I came here today, February 5, for a complete fuel system cleaning. After I pulled out of the lot, my car could barely make it up the hill. Upon communication of this to the manager (Gary), he was very, very attentive to this issue and did not stop until he got the issue fixed free of charge. Thank you to the wonderful team members and Gary!

This service center is terrible. When it was independently owned it was a nice friendly place with reasonable prices.I went there today for a oil change and lube job, my truck actually has grease fittings.They changed the oil but tried to put grease in the brake bleeders and didn't put any grease in the grease fittings. So much for being trained.I had used the independent center for over 10 years but after being charged over $100 for a oil change and a non lube job I'm done with them.I will be contacting the manager since he wasn't available today.

Way too expensive! I was charged ~$100 for my oil change and that was with a coupon. Prices were not posted before I entered. Also, I don't want to be an active participant in my oil change, if I did, I'd do it myself but I was forced to be by sitting in my car for the whole thing, extra employees standing around (training?), but even the girl in charge didn't seem completely sure of herself and I had anxiety. The only reason I went to this place was because I always went to the previous owners and I didn't realize they sold it, I just thought that they changed things around until I entered and realized all of the people were different. I won't ever go back. I want to pull my car up to a garage of capable people that I trust, and wait in a waiting room while they do what they do best and use that little bit of time to do what I need to do(read, make a grocery list, put my work schedule into my phone calendar, etc) I always find things to do. I don't trust them at all. It's a shame because I loved the previous owners and they did a great job.Service: Oil change

I went here for the first time out of necessity after my dealership turned me away at the door. Valvoline staff and service were top notch professional courteous and quick. I didn't even have to leave my car. This will be my new regular stop for oil and other fluid replacement recommended by the manufacturer. The prices are great too.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Expensive is an understatement. As a previous customer stated, this place is ridiculously expensive for an oil change. My wife stopped there recently and was charged $95.39 for an oil change and a little windshield washer fluid. And that's with a $15 discount. The prices are not posted before you're in the bay. Needless to say, we'll never be back to this location. We have the same type of cars, and I paid $41 at a different service center. The owners of this place should be ashamed about charging their customers this amount for this service.

Was a little confused that it wasn t Kwik Lube anymore, but the service was great.The price for an oil change matched the price when going through the dealership, but the convenience of not needing an appointment and not wasting my vacation hours by being open on the weekend makes it too good not to turn down. On top of that, they added a bunch of other checks and top offs to the bundled service.I kid you not, I gave the same dumbfounded reaction that actors give on those cheesy advertisements you hear on the radio.

$101.99 for a 4.2 quart oil change. That s it. Just an oil change. This place will price themselves right out of business in this town.
