In and out. Oil changed fluids checked. I do my own when the weather is nice but we were going on a road trip (unplanned) and needed the basics done quick. Can't beat it.

First time here and I'll definitely be going back. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable techs made this a quick trip. They offer other services besides just oil changes and beat the dealer prices hands down.

It was decently fast service. Friendly people. I had no issues except with the price. It was almost double what I usually pay for an oil change from anywhere else. That s the only reason I won t return.Edit:I guess I didn t take in consideration the inflation since my last oil change sorry!!!Service: Oil change

I've gone here since I got my first vehicle, and I continue to go here a decade later despite living down in Pittsburgh! (Plus being up north gives me a good reason to visit family!)Great, fast service - fair prices, friendly staff. Been going here the past 8yrs for oil changes, inspections, tire rotation and brake changes. Fair prices and fast service. People always seem nice to deal with. I've had no problems going here plus my dealership is like a hour drive so this is much more convenient.

They are very friendly. I had an inspection and it didn t take long at all. I ve been there before for an inspection and they were completely honest about what needed done and I appreciated it. They didn t take advantage of me, they let me know it wasn t worth fixing cause it wouldn t pass again the next year, if it made it to then. I felt like they were looking out for me. Now that I have a nice vehicle, they will be the ones taking care of it.

Always a good experience here. The lady that is normally at the front desk is always very nice. The guys get my vehicle in quick and get to work. If there is ever an issue with a dirty filter they will bring it to your attention before just replacing it without your consent. I've never had them be pushy and try to upsale any service.

Nothing fancy, just a business that does what it is designed to do. Quickly change your oil. They do that for sure. The owner, I assume is the owner, has the personality of wet cement. But visiting the business is hardly for casual purposes. Be early and be done early. Be later and wait sometimes. They do inspections and other basic things. They did do an inspection for me only to put the window sticker on to match the registration, so 3 months later another inspection. Scam.

We have been using Kittanning Kwik Lube for years as it is easy to access and in our local community. My husband arranged for a pick up service at the high school across the road so that our car could be inspected.When I was able to call to inquire about the status, Gary informed me that he could not get in the car because it was locked. I do not keep my car unlocked, at any time. I explained that the key was in the school office. Gary proceeded to tell me that "a lot of people keep their cars unlocked" and, in essence, I should not be afraid to do the same. The inspection was never done and they would not come back for the key.I was appalled by this because this family-owned business is generally easy-going and helpful. They have lost our family as a customer.

I have been using them for the past four years. I have found them to be very honest and reasonably priced. The shop is a no frills place (no ac, 14inch TV) however, their service is what matters. I would highly recommend them for basic maintenance.

The employees have always been friendly, provide exceptional customer service, and take the time to answer any questions/concerns you might have. My waite time has never been over 10 minutes, which is great compared to most places. I don't go anywhere else for my oil change.

I am very lucky. I found an honest mechanic !!! Kittanning Kwik lube always gives me fair and honest work. No price gouging here. I bought my car in to have my brakes checked and they told me my brakes were just fine. Other places would have created a problem but Kwik lube was honest. Fast friendly service and very knowledgeable employees. I got the hospitality oil change and didn't even recognize my vehicle when I got back in it, it was so clean and they reset my oil change light which most places never seem to know how. Definitely going back next time my oil change is due.

Only place to go for regular oil changes, routine checkups, and inspections. Family owned, couldnt ask for better service. Take all my vehicles here for past six years. Never had any issues, always been top notch. They always go above a beyond for their customers.

Great service here. I went there and got an oil change, all fluids checked and topped off, windows washed and they even ran the sweeper in the front of my car. Will definitely be going back there and be recommending them to many.

Called to ask about an oil change and the man who answered was very rude. All I asked was their business hours and how long it takes for an oil change and he said no appointments and can't tell you how long and hung up.

Went with a friend while they got a oil change.itwascery quick and convenient 15 mins we waited. I was amazed how many people was there and how fast they got everyone finished.

Gary changed out 2 leaking Hi Pressure Power Steering Hoses, I knew I didn't want to do it. Showed me the old parts and explained what he had to do. Great Work at a Great Price. Thanks Kittanning Kwik Lube. I will be back and recommend to others.

Love this place the people are so friendly and kind. They get the oil change done right and fast. I will definitely be coming back to get my oil change there for now on
