Very nice and helpful workers! Needed a new battery for my Jeep and the younger gentleman that was working was very kind and knowledgeable. He promptly found me the correct battery that was needed and assisted me outside with swapping the old battery out and installing the new battery right there, in the parking lot, in a prompt and professional manner!

Wonderful service! Tried to find a steering wheel cover for granddaughter's honda...they were very helpful and understanding and let us make sure cover fit tightly making it safe !

I had a man named Don help me. He was so nice and was very kind to me as well. He replaced my battery efficiently and quickly. Even gave me a 10% because of all the car trouble i ve been having. Very nice store and very personable workers.

This is the best place to get parts in kittanning, the whole staff is very knowledgeable and willing to help in any way they can. They are genuinely interested in the project you re working on. They ll ask questions about it and enjoy seeing the progress through pictures. They ve helped with my project from the engine gaskets to the wiper blades. So, I wanna thank Brad, Kevin, Dave, Don, Chuck, Jesse, Marty and all of the other employees who s helped me along the way.

Just wanted to trade a broken tool. Got given the wrong one. Heck. The one kid didn't even know what a torque wrench was. Oh well, all said and done, they ordered me my new tool, and got it to me next day. Just wish they'd train better or have a more experienced employee handle such issues. Oh well. Can't complain too much. At least people are working

Had them run a system check and they didn't put new batteries in the machine so they couldn't give me a print out so I went to another one. Lazy people working there.Don't waste your time with these losers can't even change the batteries in their tester.

The employees here are very helpful they try and get you back on the road quickly as possible. They also carry a nice selection of accessories for you ride. You can either go into the store and browse around or shop online and have delivered or pick up in the store and I love to use the rewards program

Prices are okay but the people who work there think they know it all and they don't they will give anyone the job like all the other parts stores. These people should have some more experience in the field before hiring them

The staff there wouldn't sell me the 6 qt of oil I needed for my vehicle to have an oil change. The man would only sell me 4 because he said that's all my vehicle needed and he wouldn't sell me anymore than that. My car requires 6 quarts. I've owned the vehicle longer than that kid has worked there so I think I'd know.Plus if you buy parts there be careful on returning them because half of the staff won't exchange parts because they claim you or someone else installed them wrong and that's why the part is faulty. When none of the staff is ASE Certified they have zero right to tell you how to install or what your vehicle needs.

This is the first review I've posted about Auto Zone, but, could've posted many more great reviews. Today we really saw a comparison between Auto Zone and Advanced Auto. Our car broke down close to Advanced Auto parking lot. Since we were that close and afraid we might not make it to Auto Zone, we went in for help, suspecting bad alternator. No one even acknowledged us. I called Auto Zone from my cell phone and asked Dave if they were busy. He said yes, but, he would help us. We got the car started again and made it to Auto Zone where Dave and another employee each greeted us and offered help. Since Dave was aware of our issue, he grabbed his diagnostic tool and came outside to see what the trouble was. He then sold us an alternator and we went home. After changing clothes, etc..I told my husband "we'd probably still be standing at Advanced Auto. ..lol..which prompted us to post this review, AFTER posting a VERY different review for Advanced Auto. Thanks Dave and all employees at Kittanning Auto Zone for great customer service, as usual!
