First off I want to say to everyone, give the new owners a chance. I was was dealing with all the issues that most of the reviews were complaining about. Not being able to get anyone on the phone, not getting any call back when they promised, etc. All of that changed when the new owners took over my order. Within a week of them being able to find the rims for my Frontier, they gave me 2 options to go with. Once I made my choice, they explained that it could be up to 4 weeks to get the rims in since they had to be drilled for my bolt pattern. I agreed to this timeline and to my suprise, Jermiah called me back in a little over 3 weeks to say that my rims and all other parts are in the shop. I scheduled the work to be done and it was completed in the time frame they gave me. I know a lot of you may not want to give ORC a chance because of all the issues in the past, but I can assure you that the new owners are on top of things and your experience will be great. I wanted to let everyone know that the new owners are very customer driven and will take awesome care of you. I must say I ve had a lot of cars in my life but this is my first jeep. I found the shop in one of the Facebook jeep groups and people had nothing but great reviews to say about off-road central. So even though it s about an hour and a half ride from me I drove out there to get a price on some new tires for my jeep. I met with Barb after speaking with Pete through Facebook messenger and these are two of the nicest people I could ever say I ve met that owned a business. They will take their time with you and explain everything about Questions or concerns you might have. They actually gave me a quote for some tires and there was a shop that was probably within 10 minutes of my house that came in at $80 lower than theirs so I called Barb to tell her this and she said they willMatch that price. I ordered Nitto Grappler G2 and they had them installed in probably about an hour or maybe even it was less. Either way I am very happy with their prices, their customer service and their work performance. I will always be taking my jeep to the shop as long as they can do some of the work that I want done. If I could give them more stars I would! Barb and Pete are fantastic and they definitely earned every star! I couldn't be happier and I would highly recommend them for all off road needs! I will definitely be having them do more work for me and feel confident that the work was done correctly the first time! Thank you guys! Looks phenomenal! I also want to thank the ENTIRE crew at ORC! You ALL deserve the credit! Keep up the amazing work guys!

These guys are the best tire shop in lancaster no complaints no job to hard for them I went in today with a bad tire at 8am they had me on the road by 9am (24.5 wheel on a pick up dulley)there's not many shops that work mi kind of wheels in lancaster and this guys did it in an hour I usually have to drop the truck of and pick up next day .on top of that they got the best price if u want go compare

Bought tires from this company and wheels for $2500. Four months later, took it to get inspected and it failed inspection because of the tires that they sold me the tires could not handle the weight load of the vehicle and would not pass contacted the company, and they refused to make it right

Hands down the best 4x4 shop in the area. I can not say enough about the team there. They know what they are doing, and in my case, they fixed a dealers mistake, set me up with some new rims, installed several suspension components and aligned it. You can not ask for more than that.What impressed me the most is that if they had any questions, they called before they did anything. That shows me they not only take pride in what they do, but ensures there are zero communication issues. I am incredibly happy with everything I have had done there, and it is done right the first time. No take backs!Now, onto the audio side of things.......They have that too!Thank you guys!!!! I don't like to write negative reviews. However, I gave this business a chance to call me back. I paid for running boards many months ago and was told they would be available in 3 weeks. I have called to follow up 6 times. A guy answered the phone the 3rd time I called and he said that someone would call me back - they did not. They have my $400. Every time I call I leave a message - can't ever get anyone to answer the phone. I have left a message every time I have called. The last 2 messages I left, I explained that if I can't get a phone call back, that I will have to resort to the online review community. I even waited an extra few days after leaving the final message. I'll be contacting my credit card company to report and try to obtain a refund. I'm sure they are nice people and I'm hoping everything is ok, but there are other reviews that point out the same issue.

Ok here is an honest review for Off Road Central. Let me start with this it was my 1st time working with these guys so I really had no idea what to expect but my hope were high. I read some reviews before I went in and I talked with Barb and she was super nice and very pleasant to talk to. My only ding would be it is very difficult to get a hold of these guys which can get frustrating and there were days I was going to pull the project away which btw was a huge under taking I brought them a brand new Rubicon unlimited extreme Recon edition which I paid $67k and have them take All of the suspension off of it ( which was crazy on my part) and add a 4.5 lift 38 inch tires new rear bumper, axle steering and steering stablizer! So to say I was a little worried would be a huge understatement! I was having trouble sleeping from all the worry and not being able to get a hold of anyone just added to my misery. The good newsWhen I would have to drive in (which is a little inconvienent I know...) Barb would put my mind at ease and she basically tell me that no matter how mad I would get that they are not going to rush my build because don't do that and promised I would be happy when they are done so I trusted her and I am glad I did! My Jeep turned out awesome and I even brought it back to have them go over it after 30 days and everything came out better than I could of expected! If you can get past the communication issues the craftmanship is beyond good. Give these guys a shot and know like any place there is stuff that could be improved (communication) but end result will be well worth it! Thanks ORC for all the hard work!

I don't like doing this but this place is terrible. I paid them for a lift kit and tires August 2021 and through the process could not get anyone to answer phone or return calls. When I finally did talk to someone was basically lied too. I finally asked for a refund in May of 2022 and was promised a refund but still have not received it. I did not receive any product nor service and they still have my $4800. At this point they basically have stole my money. STAY AWAY and if you do go do not give them any money until the job is finished.

Bad business practices!!! Don't go to the new owners of Offroad Central, whom also own 717wraps and 717audio. Quoted for 6hrs, at $90/hr, of labor to install front seat heat pads (told 2 hrs or so for pads) and front/rear seat covers into my wrangler and despite putting the seat covers on myself, was still charged for 6hrs of labor!!! Jeremiah, who I dealt with, as well as other staff in the show room, barely acknowledged my existence were unpleasant to deal with. Crooked business practices! This was my 1st experience with them and last. I'll drive an hour away to another business before I go back there.

This place does not communicate with it's customers at all I've had 3500 dollars in cash since September of 2021. Trying to get a lift kit it on my truck. They never once called me since September. I've tried to call them no return call. Then I their voice mail is full. Then I take my time to go see them and the owners wife flat out lied to me. Told me my parts were in since the beginning of March. She said I don't know why nobody called me to let me know. She's the one doing the calls. Then she tells me they're all in scheduled my truck to be worked on April 25. I hear nothing back from them. I stopped April 26 and my truck is still in the same spot I dropped it off at. No work done no phone call. Then I'm told my parts aren't in yet. If you're looking to have work done. Go anywhere else but there. I'm so frustrated with them I'm ready to get my money back and tell them to go jump in a lake. Update on my truck. They took care of me and made things Right. They guys there do great work. Don't get me wrong. I love my truck. Just had a few bumps along the way. They've added some more help. So the front office is running much better.

OFC installed leveling struts, new tires, an aligned my truck in addition to the air bag system on the rear they installed a month or so ago. 5 stars doesn't do their customer service and attention to detail any justice! My truck looks and rides better than factory! Worth every penny!! If you need lift or leveling kit, tires, etc and don't call them first, you're making a mistake. Awesome job guys!! MERICA!!

Off Road central did a great job with lifting my 98 TJ. Barb was super helpful and friendly. I did have to wait a few months due to supply chain issues but this was expected and told to me upfront. Would definitely recommend.

I'm a do it myselfer and was installing Bilstein 5100s on my Tacoma. Rears were rusted and didn't go as smooth as expected. I took a front tire off and look at my coil over and Googled off road shops. ORC came up and had good reviews so I stopped in. The reviews are correct. Awesome shop, awesome people. They were understanding and were willing to put on parts I supplied. (front shock/struts). I talk a lot....they took the time to answer all of my questions and never made me feel rushed. There happened to be a cancellation so I got in, in two days. A couple hours on the lift, struts in...aligned...and on my way. All around great experience and I will never have to look for a place for accessories or installation again.

I'm really glad I found this shop. Their customer service is awesome and I always feel welcome whenever I stop by with questions, or work being done. So far I've gotten a wheel/tire setup and had steel fender flares installed on my Jeep Wrangler by them. They're very reasonably priced, especially for the great work they do. Thanks guys!

I've taken multiple vehicles in to Pete and Barb for some upgrades, they're very easy to work with, always willing to talk things through step by step, and they're always willing to go the extra mile to make sure things are done right and the customer is happy even if it puts them out. I give their names out as much as I can. Being part of a family business myself I try to use small shops like this as much as I can, family shops usually offer a more personal experience and that's one of the best parts about them, people go in as a customer and more times not they leave a friend.

Just had my rear differential in my 2006 Jeep wrangler rebuilt. My mechanic wanted 1400 to 1500. ORC estimated 850 to 950. I was a little bit sceptical at first because of the drastic difference in price but I decided to have them do the job.All I can say is what a pleasant experience. Job was done on time and came out to $906. They even gave me a ride to pick it up!!!These guys know their business. They explained everything in detail, whereas my regular mechanics spoke only in generalities. Their office staff is very patient and personable. I will probably continue to use my regular mechanics for little things...oil changes, brakes, state inspections, etc. But for anything related to the drive train, engine, and suspension, ORC is where I will be going. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends. 5 stars all the way !!!

First two times I went their it was great, fast service for wheels, tires, lifts etc. Last experience I will never go there again. I ordered 5 wheels and tires for my Jeep. I was told a couple weeks. (No issue). I ordered them in May, long and short of it I got 4 in August. I was told the 5th got lost in shipping, a month later I finally received a refund for the 5th because I was so frustrated. I could never get a call back, and had to drive in there on multiple occasions to get an update. Then to blame the new tariffs, that is absurd. They impact price, not shipping speed. If someone pays $3300 for a product that is MONTHS past the original time estimate and you cannot even have the courtesy to respond to multiple messages, there is no excuse. Fun tidbit: I went to the manufacturer's website and found another local supplier. They had the wheel/tire in two days.

Barb and team are the best! Knowledgeable, easy to work with, and will treat you like old friends are just some of the highlights of their business. They truly care about their customers! From a stock F-150 to a slightly aggressive, leveled truck with larger (35 ) tires - they brought my vision to life and nailed it! I live in the King of Prussia area and it was definitely worth the drive to Lancaster for the service and finished product. If you re looking to modify your truck or SUV, these are the folks you want working on your vehicle! THANK YOU OFF ROAD CENTRAL!

I ve been going to off-road central for years now, Barb, Pete, and the rest of the crew are great. They are always helpful polite, and they do good work. I would recommend them to anybody looking for a lift kit.

Called and talked to Pete, asked for a flare kit for a 03 Tahoe for a customer Pete Immediately helped me out with getting back to me with a price, and was awesome to deal. I heard about off road central from a couple other people that i know and i never heard anything but good things. So i figured i would give it a try. A+ Customer Service. Will recommend to anyone i know for help

Took my 2013 pickup In after scheduling for a undercoat job for my frame paid $564 and they completely ruined my truck, poor quality and service I lost trust in their company would not recommend I wanted to try a local company but next time I ll drive to get it done right and not waste time or money.

Stopped and asked if they can mount my rims and tires, gave the exact size of them and was told yes. A couple days later call to see if I can drop them off giving them 3 days to mount them was told drop them off, took 2 trips to drop off my rims and tires and on the 2nd trip was told they can t do them. Kinda would ve been nice to know before wasting 2 trips Bc I had to make 2!trios bringing my stuff back home I stopped in between July 25-27, you were sitting at the computer helping a customer. I asked the lady when she just got done checking out a father a son that were picking up a Chevy diesel wearing Lancaster brick shirts. She asked the shop they said yes, and when I specifically said they are 13.5 tires going on a 14 wise rim you looked at the yellow piece of paper on the wall and said it s $60 a piece Bc they need stretched, and that I could drop them off when my tires came in. They came in that next wed when you were closed that s why I didn t come til this week.H&f tire on Lincoln highway did them for $180, so I m further ahead and thanks anyways.

Fast, friendly service. They fixed a problem with my van that a few other places couldn t. They let you know beforehand if additional parts, work need done before doing .
