If I could give more stars I would! My husband & I took our Chrysler mini van to Rusty when nobody else could or would help us. It was a last ditch effort. From the start Rusty was honest & straightforward. He told us he would do all that he could BUT it if it was not worth saving, he'd say so before taking our money. Rusty gave us an option of fixing the transmission without a rebuild, he told us that there were absolutely no guarantees & it was 100% up to us if we wanted to take the chance. We did & we are so glad. I have my van back with & we are not out thousands of dollars or worse, having to deal with a new car payment! Truly Truly thankful for Rusty & they'll work he did. Well be back for sure & referring anyone looking for an honest & very gifted mechanic!

Rented a Uhaul from them and had an excellent experience. The move was a bit last minute and quite stressful, but Rusty at AAMCO was incredibly helpful and kind. He was flexible with our reservation and the rental itself was in great shape. Working with Rusty and AAMCO couldn't have been easier. 10/10 would rent again. Heck, I might just stop in to say hello every now and then

Excellent service. I had to drop off 2 massive uhual trucks and he was very accommodating. Was willing to go out of his way to help. I ll come back here in the future for uhual or for my vehicle.

Almost impossible to deal with this guy. He had the vehicle for 3 days and never touched it. Seemed not interested in doing a possible warranty repair or paid repair. Building did not even have power. I'm wondering if this shop is actually still an authorized Aamco shop. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.PS: Too bad it took this bad review for you to explain. Perhaps if you'd of told us on Sunday when we dropped it off we could have had the vehicle somewhere else before Thursday, (Tuesday of the following week to get repaired.) Unfortunately it's business not personal, speaking of compassion your delay cost $100's for a rental.

This AAMCO handled a repair for our mutual customer from this locations area. The customer is a family friend and Rusty treated the repair timely and professionally. Great Shop

Rusty is phenomenal and so thorough. He did not need to answer his phone on Easter Sunday when my car broke down, and was there first thing Monday morning to help me out.Definitely not your average auto mechanic experience...he genuinely cares about you and getting your car up and running again.

I called Rusty to get a price on replacing a transmission. He was very honest with me about the value and if it would be worth it. He could ve just taken the business and taken my money. But he talked me and made a lot of sense I won t use him this time thanks to his honesty but I sure will in the future.

Broke down and took my car into the AAMCO, they inspected and diagnosed the problem and they were able to fix and repair my car! I was greatly pleased with the professionalism and how they fixed my car after my own mechanic was unable to identify the problem. AAMCO took care of me and got my car back on the road in no time! The price was fair and reasonable and the repairs were done as explained to me. From here on out I will absolutely take my car to AAMCO, they sure know what they re doing! Thank you Rusty for a job well done!

This was my first time getting my car inspected without my father going with me. Mr.Rusty was seemingly very kind when explaining the process to me and then proceeded to try to charge me $115 for my annual inspection. The price sounded a bit high for me so I verified the accuracy with my father and he said a standard inspection costs, locally, approximately $50-80 depending on where you go.Unfortunately, Mr.Rusty attempted to take advantage of my inexperience in automotive maintenance and tried to charge me almost double the cost. In today s economy, that is deplorable. I hope no one who cannot afford to overpay for essential services gets swindled by this place.Service: Vehicle Inspection

The service here the times that I've gone in has been great. They take their time and give you the attention you need as well. You have any questions? Call in and ask for Rusty, he will take the time to explain what ever you are in doubt of when it come to whatever service you are getting done to your car. Definitely recommend....

Literally and heart of gold with this owner. So fair and honest. I was rip off by another mechanic for a rebuilt transmission didn't last a year . Called here and he was able to get me a new transmission for just a little more then what the last untrustworthy mechanic did. I left feeling confident I definitely was in good hands this time

Quality work at the ideal price and great customer service! Will be returning! They fixed my water pump quickly and got my car same day! The people are friendly and very informative, they walked me through everything before and after the repairs were done. They also replaced my squeaky brakes with real quiet ones at an awesome price! All my family and friends will know what a great shop this is.

Rusty, the manager is very friendly and personable. He clearly has a lot of experience and is very knowledgeable in the area of vehicle maintenance and repairs. The staff did a great job on my car in a timely manner, and for the best price around. I m so relieved to have found a place I can trust with my car! I will definitely be going back here for all my automotive needs!

The work is quality. My issue is being told one price and the end price being $600 more than the quoted price without a justifiable reason. I am a collision tech I know the manuals give you a price and time for each procedure. I was told $2,600 for a transmission with miscellaneous charges at the conclusion. $2,600 is why we didn't go to the dealership and chose them instead only for the end price to be $3,200+ without the misc items adding up to $600+. I don't like to be given a price that changes and the change doesn't have a reason they could even tell me. Other than that they do good work.Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic, Transmission replacement, Transmission repair

Went in to reserve a uhaul. The man working was very friendly and let me know when could be available there, but the time did it work for me. He then helped me reserve one and gave me a number to contact that would let me know exactly where to pick it up (possibly even at this location, but would be close by). Process was pretty simple in reserving a uhaul for the first time ever. I appreciated the help.

I was in need of a tire change at the last minute and Rusty was able to field my call and kindly see me quickly even though they were closing soon. Very thankful for his kindness in fitting me in! His customer service was excellent.

Awesome service! Rusty really knows how to properly diagnose problems and repair them. Will do business with again even though they are 40 miles away well worth the money. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service! We were in the area on vacation and had car battery troubles. We stopped here and Rusty checked our battery and found out that it was fine. That was just corrosion on the battery that was causing it to not start. He was ready to close the shop, but brought us in anyway.! He cleaned the battery terminals and tested the battery. Then took the time to explain what he did to fix it. So we want to recognize Rusty for his exceptional customer service. Thank you for being honest and making your vacation
