I came in at 7:30am sharp this morning in hopes to figure out what is wrong with my car. Joshua greeted me respectfully and helped me through the process of running a diagnostic test. He was super helpful and knowledgable about my situation. I felt like a burden due to the poor weather conditions, but that quickly faded as I witnessed Joshua's work ethic and customer engagement. If I had cash, he would have gotten a tip, with no hesitation. Thank you again for all your help Joshua! Keep up the GREAT customer service!

These chestnut st. guys are awesome! I needed a new blinker light and not only did they help me find the right one, they put it on for me! They refused payment, no matter how adamant I was, and continued to say "it's just what we do. That's how we do customer service here!" I truly appreciate it!!! I know yall might say 'it's just a simple blinker light' but for me it's the principle of it all.

Carlos Perez is an amazing employee. I was 60 miles from home with a dead battery. Carlos stood out in the pouring rain and changed it with no complaints. It wasn t an easy exchange either. Thank you Carlos!

I called prior to going to the store about a part. Was very impressed when I walked in and was greeted very kindly and to my amazement when my part was waiting for me at the counter. Well done AutoZone well done. Even had a self checkout counter.

Today Carlos was the one who helped me. In my opini�n represents the highest level of customer service. He indeed is a great manager.He truly was helpful from beginning to end Carlos is cordial, respectful and went the extra mile at every stage.I was pleasantly surprised. If everyone was like Carlos things would be different.

Carlos Perez provided me with SUPERIOR customer service! He assisted me with scanning the repair code for my VW Tiguan - the problem had been fixed two days prior - the mechanic must have simply forgotten to reset my vehicle's dashboard and Chris resolved that issue for me as well. THANKS A MILLION, CHRIS!!!

I was at Auto Zone in Lancaster, PA today (Chestnut St) and the people working there couldn't have been nicer. So helpful. I bought a gas cap with a tether and Tyler could see I was uncomfortable installing the tether so he offered to help me and David came out to assist. Such a wonderful experience and I thank them greatly. I would go out of my way again to come to this Auto Zone.

Terrible service. Employee basically cursed at us because we asked for a break down of the price. Very very unprofessional! Said he has an attitude with people that had an attitude with him.

Showed up here with loose lugnuts and the men immediately helped me! Went way above and beyond! 1 more mile and my tire may have flew off I am so thankful for the people at this store!

It was very nice to walk in and see a familiar face. I met lu when he worked for pepboys. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Always goes above and beyond to help with your needs and always makes sure you leave laughing. As well as the other employees. Everyone seems excited to help and back eachother up. I happened to walk in while a rush was happening and not once did they break a sweat. Will keep coming to this location more often. Good job guys!!

Called and asked if they did battery charges. A helpful lady picked up and stated that they did.So I went in and asked to confirm when i got there, and to also ask for help to remove the battery. But before I could ask for help, one of the men there was clearly frustrated, and said"YOU have to bring the battery in to US!"It's a free service, so it's understandable, but it's not like I carry tools to remove my car battery with me. He clearly didn't want to assist, so I just awkwardly left. I wish the other employee I talked with on the phone was there, so someone would actually be doing their job.Why bother offering the service, if they don't want to do it?

Such a wonderful place and staff. Twice I ve had headlights go out and twice I ve gone there to purchase lights and they ve installed them for free. They re very friendly and helpful. I d highly recommend going here if you need any mechanical help or items.

The guys there super helpful they get you what you need right then and there and if they don't have it they order it right for you and inform you directly on what you need to order great place to go

She helped me with my exchange. They were able to look up my account by my number so that I got a full refund to my card as i no longer had a receipt. She asked the right questions and compared the brake pads to confirm they were the correct ones. Much appreciated! Thank you!

Call them up talk with them about a battery I need it for my truck they help me out good price salesman came and put the battery on very professional I'm sorry but I forgot the gentleman's name but it was amazing with the guys it for me I know people might say that just putting a battery like wow but just the manner he was talking to me and putting it in all he was very professional to the most

My husband sometimes go to this place but he always have a bad experience with 2 dominican female employees that works there. They don't know how to treat the clients with respect. When my husband asked them for help they are rude and don't have any education at all. We have friends that don't go there anymore for the same reason. Your company will have to teach them how to treat the clients.

I could ve sworn I already put a positive post on this location. But this was a nice place to stop I wasn t even aware of it in my neighborhood, a little tricky so keep your eye out for the turn into the parking lot. And the gentleman there was very nice enough to assist me

Everytime I come to this store , I have a great experience.. especially today. Joey helped me out with my bumper issues with no problem, he was very friendly and professional about it. Def recommend this particular store and him to help out , thank you :)
