I have a freightliner Cascadia 2016. I was on 80west when I lost power all the lights came on, and I was stuck. Bill bud came out towed me and got me to a spot where a friend could pick me up. Great guys hard workers. The shop on the other hand told my anti freeze was low and fuel was low , that s why my truck gave me problems. I said ok I ll come and get the truck. When I got there I had a flat, so I got a recap they there recaps are really good it cost 487$ they charge 50$ for air . 1 week later in Ohio same recap blows on me had to spend another 480$ for service and a tire. No warranty/no money back from BIGLER BOYZ I never got a call back. NOW 2 weeks later I get a pm done I find out I have a water pump leak with anti freeze they should ve found that and told me since they look at my truck. NOT A DETAILED SHOPService: Tires

I had an emergency stop while traveling and Bigler was able to get the needed part quickly. When my own mechanic looked at it the next day, he commented that they did a great job.

We lost a tension bolt for the ball socket on a road trip. The fine people at Bigler Boyz got us up and running safely and in quick fashion. The price was more than fair and the employees were outstanding. Special thanks to Michael for getting us on the road!!!!

Amazing service!! We had a catastrophic bearing failure that lead to our rear axle breaking on our travel trailer. The road tech went above & beyond to help us. He followed us to the shop, where they fixed all of that and even corrected a manufacturing error on the front axle. Definitely recommend!! Can t say thank you enough to the Bigler Boyz!!!

While the truck repair shop excels in providing speedy service, their pricing strategy leans heavily towards the expensive side. Moreover, they seem to exploit the situation by charging extra for every minor service or component. While their efficiency is commendable, the opportunistic pricing approach may leave customers feeling exploited and seeking alternatives for future repairs.

Quick response, great hard working guy. If getting a tire fixed, just make sure you have your valve stem before he comes out or it'll take a second trip.

These people are heartless human beings, they charged me for what they didn't do. I brought my semi truck here for Def problem. They charged me $400 diagnosed and $2250 additional for labor and parts. They told me that my truck had issues of Def of which I knew and said we need some parts in other to get the problem solved.I told them that I don't want to spend unnecessary money without knowing what the major issue was, they assured me it's was the problem. And after few hours of consideration, I gave them go ahead to order the parts. On second day when the parts came, they fixed it but the problem wasn't solved, still have the same issue. Later they said I am going to buy another $14,000 parts plus labor before the problem will be solve.I rejected the offer, saying that they are not sure of what the issue was. These people collected their labor plus the parts they ordered and not get anything done. Please run away from them, they're looking for somebody to dupe....

5/5 Harvey was the guy helping me out today, he was on time, friendly professional and to say that he went above and beyond would be an understatement, long story short Walmart had some trouble with my oil change leading to me stranded on the side of the highway bigler Boyz ran my car back to Walmart and even to the dealership afterward along with dropping me off closer to the shop. Will definitely be using them the next time I need a tow

I needed another drive tire on my tractor. The old one had a flat. So I asked the guy in charge for some advice. As to what kind of tire should I buy. Retread or new? He never gave me his recommendation. Just looked at me with the order form in his hand. So I chose the new one because there wasn t that much difference in the price. I then asked him about putting a different manufacturer tire on. Because I have all Bridgestone. He told me it really doesn t matter. It just depends on the tread. Once it was time to pay for the service and tire. I handed him an American Express credit card. He looked at it and handed it back. Says, we don t accept American Express. No biggie. A lot of merchants don t accept AMEX. However when I handed him my company visa, he also asked to see my drivers license. I replied, what is that about? He mumbled something. And I replied, nope. Ain t gonna show you my drivers license. He said, that s okay. I signed the receipt and left. Now all I gotta say is,I don t think he treated me the same way he would have treated all the other customers. Although I must admit, very fast service. Got me back on the road. But the customer service was awful.Service: Tire change

Great service, cheap price. Was unordinary to hear no call out fee from Dan who professionally and friendly explained payments. The mechanic who fixed coolant system problems in our truck was also professional. Highly recommend this service for truck drivers.

These guys went out of their way to fix the worn and blown out tires on our camper!! In no time we were back on the road again, able to resume our travels. Very nice, down to Earth people. On our way back we plan to purchase two more new tires from them.If you stop there, they will treat you right.Service: Tire change

Bryan, Dan & Brendan were absolutely phenomenal! One of my trailer tires busted on the road right before the Bigler Boyz exit. I pulled in & Bryan greeted me with a welcoming hello, patience & professionalism. He immediately put me at ease with his calm demeanor. After a short wait, I was in a bay & greeted warmly by Brendan who was also reassuring & friendly which put me more at ease because of his confidence. After less than an hour with Brendan, my truck was ready. Dan, who was also friendly & professional explained the charges, took my payment & made me feel confident in their abilities & my choices. If I have to break down in PA, I'd definitely hope to do it nearby. Thanks for making a horrible day end very nicely!Services: Long distance hauling, Tire change

They fixed all my trailer issues and got me back on the road! While waiting in the office I witnessed the person working the front desk make numerous phone calls (on his lunch break) to help out a driver locked out of their truck that was a distance away. He arranged another company that could be there much quicker and got them connected! The best kind of people to deal with!!!!!!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair

Called ahead and let them know I was coming in for a minor RV repair with the leveling hydraulic jack. They said no more than 30 mins as I had the part needing to be replaced. They did it in about 15 mins. Very communicative and fixed it right up. Would have taken 6-8 weeks just to get an appointment at the RV dealer.
