The store overall is great. Most of the staff are nice and helpful except the one guy in a wheelchair He is just mean. At least to me and my friends.

Was a little group, inside talking about cars and racing. Then they started talking trash, too other people who didn't even know them. Like starting a fight... not cool...They don't know how it could of end up...Don't play with fire...

This location seems to be understaffed and overwhelmed. I was provided friendly service, helpful staff, there just always seems to be a very long wait time to be helped.

I went for Wiper replacements and I had a warranty for them. The guy behind the counter was friendly and helpful. They didn't have any of the rear wipers in stock at their store but the one down the road did. So he called them to make sure they had one and were able to put it on for me.

Went into the Advanced store on King Street to get a couple things to change the oil in my car and the guys were so helpful there. They got me what I needed and also tell me about the speed perks points and how it works, and to download the app and as soon as I did that I got a five dollar coupon.I used my $5 off perks points at the advance auto in Manor shopping center and only paid $3 for my oil it was pretty awesome!!!,,, kudos to those guys to suggesting this for me!

The gentleman that helped me with deciding on which battery to purchase for my 2016, Toyota Camry, was very professional, knowledgeable, upfront with pricing concerning the type to selected, and why the GM version was the appropriate one for me. Prior to this he checked my battery and alternator to see which item was needed. In addition he assisted in what oil would be needed with regard to my upcoming oil change and gathered the required tools to do so, from oil, filter drip pan and funnel. Thank you.

Clean, imeat, organized. I was in and out with my purchase in under 3 minutes. Helpful advice from the man behind the counter to get my car checked if the fluid ran low again. It did. Good thing I had it checked. Steering rack is leaking. if I hadn't taken it to the garage and left it there I probably would've burned out the steering pump too and that would cost another thousand dollars that was unnecessary.

Good customer service with the worker i delt with, unfortunately the other worker not wearing a mask "properly" exposing mouth and nose. As he expressed he had allergies and started to sneeze it made me very uncomfortable.

Store was supposed to be open at 7:30 a.m. I sat out front along with three other customers all the lights were on nobody inside insight call the store three times no answer already paid for the part online never got a confirmation pickup only my confirmation order I will never come to this Advance Auto again to sum it up in one word !!ghetto!! Thankfully the Advance Auto on Main Street in Ephrata was kindly willing to help me!

I don't do much of my own work but shop here when I do because they are close. I have one complaint. I purchased a part with a life time warranty. When I needed the part again I was instructed that they will not enforce the warranty without a receipt. It had been a year (too short for a car part to wear out) but much longer than the ink on that receipt would have lasted. I could see the record of my purchase on their monitor but I still was expected to have the receipt.

Been using this location for about 5 years and Donnie is the backbone of this location, always there to help anyway he can. I chose this Advance because it's close to my shop, as well as the availability of commercial accounts.Today I went there to return some items that I didn't use. As soon as I walked in the door of course nobody was at the counter, or in the front portion of the store. I was greeted with yelling and screaming from an employee involved in a domestic dispute IN THE STORE!Unacceptable by any means! Because of this (and other issues with Advance) I will be closing all my business and personal accounts with Advance Auto, driving a little further to Pep Boys or Napa. Over 10 years I pledged allegiance to Advance Auto, and it was thrown away today.

ALWAYS HORRIBLE SERVICE! No one ever at front counter, all at parts counter, no books on shelves, to tell you which item you want, look it up online to get right one, but can't buy without waiting for 10 people in line at parts counter because they have none of the guides to tell you which one to buy on shelves.. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. They say pay online, pick up.. except you have to wait in the long line to pick it up!

Very helpful staff. The starter I bought was new, Not rebuilt and still had issues. Made Malaysia is made in Malaysia regardless of the fact it was manufactured by a IOS 9001 certified company.

This is a good place to have food and drik very fast there is a parking area. You can get your Mcgoods from your car or you can come in to a wide and confortable place to eat.

After the way my wife and son were treated in this store today, I will drive completely out of my way to NEVER shop here again. For that matter, any advance auto parts store.The way this staff displayed hatred towards two individuals is dumbfounding. If you are curious, yes my wife was frightened by your actions and the actions of the men and women behind your counter.

Helpful staff store was clean very knowledgeable. If they don't have part tgey can order it for next day.
