Brought my car in for an inspection and a coolant flush. Said I needed a new water pump. Ok, fine. Replaced water pump and timing belt, and car isn't running right. Says bring it back. Ok, fine. Puts in fuel additive to correct. Still runs terrible. I bring to Ford Dealer who say he did the timing belt wrong and he ripped a CV axle boot and didn't tell me (tried to fix with JB Weld). He says he'll fix it. Ok, fine. I drop off again. Mind you, at this point I've paid over $1,800 for his work, over $250 in car rental fees, and Ford $190 for the diagnostic. I drop off, he says his work is great, he fixed the issue with a harmonic balancer and tune up. Great, right? Wrong. As soon as I get home, the engine light pops on. Run my own cheap diagnostic. Misfires all over the place. Arocha wants me to bring it back for more work?!? No thanks pal! I would never let this dude touch anything but brakes, an oil change, and maybe tie rod ends. I would never let him touch anything more complex than that. Another review on here had issues with him doing a water pump. Seems like he should learn his limits and stick to what he knows.

This man and his family are so nice. They took me in very next day to fix my brakes told me what else they could do for me and gave me the option. He is a peoples man. He does not force you to do anything, nor does he pressure you. He is so reasonably priced he was like a christmas gift himself being in the same week as christmas. I would recommend hime to everyone. He does absolutely everything but tearing down a transmission. So if you need anything hes your man.

This is one of the hidden gems Lancaster has to offer out here,and tbh the best.They get down to the facts,tell u what u need to work on,give u a quote and the rest is up to you ultimately.They gave me some serious advice on this truck I purchased,and I got out of it because of them.I was also able to get a decent car from them in the process that until this day has gotten me to places and guarantees it actually was taken care of.I recommend people to go there.

I have been using Arocha's for the past 2 years. Mark and Ray are very talented technicians. I trust them with mine and my family's vehicles. They are very fair about the way they do business.

Went here to get an inspection. Guys were super friendly and had my car in and out in no time. They didn t try to take advantage of me being a single woman who knew nothing about cars. I will always take my vehicle here for service!!!! Thanks guys!!!!!

This is a small business and as such, the owner, Mark wants nothing but the best for his customers. If you want to be treated like family and know your money is well spent I highly recommend Arocha's.

My sons truck overheated it turned out he needed a water pump so they repaired, it the truck overheated once again! Arocha s garage did not put on the hose clamp that went to the water pump! I called Mark and told him what happened and that my friend put the hose clamp on the hose that went to the water pump! He didn t say he was sorry !To me that is not being a Good businessman !
