I took my car for an alignment, now my car doesn't pull to one side if my hands aren't on the wheel, so they did a good job. They fixed a minor issue for much less than the local dealer was quoting me for the same work. In general I'd recommend this shop to anyone. There isn't much parking at all so if you're taking your car in, try to drop it off during work hours because there wouldn't be many places to leave the car if dropped off after hours.

Recently my ex had gotten into a car accident and needed his car to be repaired. The workers from AutoTech were in contact with him every step of the way letting him know what he should expect from the insurance company. The entire time the staff were extremely kind, reasonable and helpful looking to make sure that he got his car back as soon as possible and did an amazing job detailing and making his car look new again. He says that his car actually looks nicer that when he first bought it after all the repairs and replacements. Overall would recommend them 10/10. (AutoTech in the Ephrata location also is has great service, have gone there as well for general car maintenance. Pricing is good.)Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto detailing, Car waxing

I drove three hours to have my Acura Legend serviced at Autotech Lancaster. I was experiencing several issues with the car that other mechanics misdiagnosed.Dale, and Harvey addressed all the issues in a timely manner. They are honest, and professional. The communication was excellent, and the cost of the repairs was very reasonable. This was one of my best experiences with a repair shop. This was my 3rd visit for repairs, I am very pleased with the services I ve received! Prices are reasonable and my car was in and out within an hour or two. I didn t have to wait long, I have a couple of more things I need to fix and I will definitely go back... Winston the office manager is awesome! I have always had great service from AutoTech Lancaster! When they find things that need fixed they are helpful in explainging the process. When I had a part installed that ended up being defective they promptly replaced it at no charge. Fantastic place and family. I am from Spain and I wanted to go there. He show me the cars he got there and I bought some sterling brand stuff. Admirable that a person is still having alive the sterling brand. Amazing. Pleased to meet you. A big hug. Take care and keep those cars.

Called these guys to install aftermarket lowering springs on my Jeep SRT8, they did a hell of a job. Also take my girlfriends car there for inspection, oil changes and general maintenance. Communication is superb, hard to find a trust worthy Mechanic shop who isnt going to over charge you or charge you for unneccessary work. Honest garage. The guys here were very informative on the pros and cons of what would happen if I did or didn't get the work done. Turns out the $600 job would've had very little benefit. Definitely a place I'd recommend.

My Prius had a steering wheel shudder for months. It happened when you braked or drove faster than 55 mph. I should have taken it to Dale long ago! He just tightened a bolt in the steering column and the problem was fixed! Thanks!

Had a 2012 Honda Odyssey at 2 other shops for what seemed like a misfire. Neither shop could figure it out, and sold me on expensive but useless "solutions". Brought it to Auto Tech. Dale got to the real issue, proposed a solution, and voila! Thanks Auto Tech!
