Tried to get some Mazda wipers and filters. They can get them, but not in stock. Better and quicker to order online and have them delivered to the house.

The staff at this location always provide exceptional service. My husband usually sends me with some vague instructions, and they are very helpful and patient with finding exactly what I need and recommending other things I may need for the project. It is my go to auto parts store in the area, and we have lots of vehicle projects! Highly recommend :)

I am disappointed every time I go here, unfortunately it's the closest auto parts to me. The last visit sums up my experience. I come in looking for a particular product that states online they have it. I could have ordered it online, and waited for an email to tell me it is ready for pick up. I did not since I was in the area. I show up, I look for the product, which I can not find. I ask for help and was told it is on an end cap. It was not. I ask a second person and she says "no sorry we don't have that". Never once did she look on her computer to check the inventory (this has happened twice now). I explained to her that online it shows that it is in the store, she once again says we don't carry that. I explained to her again, I could simply buy it online and come back in. She then asked an older gentleman which then leads me right to it. I was a half second away from walking out and spending money elsewhere due to a lazy employee. If you are looking for auto part or auto type product they may or may not have it, or maybe they just feel like looking for it. It all depends on who you get. Good luck.

Easy to find what you're looking for and if you can't find it, a service representative will help you. They installed my windshield wipers quickly. Their area of improvement could be with quicker service. There was only one associate available to ring and he was occupied with phone service calls. Waited about 15 minutes to pay for my purchase.

Staff was extremely polite and knowledgeable. Dealt with Vince on the phone and also when in the store. Quick service and installation of my car battery. So glad they are right in our backyard. Would highly recommend.

Only some of the staff is knowledgeable, poor customer service (due to high turnover rate I would guess) last time I walked in I waited a few minutes for someone to great me and when he did it was the driver. The other counter guys were talking amongst themselves. Wasn't upset about it, but it sets a standard.

Super duper good service!!!!I was at the hotel across the street and my car wouldn t start. After a jump start attempt failed, I called Advanced Auto and asked if they had a battery tester. Andy brought one over, thoroughly checked the battery, and detected no charge. He made a second attempt to jump start with his backup battery device, but the car would not start.Andy looked at the car s battery tray and saw that a larger battery would fit. I bought the bigger battery with 10% more cold cranking amps for the same price as the original size battery. Andy lent me tools to install the battery and a portable backup battery to plug into the OBD2 so the computer settings would be preserved while I disconnected the vehicle battery.Excellent customer service. Thank you very much!

The sign on the door says you must wear a mask to enter. I needed coolant for my car and I went in. Two staff members were not wearing masks and other customers, seeing that, removed their masks upon entering. I live with immunocompromised elderly. I quickly left the store without the item I needed.

All of the employees are great here. Every single employee, not just a few. Great store manager and good customer service. Excellent and perfect place for this Advanced Auto. This location is almost never empty. There is always at least a few customers and there is usually a big crowd that are always here at all times.

Associate was rude and dismissive. I will never be back. My guess is if you don t have a Y chromosome, they don t consider you worthy of being their customer. That s fine, boys. I can spend my money elsewhere.

Needed new battery! They had one for my car in stock. Purchased n installed in under 30 min. Employee was very nice n knowledgeable!

The place is good. If they don't have what you need, they can get it from another store nearby in a day. They also do basic car repairs (swapping the battery or helping with codes).

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. I was in the middle of a hardline brake repair and needed parts. The staff directed me to the correct material, fittings and even tools to complete the job. In and out in ten minutes.

Any other Advance Auto helped assist me fixing something quick with my car, or even taking a look under the hood. I asked for help to change a turn signal bulb, and the young kid said "no I can't help you". Told me it was way too complicated - gave me excuses. I came home and did it in about a minute. Disappointed that I was turned down for help when I've had great experiences else where.

Should be ZERO STARS, but that is not an option. I have to say I was excited to see the vacant space on Willow Street Pike being used and very happy to see an Advanced Auto Parts. Today was my first experience in the new store and I stopped in to pick up Anti-Freeze and some windshield washer fluid. I heard two people in the back taking about "if the made the numbers for the day" and there one guy was at the front counter. The counter guy was hairy with what looked like an old school ring on a necklace. I walked up to the counter and he asked me to wait, I thought he was ordering a part for a customer, then I noticed the House of Pizza menu in his hand. HE ASKED ME TO WAIT while he ordered his LUNCH. WTH. I was soooo pissed off, I put the two items back and LEFT. I will NEVER go back there again! Recommend not wasting your time as I did at this one and go to the one at: 2038 Lincoln Highway. Those guys are AWESOME.

Quarryville advance Auto. It's an awesome place and probably the only advance Auto I go to. I tried a few other ones in the area. Won't mention the location. But these guys are down to earth and very knowledgeable. They will actually pin point what you need and have the parts. Anytime you need something for your vehicle. I highly suggest you go there. Awsome employees. They truely make going there a good time. Check them out.

Not a single employee was wearing a mask . Which of course encouraged the other shoppers not to wear a mask. I was surrounded by plague spreaders. I left without buying anything .

None of the employees were wearing a mask, when there s a sign on the door stating you must wear a mask to enter. There are multiple reviews of this so obviously the management at this store doesn t care about employees or customers.

I gave you 1 star just so I could post a review,,,,when called and asked for new door latch for my van ,the manager told me to use my phone or my computer and get find the part number then call him back so he could order it for me,,, are you kidding me ,,,if I go to all that trouble thenI guess I can order it myself and save a lot of time ,money and your BS ,because clearly you don't know your job !!!
