Very nice people. Well informed and not pushy. It took a week to get my mower delivered 3 miles away. Other than that I would definitely go back. Happy with my experience there.

It's been about a year since I had my mower in for repair and still doesn't work well. Paid for repairs and mechanic made a hanis adjustment that he admitted to and yet still has not made any effort to make it work the way it should. I contacted them in late February to get the matter resolved and they still haven't made any attempt to make it right. VERY DISAPPOINTED. they seem very nice on the phone and I think they were in over their head and let it get out of control and couldn't fix it.

My tractor under warranty went down, I made arrangements to have it picked up for repair , as its busy season it was going to be awhile .... I called and explained I needed it up and running asap....Sean ( the owner ) personally drove to my house and repaired machine in my driveway.... bottom line if you want to purchase a machine from a place whom takes care of their customers and not just be a sale .. buy from here . Highly recommend

This business doesn't even deserve one star. Absolutely the worst for service and repair. I bought my Kioti 2013 CK27 loader backhoe tractor from here and paid hard earned cash for it. Being a disabled veteran made it even harder earned money. I expressed that Service and repair was the most important part of my buying decision before purchasing and was assured by the owner that would not be a problem.It WAS a problem and ALWAYS has been a problem. On my most recent problem my tractor with 372 hours would not start or move. I went to arrange pickup, service and repair on 9/7/21 and told it could be up to 8 weeks for them to pick it up. Got it? Eight weeks. Bad enough but then I make 4 separate trips to see the Dealer Owner and each time told he was unavailable. I even said I was being left with no choice but to call Kioti about his dealership and if there was a secret password to call it and tell him to call me.It is now 11/11/21 and I am still waiting for a call.....This should tell you everything you need to know about buying from them. There are other Dealers that gladly want your business and Provide the Service and Repair you deserve as a paying customer. I found another Dealer and THIS DAMN SURE ISN'T ONE OF THEM. AVOID....AVOID.....AVOID.

Horrible. Good luck getting a call back even if you are trying to buy a new tractor. Once you do get a tractor good luck getting it serviced. You will get the line. Parts are on back order. The good reviews are from the people that work there. Honesty is not a part of their business.

Please avoid. Terrible experience over the last year. Paid 4K for riding mower. Broke down after first few uses. Armstrong does not return calls and it was an effort to get them to service the new machine. This year within the first few uses, again broke in such a way it could have caused major injury. Again, service poor and they insisted that they be paid for pick up and delivery. Very unpleasant people own this.As an addendum to above, the mower now does not start at all after only a few hours after it was supposedly fixed and delivered.

Took in stihl chainsaw. Couldn't get it started had sat for 3 years. Luke had it running in minutes. Thanks for a great job

Sean, Becky & Matt are Fantastic!! I love my new CK4010 Tractor & my new Kioti K9 diesel side by side!! If your thinking about buying a lawn mower, riding mower, chain saw or whatever, go see these guys and gal.

Awesome pepole I took my Stihl saw in cause I didn t know what chain it needed they figured it out and also told me I also need a bar so definitely highly recommend them great service and respect

Not sure what went down with the people giving bad reviews, but I've never had a problem here. Great, friendly service and they get you what you need.

I ve never had much luck getting anything done with this business. The no call backs is correct , and they never have supplies on hand.They cater more toward tractors and farming type of business. If you want lawn care help find someone else.
