My family has been fortunate enough to have found Pranzo's about twenty years ago. We have had small repairs done and some not so small as well. Right now we are having a engine replacement on my son's car. In my honest opinion we are all Lucky to have such a knowledgeable, honest, and professional repair shop in our area. I don't write reviews very often but if you are in need of any service for your vehicle you couldn't be in better hands.

Used these guys in the late 80's when I lived in the Estates. My husband Chuck used them. Now our son is using them also. Great guys.. Good service.

Great service and staff. Brought my truck in for shifting issue. Could've easily done the job and charge me an arm and a leg. Instead told me to take it to dealer for recall, where it was fixed for free. Stand up guy.

We were visiting family in the area over a holiday weekend, when we found in a nail in our tire- living 400 miles away and having to leave in a few hours, Pranzo's took us right in minutes before closing and helped us. Tom has recently done auto work on 2 of our vehicles. He took the time to find us the best deals on new tires, diagnosed another car and gave us a price before he did the work. He is very honest and an excellent mechanic. Every time we go for oil change, repairs, inspection and even to go over a car we wanted to buy, Tom and his employees are very courteous, fast, knowledgeable and great to deal with. Would recommend to everyone.

Great shop! They do things properly. Meaning yes, they will charge you a reasonable amount of money to test if this or that is wrong instead of throwing parts at an issue. However, after they know what is wrong its fixed at a good price and properly. Great people and the only shop I have work on my car here in the Poconos.

Usually I go somewhere else, but wasn't happy with the service and asked if anyone knew of another mechanic nearby. Was recommended Pranzo's, which is much closer to me. Decided to give it a try, since i was going on a road trip and needed oil change and tire rotation. Called them a few minutes before they opened and they took me in right away. Car ran great during my road trip and they were not expensive at all. Definitely going back whenever my car needs to be taken care of.

Another place I commonly deliver cars to, staff is always excellent, I've noticed they do great work on the cars I've picked up to redeliver. Customers I've delivered for LOVE Pranzo's.

Needed a quick diagnostic. My new car had an engine misfire. They were quick, concerned and knowledgeable. As a New Yorker I know I was not charged enough for their excellent service. Great crew!

After looking for a mechanic for new tires for my Pilot I came across Pranzos who had the best price. I would love to give a shout out to the beautiful Denise (I hope I spelled her name right) I think it does an establishment well to have such a representative to greet and handle things the way she does. Her and Tony were plesent to deal with, enough where I came back when I needed my brake caliber fixed. They took me in, despite the short notice, even the 2nd time He provided a great price that didn't break bank, and had my vehicle ready the next day. This is a great mechanic, worth the travel for me. #ThoseGilligans totally approve

I was amazed by the service we received at Pranzo's. My fiance's vehicle began to overheat DAYS before we were supposed to use it for our cross-country move to California. It had happened on a Thursday late in the day, so I wasn't sure if getting it taken care of was going to be a possibility without having to adjust the rest of what we had planned for our trip (we were planning to leave that Sunday!). I called Pranzo's and explained our situation. I could tell they were busy but even still, they squeezed us in and had us drop-off that night to be looked at in-between what was scheduled for the following day. The following morning we received a call with what the issue was, and that it would be finished and ready for pick-up THAT DAY! We felt cared for and the urgency was absolutely there for us, thanks to Pranzos we made it to CA safe and sound with no hiccups in our journey!! Tommy's shop did a great job with brakes on my work truck.I was going to attempt doing a upgraded brake system myself.I learned a very valuable lesson. Let the professionals do it.They did not want to do this with parts that I purchased online.As a favor, he did it for me and I had ordered the wrong stuff.Do not ever do this. Let the professionals do brakes for you.Thank you Thank you Thank you. They were outstanding! I called for an inspection, and they said they were booked for the day. Once they found out it was a motorcycle inspection, Denise mentioned it would be raining the next day, and got me in a half hour later the same day!

Had a bad alternator job. I saw the history you have with this online so I wanted to share our experience. Paid for 2 tow trucks, the 2nd time from interstate 81! Then Pranzos added battery and wiring the second time (4 days later). Doing the job correct the first time would have saved hundreds of dollars for me and my husband.Services: Electrical, BatteryServices: Electrical, Battery

I have used this garage for years for multiple cars but the past year with them wasn t great. I got my radiator replaced in October and by June I needed a new one!! We tried calling for 2 days but no answer and with it being our only vehicle and needing to travel in a few days we had to get it replaced so we called a different garage to fix it. I kept the radiator and I have the work up but Pranzo s said since we got it fixed already they can t do anything. I would like our money reimbursed since it s been less then a year!! But they said out of their hands
