Absolutely the best car buying experience at Tri Star Ford Kittanning! I searched every Ford dealer within 100 miles and narrowed my choice to 11 cars at 8 dealers. Every dealer tried to jack their profits at my expense but the quote from Rodney Graham at Tri Star was exactly what I thought it should be the first time. Everyone at the Tri Star Ford dealership was friendly, accommodating, fair, and honest (& yes I did say honest and dealership in the same sentence). I will look no further than Tri Star Kittanning when buying my next car. It was well worth the hour drive each way!

I had my vehicle inspected in January at TriStar. It is now April and a noise was coming every time I applied the brakes. Today TriStar said that the rotors are warped and I probably needed new brakes. 3 years ago the calipers almost caught on fire and I had to get it towed to a Ford dealership. They replaced the rotors, calipers and brakes pads. I asked at TriStar if there was anything wrong with the calipers and they said not that they could see. When they told me the rotors and brakes needed changed today, she said it would take an hour and a half. I walked to the counter after almost two and a half hours, asked if my car was almost done. She went and checked and came back, she said he was just putting the last rotor on. Within minutes my car was done and pulled around to the side. I sincerely hope he put the lug nuts on correctly and he didn't torque them incorrectly. We will see how the car drives in the next few weeks.

Parts and service are top notch. So much so, that I bought my Ford Edge here. The computer doesn't always register my appointments, but Mark and the crew always fit me in. It is greatly appreciated.

Bought a Ford escape here last year. Got a strange smell coming from the vehicle after 2 weeks. They cleaned it for me but the smell came back. Took it back again and they "did all they could" to fix it. Of course the smell came back. I was told it just needed "aired out" and that it smelled like a "dead animal." It was clearly a musky smell. I tried all their "fixes" but it got worse. I was getting sick from being in it. Took it to the tri star in Blairsville. They discovered it had a water leak within having the car for 10 minutes. Took it to them 3 different times. Last thing Ford did was replace the back carpeting which I had to pay half for (950$). Even though Kittanning sold me the car with the water leak. Guess I forgot to pay extra for a car without a water leak. Took over a year for me to have a car that didn't make me stink or sick. Loved having to make payments on a car I couldn't drive for a year. I appreciate the Blairsville team working with me and doing everything they could. Kittanning on the other hand has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The manager told the people at Blairsvilles "Nothing I can do for him." I would recommend making your purchases elsewhere. My family has always owned a Ford. This will be our last.

The service representative was rude and condescending. My appointment was made a month in advance, we dropped our vehicle off first thing in the morning and it took all day for an inspection (no repairs needed), oil change and tire rotation. When I called around 3:45pm the service representative ask me if I could leave the car overnight, when I questioned him he said "Oh it's in the shop and should be done soon. About 45 minutes later he finally called to say it was done. He also acted disgusted when he had to adjust my bill because I had a coupon for the service I had performed.

The service department at this dealership has been working on my car since I bought it from them 2 years ago. Recently they did The works package which includes oil change, tire rotation and 99 point inspection of the vehicle the first oil change they didn t even rotate the tires, Then the second time they put my valve stem covers back on with some type of air compressed gun or took that tightened the valve stem cover so far it twisted the black inter tube on the tire then breaking the sensor. When I went back to ask them to fix it at no cost due to the fact that I can t even check the air in my tires because they tightened them all! They refused to work on my vehicle because you accused me of doing my job wrong ( said the service manager Mark)! may I add that the vehicle has a warranty through that dealership and they still refused to fix it!( I have never had to use the warranty yet) I never even accused him specifically because I m not sure what worker had worked on it! I just wanted to know how they could do this and make it basically impossible to perform any basic maintenance on my vehicle like checking the air in the tires! I refuse to take my vehicle back to this dealership

A few weeks ago I brought my service truck in for a check engine light and running poorly. I was told the Diesel Technician was busy that day. I was asked if I could schedule a appointment, but I couldn't due to my work schedule. So the service manager called the technician down and asked him if he had time to look at it.I believe the technician name was Phil, he was very professional and right to the point. He quickly took my truck into the shop and diagnosed the problem. He also took the time to talk to me about what he found that caused the check engine light. I returned a few days later to have the repairs performed by the same Technician. The check engine light has stayed off and the truck runs great. If I could I would give more then 5 stars, the service mangers were very professional. Phil the technician was excellent for his professionalism and his quality of work. Just like a previous review stated, if you are a fleet owner or a individual owner for superior service take your vehicles to Tri Star Ford and if you can ask for technician Phil.

I took my Ford Edge into this dealership in July with computer issues. My screen would go black and come back on, and then go black again. I had to make an appointment and get in a couple weeks later. They diagnosed my car with a failed computer. They advised me to have it replaced at a cost of $1,050. They were ordering the part and getting back to me 7-10 days later when it arrived to schedule me in to get it fixed. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I was told I was good to go that day at no charge. I was given my keys and went home to wait for a call. My computer came back on and has been working fine. Tri Star JUST contacted me on September 4th to let me know they ve had the part. When I told them their diagnosis was wrong and they can send the part back, I was argued with, given attitude, and then being charged $120 diagnostic fee. Only THEN they wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee. I wasn t accepting of that. I spoke to 3 people in this experience, and each time was disrespected and spoken down to. My husband ended up having to step in and go straight to the dealership and speak with someone face to face because he too was given nothing but attitude over the phone. After pleading our case and been given excuses, we got acknowledgement of everything we ve had to deal with from them, and an agreement was come to that we would pay half that fee. I personally feel with the unprofessionalism we dealt with this entire experience, and a false diagnosis, I should of walked away with absolutely no charge like they originally had me do. When leaving, my husband was told that it would be appreciated if he take his business elsewhere from now on. We d advice others to do the same for your FORD service needs.

I purchased a new Ford Maverick and the process was so easy and enjoyable. Rose was a pleasure to deal with and a breath of fresh air after attempting to order a Maverick at two dealerships more local to me. Aggressive salesman, terrible trade offers and bad business practices at my local dealers led me into going an hour away to Tri Star and I'm glad it worked out the way it did. After failing to place an order at my local dealers, I searched for any available Mavericks in inventory close to me for a few weeks and was only able to find orders that were backed out by other customers but all were marked up the full $5k allowable by Ford with no room for negotiating. Tri Star sold me my new Maverick, which I did not directly order with them, at MSRP. I was actually in shock when I discovered they had one available and would sell at sticker. I made the trip out to put down a deposit as fast as I could, and was given a trade offer that was $4k to $5k higher than my local dealers. A few weeks later, my Maverick arrived and Tri Star had it ready to go for me the same day. Upon arrival, Rose had all paper work ready to go and had us out the door in no time. I can't say enough good things about my buying process and would recommend Tri Star to anyone in the market for a new Ford.

The salesman and manager did not seem interested in talking to us. The salesman took all of our information in the morning and asked if we wanted to leave and they would call us. I called them twice. Finally at 5 in the evening I get a call back that says they didn't even look at anything and that they can't do anything for us. They didn't even try. I bought from here before and it was a decent experience. Idk what happened over the last 3 years but that was terrible. I will be going to Colonial Toyota for my vehicle from now on. They did a great job.

Absolutely horrible service. I took a car into them nearly 1 year ago to have a computer issue fixed and to get the car running . I was quoted $750 for the computer issue they then told me my bill was $2,040 just for the computer and that they did not even look into the mechanical aspect. I was treated horribly by the staff who did not compleate my repairs as requested claiming to have spoken with a lady about coming to pick the car up. My wife spoke with them and told them she wanted them to fix the car and that we would pay the $2,040 if we could drive the car out of there. Then they had the aducity after having the car nearly 1 year to send a letter stating they would charge storage fees. I just want my car back and to send it to another shop who will get the work done. The first week of my dealing with them were good. The mechanic seemed knowladgable and spoke with me about the computer issue. He quoted me $750 to replace the computer. Then they said they had to get a new key wich was $300 so I am still baffled how a total bill of $1,050 plus tax comes to $2,040. Then to attempt to charge storage. So tow truck will be there Monday to pick up the car and be out another $250 tow and god knows what at another shop.(Update: after replying to this review I have made atleast 5 attempts to call the number provided in the response. Right to a voice mail box that just so happens to be full.)

Took work van there to be serviced. Was told it would be done in one day. They had it 5 full days and only completed half of what we agreed on but failed to inform they only did half the work. Now its winter and i have no wiper fluid do to a cracked resivour they were to fix. Sir at service desk was rude and did not want my business do to my company uses Enterprise fleet Management and he did not want to deal with Enterprise. A shame because I'm local and would have continued all my service there now I feel forced to go elsewhere. Sales associates are nice though.

If your a individual owner or a fleet company of a Ford or not. I strongly recommend taken your diesel or gas powered trucks to Tri star for routine maintenance and/or major repairs. The service department is top notch. We had our truck at another dealership for the same issue but their diesel mechanic could not determine what the problem was.So with in the past few weeks we took our truck to Tri Star with the same major issues. The diesel mechanic at Tri Star very quickly pin pointed the problem along with other repairs that were needed. The mechanic was very detailed about what was needed to correct the problem during our phone conversation. The service mangers were very easy to talk to and very easy to work with and very detailed about the repairs that needed to be done.So I would strongly recommend taken your trucks to Tri Star.

I have had two vehicles from Tri Star and loved each one. The guys that work here are spectacular. I went in out of the blue, looking for a new, safe vehicle. Bob showed me a 2016 Ford Fiesta brand new and I was in love with the vehicle. He and the managers were able to get me a great deal because I was a college student and Ford offers a college discount (something like that). Unfortunately I was in a car wreck and my fiesta was totaled. Bob was able to get me into an "almost" new 2016 Ford Fusion. I love this car and Rod gave me an amazing deal. The salesman really work within your budget and do everything in their power to help you select the perfect vehicle. I cannot thank the team enough for all the amazing work they have put in!

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Tri-Star. I will never shop for another vehicle elsewhere. Two different dealership locations, same great service. The sales teams work hard to get you into the vehicles you want at a price you are comfortable with. I never once felt as though I was getting the runaround or being treated like "a dumb woman." Buy your next vehicle here if you are looking for great service and a personalized experience.

Got told did not qualify for a loan. Went in twice did not fill like we where even being thought of . Just looked down on. Turned around the next day got approved with another company with no issues. Also daughter got a car there 2 days later back in the shop. Seems like to me a 23 thousand dollar car should have no issues its going back in after a month for more problems.

My husband and I just purchased our very first "brand spankin new" vehicle from here. I absolutely HATE vehicle shopping for the fact that the salesmen always hound you and are pushy and beat around the bush about offers and I could go on and on, I'm sure everyone knows what I'm talking about. But out of all the vehicle purchases we have experienced, this one was by far THE BEST! My husband and I walked in and told them what we were looking to spend and what we could afford a month and they were almost spot on. The salesman was very nice, not pushy at all, and didn't beat around the bush. They worked to get us the monthly payment that worked for us. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone I know!

I have lived in several different states, and I have dealt with a lot of dealerships. I spoke with the parts department after I tried two other Ford dealerships, after I tried to order a part 2 different times and they failed. I spoke with these guys and the had the part on hand. The only Ford parts department in all of Western PA, that had one on hand. They said they would carry it as a stock item because it nobody else would. They also said they would help me find any part I needed, from anywhere!I drove 45 minutes to get to them, I spoke with the manager and he also seemed to be very genuine. This is a 1st class parts department, the best I've ever dealt with, keep up the good work!

Took 10 days to replace spark plugs in my car while I was out of a vehicle. After 7 days I called them back to ask what is going on and they said Oh yes, we looked at it yesterday was waiting to see what you wanted to do. How would I know what I wanted to do if they never call me stating what was wrong. Then on the 10th day I get a call on a Saturday to state that I can get my car. Well I had to call around to get a friend to drive me to the dealer to pick up my car as that is my only vehicle. We were running a little late and the dealer closes at 4. I called them at 3:30pm to state that I would be there at 3:50 to get the car and they said as long as I was there by 4pm I could get it. I arrived to the door at 3:51pm to find out they are locked. Called them 3 times before 3:55pm to no answer. Horrible way to treat a new customer and would not recommend TriStar Kittanning.
