have taken as long as it did. I should not have had to make that many calls to get something that ended up being the shop s fault fixed.

Not only does the bumper look great but I thought I heard something on my way home called them they brought it back looked at what I heard fixed it best they could and it was NOTHING they did wrong thanx guys!!!!

I felt really robbed, the prices for the parts and labor are very expensive. I also went for a repair and they fixed something else for me and the noises that I heard continue, the truth is I will not take my car there again. Something else, I wanted to change my vehicle for a newer one and no one helped me.

I only go to Chapman Ford for ANYTHING I need for my Ford escape. They have excellent service, and they always do the job right. All the employees are SUPER friendly and helpful. 5 stars!

So, I ve been coming here for about 5 years. Service is ok, not great. Wait times have been gradually increasing over that time along with the prices for the same services, but the last straw was inspection service going from $55 to $89 from last year, along with the increase in the states fee for sticker is just not going to fly. I ll go support a small local company instead. You will not be getting any more of my business.

Chapman Ford of Lancaster has been nothing but impressive and shows no signs of showing otherwise! Recently took my 2023 F350 superduty in for first service. Dropped it off for service at 9am the night prior. I received notification they began it before scheduled time! All in all I had my truck back before noon! Well before the anticipated finish time! I have been profoundly amazed by the service and quality of Chapman! I highly recommend them if you re in the market for a vehicle! You won t regret it and silly of you not to choose Chapman!

In my opinion, Chapman Ford Lancaster, did an excellent job in the diagnosis of my problem. I had been told earlier by another dealer that one of the main computers was bad and was causing the problem. The estimated repair cost was $800-$900. Chapman Ford found there was a blown fuse that supplies power to the HVAC computer. They replaced that fuse and the total bill came to $145. Based on their honesty and professionalism, I highly recommend Chapman Ford Lancaster.

I have always had a great experience with Chapman but this year there was a mix up that delayed my car from being completed over the Holidays. Chapman handled the situation with integrity and went above and beyond for customer service recovery.

My experience greatly improved from the last time I had service done. Even though it was difficult to get through on the phone to make an appt, I walked in and spoke with Jerry. He remembered me, lol when he pulled up my file on the chapman computer and was able to fit me in immediately. He called me a lyft to take me to work and my car was done by noon. The attitude of the store was better and lighter! Thanks Jerry and as always Tyler Dahowski is the BEST sales guy in LANCASTER. i suggest buying from him. I'd go back any place he works!Services: Vehicle Inspection, Auto emissions testing, Vehicle safety inspection
