I take my cars in for routine oil changes and fluid checks every few months. Always a pleasure, quick and professional. I even have them change my batteries now, the warranty on them is fantastic and you get great deals on replacements. I highly recommend!

My first time here.All good.A young technician named Franklin (I think) scanned the car's VIN number, determined the manufacturers suggested oil and presented other less expensive options, as well.As I have always done when visiting the dealership for oil changes, I chose the car manufacturer's recommended oil.While the engine oil was being drained, Franklin and his fellow team member checked the air filter and all verifiable fluids. And checked several other inspection items such as head lights, direction indicators, battery and wiper blades.They topped off windshield wash fluid and Franklin, after asking permission, reset the car's "maintenance required " notification.There was no sales pitch. The technician showed me my air filter and said it looked great (no replacement needed)All of this was done within 15 or 20 minutes at the agreed cost.Great experience. Glad I tried it out.I'll be back.

Such a nice and professional experience! I was so happy to hear that I didn t have to get out of my car and come back in an hour for a simple oil change. They do it right on the spot, and quickly!

Absolutely insane prices, told one thing then it's another when calling ahead for another oil change. Charged for the extra quart of oil but twice now left a quart short of full and told 'as long as it's between the holes on the dipstick or in the crosshatch it's fine'LOST A LONG TIME CUSTOMER!!!

A great place to get the oil changed on your vehicles, as well as filters, etc. You sit in your vehicle while they work on it. Quick, easy and convenient! Worth the price for ease and comfort. Don't do it yourself. They take good care of your vehicle!

The employees were all very nice and knowledgeable. Call in advance and they will txt you a $10 off coupon. They also top off your fluids and check air pressure in tires. I am definitely going back again

This place is a godsend. Anytime I drive through I get right in and staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They don't push anything on you just suggest. I'm out in 15 mins and it's a reasonably priced oil change. Before I went here I'd wait 1-2 hours with appointment elsewhere, like a dummy. I didn't know better!

$110 for a oil change on a 2013 Corolla. Ask before they take advantage of you, I ve been a costumer for 20years .this is my very last time coming here, and I m sure the manager could care less.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Price for synthetic blend was a little high based on other local establishments, but Valvoline is a decent product, and I could have mitigated some of the price with an online coupon. Wish they would have offered for me to look one up when I mentioned price. Also, don't stick a next change needed in 3 months or 3k miles sticker on my window when everyone knows synthetic blends, especially quality ones last 5-7k miles. Staff was very polite and professional

I'm always satisfied with the service here. The guys are fast, efficient and knowledgeable. They answer my questions and never talk to me like I'm stupid. If you're a woman taking care of your own car issues you know what I'm talking about!! I definitely reccomend Valvoline in Kingston.

I had my van's oil changed ,tire air pressure checked etc. -the basic service. Lube techs. Seemed pleasant even when under the watchful eye of their district manager. I was impressed that the district Manager actually jumped in and helped his employees . Probably not his job-as. Some would say- but he did what had to be done to ensure I was in and out in a reasonable time.

Quick, easy, and they don't pressure you into spending a lot of money on extras. They tell you what's needed and give you a printout. Very professional and decent prices.

Love this place. Always a quick painless process and while they offer you upgrades or other things to maintain on your car when you say no just an oil change they do what you ask without making you feel like you re not taking care of your car. Good price as well as they give lots of coupons.

Fastest and friendliest I have ever been to. It was my time ever at an instant lube. I loved it and will be a regular customer. A young ambitious employee was the only who knew how to use the transmission fluid machine and hooked up a discount, he alone is what made me want time back.

Great service, friendly and fast. Was there twice and plan on going there for my oil changes. They offered additional maintenance services which I did there in a timely manner as they estimated. Place to sit indoors if needed.

Usually the guys push sales, to the point it makes you annoyed. The gentleman I had today was informative, and told me the things they offered and recommended , but, he didn't make it awkward for me. Very professional, and polite!
