My issues were handled promptly. When I drove off I had another issue that I hadn't had before I went in for service. I called and eas taken asap. The mechanic drove with me to try to duplicate the issue which he did. The issue was resolved within minutes of our return to the shop.

From start to finish the whole process was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Bill kept me in the loop frequently while my car was in transit and was very patient with all of my questions. Angela made the financing process nice and smooth, and Monica was extremely thorough in helping set up the car app and walking me through the car features. All in all the entire experience was amazing. Thank you to the entire Troy-Allen team!!

Very disappointed in the way this was treated I purchased the platinum plan warranty and read it was told that it was not part of the plan for which they did How was I to know I wasn t there and a diagnosis wasn t used but what is the meaning of diagnosis . But to determine the cause So in tell I was made to pay out of pocket which why have a platinum policy Very mad about that Service with Michelle was good

My experience, a Troy Alan Buick was excellent. Bill Petris was an excellent salesman and gave us a great deal on a car. I love my Buick enclave and I have recommended them to multiple different people looking for vehicles at this time.

The service staff were so welcoming. They pulled up my account, informed me of my available rewards, and touched base with me in the middle of the service. They washed my car! I got to speak with my sales person, Bill, and he asked me about the experience with my car thus far. The entire dealership is friendly, pristine, and very well run in all aspects.

Zac was fantastic! He was patient with us, and was upfront with us about cost. We visited several other dealerships and when talking price there were hidden costs at every single one of them. That was not the case at Troy Allen we were given a quote and that was the final price. Zac was honest, and friendly! Angela was also great to work with! It was later in the day on Saturday and they still made sure we were taken care of and we left their understanding all the features of our new car. We never once felt like they were annoyed with us for being there after close. I felt terrible that we were there after close on a Saturday but they assured us it was completely fine and didn t rush us through. That was by far our best buying experience ever!

I have used this dealership for over 15 years. I would never go anywhere else to buy a car. I just bought two cars for my children in the same day, and the care that Troy Alan takes is amazing. My son, who was convinced he did not want a Buick and is 25yo, had looked at a lot of other dealerships, and was so impressed with Troy Alan. He came to me and said mom I want a Buick after he went and Angela showed him around and he test drive one. My daughter was replacing one that was totaled in an accident when she was rear ended by a ram truck carrying a large trailer,, and she was still safe. I was so pleased and relieved because there was no way some cars would have protected the driver &passengers in the accident she was in. I will never own anything else, and I will never go anywhere else to buy a vehicle.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Salesperson Zac Hassler was excellent. Showed us multiple vehicles. Kept a focus on meeting our needs and wants. Knew all the features and provided an outstanding demonstration of the vehicle. Very clear presentation of the purchase price and financing. Provided insight on Buick Protection Plan that helped us get a better plan with longer coverage.Strongly recommend.

Excellent knowledgeable salesman, was able to find me a pre-owned truck that I love, on their lot the same day I visited. The sales manager gave me a good deal and threw in running boards. Excellent service department, very attentive to my needs, installing running boards, and the sales manager went above and beyond to fix some flaws in the interior of the pre-owned truck to make the two year old vehicle look like new. I've purchased several vehicles their, and keep going back because of their excellent staff. The finance manager always makes the transaction very smooth. All around, a very professional, friendly group that always treats me and my family special.

It was time to downsize from our Enclave to the Envision Model. Our Enclave was fault free & we enjoyed it very much. Troy-Alan Buick gave us a fair trade in value for our extremely low mileage Enclave and we are now in a beautiful Buick Envision Avenir. The new vehicle is more suited to the current needs of a well seasoned couple. Thank you Zac and Angela for your great job!

The staff in the Service Department are so very nice and always provide efficient service. When I leave after having my car serviced I feel confident in driving away knowing that they not only have completed the service that I was scheduled for but also have addressed any other needs that the vehicle had needed.

My experience was excellent. I initially met with Zac on a random Saturday morning. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I looked at 2 different vehicles. Zac was not pushy or aggressive about the sale. I appreciated that as a woman who was buying the car alone. He said he would call me the next week, which he did. We kept in contact and he was always quick with a response to the many questions I had.

I was interested in trading in my old car due to un expected repairs. Angela responded with my request immediately. I was contacted the next business day by Bill. He told me that he had a few options available for us. We stopped by after work. We first looked at preowned and then decided on a 2023 Envision. Christine, Angela and Bill were extremely helpful in helping us to get the car we wanted. We put our down payment down and arranged an appointment to pick up our new car that Thursday. Thank you so much for all that you all did for us.

Angela was pleasant and knowledgeable to work with. She took the time to explain things, pause and ask questions and wasn t pushy. We took delivery of the vehicle to our home. Our delivery person (Zac) was professional, knowledgeable and also very pleasant to work with.
