Service was great and performed within the time promised. Even though there was a glitch in the emission exempt pricing, my concern was handled to my satisfaction by the service manager who went beyond what was required of him. Thank you one and all for another great experience.

This is the first time dealing with Haldeman Ford Kutztown and they were FABULOUS. I needed to have a recall done for my 2017 Mustang. I purchased the car at another dealership. They picked up my car in Allentown, left me a loaner and then brought my car back the same day. They kept me up to date on the entire service - from when the driver would be at my location, to when he arrived back at Haldeman Ford Kutztown to when he was on his way back. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership.

Another excellent experience dealing with the service team. They took care of my vehicle with the attention and care I have come to expect over the past 2+ years I have been taking my vehicle in for service. I will not bring my vehicle anywhere else, nor would I ever trust any other shop to care for my vehicle the way the service team at Haldeman Ford cares for my vehicle. They always make sure that I get top notch service, even for something as simple as an oil change. I have taken my 2009 Ford Flex to Haldeman Ford in Kutztown since I purchased it for all its service and repairs and I have never been disappointed with their service. They provide excellent service with a written service agreement prior to doing the job, so there are no surprise costs. They are very friendly and they respect women who bring their vehicles in for service, which is not always the case at some places. I can feel comfortable explaining what I think is going on and they are very good at explaining what needs to be done to take care of the problem I ve taken every Ford I ve owned there over the course of many years. It s my only choice for quality service! Always fair with price and details when buying a new vehicle. I have bought 5 trucks and 1 car new form Haldeman since 2004. Service department has always been easy to get an appointment and work is done quickly.
