Nate and the guys in the garage are great. They were able to install my supplied new tires in a very quick and affordable fashion. These guys were all extremely professional, and did a fantastic job. Nate went above and beyond my expectations! Top notch service will be back!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service experience I recently encountered at Mavis Tire. I had an appointment scheduled to have two tires installed at your Kutztown store. During my visit, I raised a valid concern regarding a warranty claim for a set of tires with a 65,000-mile warranty, despite having only driven 30,000 miles on them. However, the response I received from the manager was less than satisfactory.The manager's reluctance to address the warranty claim and the subsequent attempt to shift blame onto myself and manufacturer set a disappointing tone for the interaction. Despite indicating a willingness to assist, the manager's actions seemed more focused on avoiding the hassle of dealing with the manufacturer rather than prioritizing customer satisfaction.Furthermore, I was taken aback by the manager's attempt to upsell me on additional services, specifically an alignment check. Despite having had an alignment done just a year prior, I was informed that it was necessary, with the assurance that it would take approximately twenty minutes to complete. However, upon returning to the store just a few minutes later, I was surprised to find that the alignment had supposedly been completed in a mere five to six minutes. This raises concerns regarding the thoroughness and integrity of the service provided.Additionally, while the manager offered to sell the tires at cost, the final price on the receipt matched the price listed on the website, suggesting that no genuine discount was applied. Moreover, the subsequent upsell for the alignment service, priced at $99.99, further compounded the total bill, leaving me feeling misled and dissatisfied with the overall experience.As a customer, I expect transparency, honesty, and a genuine effort to address concerns and provide satisfactory resolutions. Unfortunately, my encounter with the store manager fell short of these expectations. Promises were made but not upheld, and the lack of accountability and integrity displayed during this interaction reflects poorly on the professionalism of your establishment.In conclusion, I urge Mavis Tire to review its customer service protocols and ensure that all interactions with customers are conducted with the utmost integrity and respect. Customer loyalty is earned through trust and genuine care, qualities that were regrettably lacking in my recent experience.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I trust that appropriate measures will be taken to address these concerns and prevent similar instances from occurring in the future.

They were able to get me in same-day for an oil change!The staff is great! They are very helpful and knowledgeable.The facility is clean and there are plenty of windows into the garage where you can see the guys work.Oil change, tire fix and break check only took an hour and a half, and the price was reasonable.

They have been super helpful. They offered me a free tire rotation with my oil change and asked if I d like anything else checked for free today. They are super friendly, fast and thorough. I will definitely be back.

As a preamble, I am not car savvy AT ALL. So when I went in to get an oil change, I was very happy with how well they explained things to me and how they worked around my automotive illiteracy. The cost for the change was about what I expected, but it came with a free tire rotation which was a welcome surprise, and I was able to get the oil change right then without scheduling in advance!

I called one day when they first opened and spoke with Sierra. She was very helpful and informative over the phone. I went in a week later to see her and told her I was dealing with the Trexlertown locan and she not only beat my deal but also gave me tires that were online for a higher price. I will be sure to recommend her to anyone who sees tires or auto service.

I was pleased with my service at Mavis Tires in Kutztown! The new facility was pristine, and family friendly while I waited with my car. The staff was professional and personable. An added bonus was allowing children to pick a Hotwheels car from the Christmas tree in the waiting area!

This location looks, clean organize and in order. As soon as I came in through the door they were able to offer me great customer service . They looked at everything from top to bottom. Definitely will be my go to mechanics from now on.

Very efficient and fair. Got me in immediately for a blown tire. Was able to even re-bend a slightly bent steel rim. Everything done super fast and with friendly staff.

Great, honest tire shop! Good speed and good knowledge! They have fair-good pricing. Got an oil change, tire rotation, new wipers and brake fluid replaced in less than an hour!

They were able to pull me right in. I no longer need to travel to Trexlertown so I'm very happy to have them in town. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I was in and out. I definitely recommend Mavis in Kutztown for your car needs.
