We got a screw in our tire in the middle of nowhere and at 2:00 on Saturday, no one was open. We called Morris Bros Auto / BFGoodrich. Arnold, one of the owners, told us to come right over and he'd fix us right up. Arnie stopped what he was doing to fix our tire immediately so we can get back on the road. It cost only $25 to have it repaired. Thank you!

Stopped in within the last hour of them closing because I had a screw in my tire. Mr. Morris fixed it right up for me the right way! Thank you! Highly recommend

Amazing group of people. Honest and fast workers. They even went out of their way to retain a sticker on my car i was attached to by moving it over. Really made me feel heard and respected. Will definitely bring my car back whenever it needs.

Very knowledgeable and friendly! Where else can you go that will pump your gas and clean your windshield?I had my front end inspected and 4 wheel alignment done.Arnold test drove it with me afterwards to make sure everything was correct. They're good people!Almost 100 years of service! They have to be doing something right to remain open for that long!

They've been there a thousand years, so they must be doing something right. I've always used then as a direction marker when finding different places as everyone knows where it is. The guys seem a bit impersonal sometimes but do a good job. All in all, I'd recommend them for your vehicle needs

Had a slight mishap with my truck and camper. All I knew I needed was a quick winch out. After several calls to AAA and other local Kittanning towing companies without success, I called Morris. Todd was very helpful and paid attention to what I needed and scheduled to come out. What "others" had told me was "major recovery" was in fact a simple winch out. Total time - start to finish about 30-45 minutes, no damages and very professional. A good company with good equipment, offering solid service at reasonable price. Thank you Todd! Thank you Morris Brothers!

Got a tow from 6 miles outside of Kittaning. Was under the impression that they would tow my truck and park it as I was unsure as to how I wanted to handle the repair. Was given a call the next day and told that my truck was ready to be picked up. Without calling to go over pricing or anything they had fixed the tension pulley and new serpentine belt. And now want a total of 275 dollars for the repair. Now I am in a pickle. 275 doesn't sound too aweful bad. Except for I could have done it myself and saved a 100 bucks or so. I called and was very politely told that he was under the impression that o wanted them to fix it. I was pretty adamant about getting just a tow. As I usually do most mechanical work myself. I will probably just pay them and never use them again.

Got stuck on the highway thanks to my serpentine belt breaking and Todd came out to help me and offered to help replace it. He went above and beyond eeven ordering a new belt to surpass my ac compressor that caused all of the issues after the spare I had revealed the original problem. I would recommend them for service.

And I only give one star because a negative ratings not possible. I've never been treated with more disdain and lack of empathy by any one in my entire life. You call a tow company in time of need just to be told " what the f@#$ do you expect from me". If you advertise your self as 24 4x4 tow service and cant help when some one needs just that perhaps you are in the wrong business. You chose a service occupation sir. I humbly remind you that means at least trying to help. You can bet your last dollar this isnt the last time you'll hear this. Oh and btw. I dug myself out with a shovel. The shovel you wouldn't even offer to bring me so I could do this three nights ago.

Customer service was amazing didn't try to up sell me on anything I didn't need. I saved 600 dollars going thru them instead of Tristar ford so I couldn't ask for much more

Great shop. They cleaned my rims and tires because I had a leak. It was done quickly and I never had a problem after that. I would recommend them to anyone.

befuddled called for a tow and i was told a tow from slate lick to new Bethlehem would cost $300 due to road conditions its a rate he said $100 per hour which the drive takes 40 minutes that is outstanding time and money difference!

Wouldn't deal with these people as far as towing goes very ridiculous in price and if they do something to your vehicle don't expect they to pay for labor or they part to have it fixed because they wont.
