Tim and Ralph are great guys. Sometimes you need someone to take a look at something you've overlooked and were having trouble with on a vehicle and they came through. Honest guys. Keep up the great work Tim!

Absolutely the best mechanic shop! Timm saved us, literally, when our car had a battery issue. They charged it overnight for free and even gave us a replacement for a day for free. Even if it wasn t for free, the professionalism and communication was outstanding and we d have gladly paid any charge associated.Kudos to Timm and Rylys. Highly recommended! 10 stars. And we ll be coming around for any auto issue or checkups!

Fantastic experience with the guys that work here. If I could give Tim and Ralph more than 5 stars, I would. Tim was very kind and helpful to my boyfriend and I! Originally, my boyfriend brought his car for an oil change and to check out his blinker. His breaks ended up being wonky too. We were quoted a reasonable price for the diagnosis of the blinker, but just didn t have the money right now. So, since we need a vehicle, my car needed new headlights. We were lucky enough that Tim was able to take a moment to take care of my car as well. We payed for my boyfriend s oil change and my headlights and left satisfied for now. We ll definitely be back for our other car issues!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Tim is the best! He s a very honest and skilled mechanic. He s also always willing to help if he can with any questions I ve ever had. My wife and I have become very loyal customers because of the great experiences we ve had at Rylys over the years. I can t recommend them enough. Can't recommend Ryly's enough!!! Tim and Ralph are the best. Daughter moved into college over the past week and she got a popped tire just off of campus. And her not knowing where to go , Tim and Ralph did AWESOME work, and did it quickly for her. Can't thank these two gentlemen enough. Hard to find a place , that cares about giving good honest work now a days . But Ryly's Service Center certainly does !!!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Both of my experiences with Ryly s have been great. The first time, about two years ago, I got a flat tire and had a spare but I didn t have the means or tools to change it myself. He came quickly and changed my tire for me and didn t accept when I tried to pay him for his time and work. The second time, was this week, I dropped my car off for inspection but since it s an older car it needed a test that they didn t have available at the shop, I went to pick it up and he didn t charge me anything. Absolute great person. They really care about you and your car and aren t trying to scam you, they re great people and I would definitely recommend and will return with future car needs! Thanks Ryly s!!!

They have always been very fair and honest for us. Recently had my Ford Fusion in for Inspection and it was done on time and the price was very affordable. This shop is very busy so you will need to call well in advance for service.

I don't have much experience with cars and wasn't sure exactly how to check/fix my tire pressure after a warning light came up on my dashboard during my commute. The staffperson at Ryly's (didn't catch his name unfortunately) was awesome - he checked and pumped up all my tires super quickly, didn't make me feel silly for not knowing how to do it myself, AND refused payment! Hoping nothing more goes wrong with my car, but if it does, I'm coming here!

I got in a minor car accident and they looked over my car on short notice to make sure I was safe to drive back home. They were extremely kind and honest with me and thanks to them I was able to able to get back to my house after a long morning of crying and stress because I wasn t sure if anyone would help me. Thank you so much, I highly recommend!

I called several times in one day and left a message each time, explaining that I had a tire repeatedly going flat and would he PLEASE call me back EITHER WAY to let me know if theyd have time to look at it if I brought my car in. I tealize that they may have been busy, or maybe didnt want to take the time for such a small job, which is why I just asked for a call back, either way, which would have only taken a minute. Now the weekend is started and Im sure that by Monday, the tire will be flat. Being a woman and living by myself, I am really stuck. I dont think I could recommend them at this point.

Get my inspection done here. Lube oil and filter. Buy tires when they suggest it. I have been going here since Ryly owned it. Then Mark, now Tim , have carried on his tradition of quality and honesty.

Incredible customer service! Definitely went out of his way today and still managed to get my car fixed in a really quick amount of time even though he was working alone today. Great prices too!

It's simple. If you are a local resident, passer through, college student or parent of one and need work on your vehicle there is no reason to go anywhere else. Quality work, great customer service from quality people. Hard to find today. What more can I say. Thank you, Tim !!!!!!!

Wow! What service! My car battery died yesterday and it was difficult to find service or a battery in town since most businesses were closed due to an expected snowstorm. I called Ryly's and Tim came right over to jump my car (for free!) and even left me with his portable jump starter device overnight in case my car died while driving around shopping for a battery. Again, Wow! We need to support local businesses that still provide service like this.

Mark always takes care of my vehicles and always takes the time to explain things if there is a problem. I feel safe knowing that he makes sure my vehicle is running safe and sound. I highly recommend him.

This place is an oasis. I am 500 miles away and my daughter - a freshman one week into KU - needed some help with her bicycle. No place on campus, no bike store in town, HW store couldn't help, auto parts store wouldn't...but Ryly was more than happy to help. And, would not accept a dunkin donuts gift card as a thank you. Well, thank you Ryly...when I am there next I will stop by and thank you personally.

My Pickup needed quite a bit of work done to it recently...had gotten a bunch of quotes all around $4,000...figured I would support local business and go to rylys...called a dozen times and left multiple messages asking for a simple call back...never once picked up or called back...i took my business elsewhere and will never recommend rylys to anyone...terrible communication......
