Bucks County Lock & Key are great! We first contacted them when we needed to have multiple locks changed on a couple of 1800s-era homes on a property that we had purchased. Dan took the time to understand what we needed and clearly explained what they would be doing to switch the locks and the cost associated with the work. Scott arrived on-time, went straight to work on the locks and had all of them switched out even faster than we expected. Since then, I have had other locks switched out and the experience has been awesome every time. Dan, Scott, and Nelson are always courteous, take the time to discuss what is needed and very accommodating with scheduling. This is the only lock and key business that we will use.

BC Lock & Key was highly recommended to us. As part of our home remodeling project, we needed a couple of new door locks and re-keying of existing locks. Their installer arrived on time. Scott was very professional, courteous, and fully answered all of my questions as he performed the install. They have earned our trust and we look forward to having them provide services on our future lock and key needs.

Dan came and did a excellent job on fixing the front door lock, was here about 1hour. No need to buy a new one. Dan fix the problem. I would highly recommend them. The price was great.

When we bought our new house we had a lot of security concerns. Bucks County Lock and Key helped us secure all of the various locks so we felt safe and secure. They were prompt and prices were reasonable.

We had Bucks Lock and Key install two keypad deadbolts and install a door handle. They responded swiftly to our inquiries, gave advice on hardware, and sent an experienced, responsible, and friendly locksmith (Matt) exactly when they promised. He did a super job. I needed keys cut for my Andersen sliding door. I had no idea who did them, and by chance I was driving behind Bucks County Lock and Key's van. I called the number and explained my situation. I was shocked when I was told that the van was headed a few blocks from where I was, and that I could meet them there and he would cut my key! Seriously, I had been needing a key cut for months, and he had it done in minutes. I didnt get his name (or I forgot it), but I will not forget his kindness and professionalism!!! I had 3 keys cut - they all worked, and let me tell you - you could not beat the price!!!! Thank you Bucks County Lock and Key!!!

We recently had Bucks County Lock and Key install a new electronic lock system in our office and rekey some inside doors. Their work was incredibly professional and we highly recommend them. We are very satisfied with our new access system.

I had a challenge for these guys! My mom has an old China cabinet where a piece of the key had broken off inside the lock, making it impossible to open. Very old piece, and a delicate job, and a nervous mother, but Dan was wonderful, very careful, and had it open in no time! I HIGHLY recommend them.

Great Emergency Service had to call them a few times over the years most recent for an emergency because I locked my keys in my truck on a main Street in new hope while I had the parking meter running and he came right out and I was back in my work truck in less then an hour. Very friendly, professional and definitely the people you want to call whenever you are in a jam.
