I took my car here for inspection and this is the best mechanic shop that I have the pleasure to work with. If anything is wrong with your car Bring your car here and they will take care of you for sure .Customer service is 10 out of 10 the crew is amazing welcoming I will give this shop my business 100%.

I was beginning to no longer have confidence in my Honda CRV. It had 185,000 miles. It wasn t riding well and making a sound that made me nervous. I thought a new car was in my near future. Jamie determined the sound was likely the power steering. My car went to his shop and received a lot of overdue pampering.Turns out, he said now the car will likely give me ANOTHER 185,000 miles - I don t know if I WANT another 185,000 miles but it s a night and day difference! As I drove out of his lot, I immediately noticed a huge difference in the performance! I have confidence driving my car again. Thank you JP Automotive!Highly recommend!

Awesome experience. From speaking on the phone to delivery of service. Everyone I spoke with was happy to help. Prices were very fair in my opinion and the work was done quick. Would recommend to anyone looking for a regular mechanic.

This place was good, but a new person runs the office and scammed me. Went to get my vehicle inspected and my BMW needed a lower control arm. He gave me a quote that it will cost me about $350. I went to pick up my vehicle and it ended up costing over $500. When I questioned him, he responded " I don't include labor in the quote". It shouldn't matter about the labor because it was going to cost me ( everything included ) $350.Service: General repairs & maintenance

We used JP Automotive for our four vehicle's for years and were very pleased however, we took my car to JP Automotive for an inspection in 12/21. I picked up my car and immediately upon pulling out of the lot, I heard a knocking noise and felt the back end of my car shaking. When I dropped my car off there, it was running smoothly and was not making a knocking noise whatsoever. My husband called the owner who recognized the issue. He said that� the mechanic had replaced the trailing arm bushing with 5 washers and jb weld once they could not get the proper part. We would have never agreed to this or paid for it if we had known. He told us to bring the car back and he would make the correct bushing at no extra charge and repair it. We took the car back for the proper repair. I pulled out and the shaking� and knocking noise was still there. It was actually worse. I immediately went back in and was told that it was not what they had done to the bushing, but that the rear brake drums were out of round and to take it somewhere to have it repaired.� Considering the timing of this, we did not believe that was the real issue. We took it to another mechanic and within minutes, he saw the problem which was that the left rear tie rod was broken which is part of inspection as it is a safety issue. This was missed, not only once, but twice. The brakes were fine.� "Coincidently" the tie rod is connected to the trailing arm and we believe it was broken during repairs. Another mechanic took care of it. It took him less than 3 hours. The original bill for these "repairs" was $1,300 for front brakes and the "bushing repair" along with the general inspection/emissions......Service: General repairs & maintenance

Jamie is an incredibly talented mechanic, with exceptional customer service skills! He goes above and beyond for us and we are very, very grateful for him taking the time to fix the issues our car is having quickly! Had auto repair done for the first time here. The shop was tidy and clean, the mechanics professional, and the owner is knowledgeable, honest and very accommodating. The cost of repairs were fair and the work well done.
