i try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but i feel i was taken advantage of here. used. played for a fool.check engine light still on and charged me every time i had to go back.car still runs horribly, stalls and has no acceleration. ac is dead. missing clips. radiator hose was leaking. had to replace the hose clamp due to a loose fit and corrosion. oil and transmission fluid was underfilled after a change. I had to add more and find new clips for the wheel well cover, including the trim over the cold air intake.I'm very upset and the thousands of debt I'm in for my investment of a car, are ridiculous.i very likely need to replace the valve body and stepper motor at this point.if i could go back in time, i would have used all that money towards a downpayment on another vehicle.

I recently had to have my new (used) car towed to Hometown Auto. I had parked the car in the driveway and noticed a huge puddle of antifreeze. The place where I purchased had the car towed and I called Hometown to let them know that the vehicle was on the way. The owners were so friendly and professional. They handled everything with the warranty for me. Not only did they take of everything but they had the car back to me the next morning! I was so impressed with their service. I wish this shop was closer to my house! My car broke down at a red light and I have triple A. Triple A recommended this shop so we chose this shop for my car to go to. The women over the phone was very professional and understanding knowing that the car broke down over 150 miles away from home. The prices were very reasonable and they continued to communicate with us through the process. They are trustworthy and very friendly. I would recommend this shop to all friends and family !

Tammy is a God send! She went above and beyond to make sure my car was scheduled, handled appropriately and quickly. She and the mechanic are a "well oiled machine", who kept me in the loop and quickly diagnosed my vehicle. Her overall helpfulness and kindness is a draw alone, and her professionalism was A-1. I will be brining my car to them for any further repairs, as I believe they go above and beyond for each customer they encounter ! Kudos to you guys, I appreciate you.

The guys at Hometown Automotive took a look at my vehicle and cleared the error code that was effecting the performance. I was very happy with the service and was back on the road within an hour. They could have taken advantage of the situation, but were honest and very nice.

My son called me from the road in the Poconos when he started having engine trouble. Since we live on the other end of PA, we didn't know anyone in that area, but called Hometown Automotive based on good Google reviews. I called at 4:55pm, didn't even know if anyone would pick up. Justin answered, and when I explained the issue he offered to stay late and meet him. (After I hung up, Justin called me back to make sure my son would make it to the shop safely!) Diagnosed a cylinder misfire, and scheduled him to come in the next afternoon. Had it repaired within an hour for a VERY reasonable rate. The owners here go above and beyond any mechanics I've ever dealt with. They will tell you up front what the problem is and will treat you like family while getting it fixed. I would recommend them to anyone I know. If you live in a 100 mile radius this should be your mechanic! They also do inspections, oil changes and alignments! A one stop shop.

Took my trailblazer there today for an oil change. They knew my inspection was due soon. They took the time to look it over and tell me what it was going to need to pass inspection... Very nice and friendly people that work there.

Tried to call but my service keeps disconnecting me . happy 4th !! This is Jenn white I moved to TN you worked on my dodge ram about 13 months ago , new rack and pinion . I only drive 1100 miles since then , it is leaking again !! Is there a warranty on the parts where can call in and have replacement part shipped to me ? I have paperwork from here stating that is what s wrong, can send u a copy
