I hit a deer thought I could continue to drive. No such luck and needed a tow. Andre's was nearby so I called. They arrived at the time we set and delivered it to Christman's Auto Body and Repairs. Price is always too high if your paying and too low if your collecting. Will use again but hope there's no need.

I have to say, this shop is hands down the best I've been to in a very long time. Not only were they honest and to the point about the repairs needed done to my car, but they went above and beyond to make sure that it was safe for me to make a return trip across the country. Fair pricing, and just all around amazingly nice folks.I wish they were local for minor service as well as major things, like the transmission I needed replaced halfway through my trip!

Highly recommend. I needed to get into my truck because the key wouldn t work. They showed up in ten minutes and it took less than three minutes for the guy to get my truck unlocked. Exceptionally friendly service too.

I had my rx8 to 2 different garages before sending it to Andre's towing, I thought for sure it was a lost cause, But they worked their magic, fit me in as soon as they could and got my car running. Highly recommend to anyone. They know definitely their stuff.

My husband's old car has been sitting in our back yard for a few years after our neighbor had taken some parts from it. We didn't have the means to move it ourselves so he contacted Andre's to help us move it. He set up an appointment to have them help him transport it to the junkyard after he had called to confirm that they would take it. He didn't have the title but the junkyard said they would take it for scrap as long he had his registration for the car that was under his name. They said as long as the names match his driver's licence it would be fine.On the day that my husband set up his appointment he saw his appointment time come and go without seeing a driver come to help. Knowing that they are a service industry and exact times can be hard to stick with he gave the driver the benefit of the doubt. However, after 2 hours he thought it would be good to check in. When he got in contact with Andre's the person who answered was very helpful and apologetic. They said they would get a driver to our home as soon possible.Upon arriving, after being explained what would be going on, the driver became verbally confrontational with my husband. Refusing to put the car on the truck, exclaiming that there's absolutely no way they would take the car without a title. Saying he personally knew the owner of the junkyard and they would never take a car without a title. After my husband informed him that he had infact called ahead he still insisted that he wouldn't take the car without a title. My husband had to call the yard again in front of the driver to prove to him that they would take it. Even after seeing him call the driver snidely remarked he's not going to take it with out the title right. My husband told him the same information he told him when he arrived. The driver was visibly upset but set to work getting the car on the truck. My husband thanked him and mentioned that it was ok to position the truck however he needed to as we didn't mind about the yard. He made the unneeded remark that he could tell we didn't care about the lawn.All in all, I will most likely try to avoid using Andre's services again. While the office personnel were exceptional the driver really put a bad taste in our mouths. We understand that everyone has bad days, but in this business the drivers are who really represent the company.

Had an accident. They towed my car to their lot rather than the dealers collision facility. Said "they work for the Pa State Police"! Screw them ......be aware of who is towing your vehicle. There is a questionable link between them and the State Police..... The PA State's Attorney should investigate.
