Slow... It takes forever to do anything in this store... They are now apparently a UPS pickup location.? My package needed a signature and I wasn't home. So they took it to Advanced Auto and I had to wait forever to get it.This place is only good if you need a part immediately, and your car better be really common otherwise they'll order it and then it's no better than online shopping.

I went in to have my battery, starter, & alternator checked. The gentleman who was going to check it was an older man - he was super kind. The only thing that I didn t like was that he only checked my battery, bc it tested good. My battery was overcharged, not by much but I wanted to have everything checked. He didn t want to check anything else bc of the battery test & was explaining to me how it works (I have plenty knowledge on cars) so I didn t like that. He was quick to wrap it up & go back inside without listening to what I had to say. What I wanted was kinda disregarded at the end of my trip there.

The staff helped me by letting me know my battery, starter and alternator was working good but my battery was missing a bracket that was causing it to lose connection. They sold me parts at the best price (not the most expensive ones) and even took the time to install it. Ty and his coworker went above and beyond for me and my family! I won't go to another location.

Absolutely wonderful service! Had some problems with my battery and Ty was so kind and helpful and eventually we got to the root of the problem. 10/10 experience and would definitely recommend going here for all your car needs!

Good customer service, friendly staff. Went in to get my battery tested (cold weather is having for batteries) Chris one of the employees went out of his way to help me even though he was on his break, he saw I was not being helped as a customer. I thought he went above and beyond good customer service which is missing in today's time. He explained everything in a clear manner and was very helpful. 5 stars!

Zack was very kind and helpful. And I lost my phone, he found it, answered my call and told me i left my phone. I think most people would have tried to keep it, do there are still honest people around. Go see zack, he was also very helpful while I was there.

Order my rain guards for my car their the gentleman went on line and found them they were very helpful with other questions I had he ordered them the next Tues they came in I got a call from them that they came in I was very pleased with the product and they are on my car keeping me dry so untill next time keeping it always

I truly would like to rate the employees. I would give Austin a 2 star, wasn't helpful at all. Keyshawn saved my day. He went above and beyond (what his coworkers decided was too much effort). And the dark haired guy working (sorry, didn't catch your name), gets a two star rating. That's being generous! I'll be calling the manager in the morning (:

The staff is friendly and helpful. They have many parts in stock. Their prices are higher (more then double) then the big box store but they do have products in stock.

This Advance Auto is worthless!; Not helpful at All! Go to the Pep Boys right behind them! Jim at Pep Boys helped me find the correct lug nut size that I needed and so I spent another $110 with Pep Boys on Jacks that I didn't need right away!

I stopped in for a key fob battery and lost the little screw in it the man behind the counter came right around to help me find it he was very courteous,friendly and professional I give Donnie D 5 stars more if it was an option

Advance Auto parts on Lincoln highway East is extremely easy to access. Plenty of parking. Parts technician Donnie, helped us with our order he was extremely helpful and very very pleasant to work with, without a doubt in this instance he definitely knows his business. Bless you Donnie.

They had fuel hose and connectors which Pep Boys didn't have. And there were knowledgeable people on hand AND they answered the phone right away while Pep Boys didn't answer the phone or have anyone that I talked to who seemed to know their stuff.

The one employee who wore Philadelphia Eagles getup was VERY awesome at helping us out! However, there was one other employee with beard and moustache who did alot of griping. It's not good for business, guy. Cheer up!

Kind and capable people! Even though our battery had to be replaced while on vacation, the switch was quick, reasonably priced, and done well. It was surprisingly painless.

Despite hating the location, this store is excellent. They struggled to replace a battery for us until they had already locked the doors and still had a smile on. High quality customer service
