Very slow service. I was told it would take 2 hours before I could get my tires look at but it took 4 hours than another 4 hours before they put new tires on my trailer. This is why I always prefer Love's tire Care

The review from Hector is 1000% correct. Her name is Keresha. Terrible representative for TA service. Simply came in for a annual/DOT and she was so rude, called me out of my name and purposely did not even put me in line for service. And that was after she was also disrespectful to my company as well over the phone. TA should terminate her, she shouldn t be working here and I will not be returning.

If I could give it, no stars that s what I would do. This place is terrible to have your truck worked on. Been here 38 hours to have a filter changed where they broke a hose and had to order one which was the wrong one and had to order another one. Then the mechanic went home for the night and left me. I m still sitting here waiting to be fixed.

Friendly and as timely as they could possibly be trying to get parts in the middle of bfe PA. The country pride there is good and wait staff friendly and attentive. Small truck stop feel from a chain.

I usually change brake chamber parts and labor around $180 After paying them $280 to replace brake chamber. I asked him to put cage bolt in it he is asking me to go under the neath and putted myself. Disrespectful and an professional staff

They always seem to have parking. Very little paid stalls, so I LOVE this place because of that. Nice restaurant which sadly is closed by the time I get there. But the few times I have, I liked it a lot. Nice parking lot with plenty of room for us long trucks.

Please forgive my original review. This was not the place that cheated us. I got the names mixed up as they closely resemble each other. The staff at TA was super helpful and even though they were not able to help us in our situation, they tried to offer us alternatives. Again, please accept my deepest apologies!!

Go in to get a pm service at 9:30pm on 6/21 and service lady don t even want to sing you up or even take ur inf jst tell you to come in at 8am the next they crazy

Road side service is ok I was upset with ta because they only have two guys working late night but it's not the workers fault overall they got to me as fast as they could and I appreciate the workers service

Service Shop Experience.TA service generally speaking is not best place for Service, but this one deserves a separate place in Hell.If I could I would give negative rating to this place. Extremely incompetent personal!

Do not let them work on your truck before you get an estimate price. Price on parts are double what are at the dealership
