The people that run this place are exceptional. My lawn mower suddenly stopped working and they were on top of it right away. They fought for my warranty, I got communicated with through the whole process and they got me a new mower so quickly. They were so nice and I would recommend them to anyone. This is incredible small business and the lady was so helpful that works there.

Not a huge fan of the curbside or mask, which I didn't have...but no issue. Regardless of my petty gripes...they had the specific part in stock. Price was reasonable...and service was service to satisfaction by fulfilling my request. I don't need super friendly...or smiles....i need my part. They had it....in stock

We went in expecting to just repair our old vacuum, but the lovely lady behind the counter informed us that for like $10 more, we could get a brand new one and she gave us bags for it free of charge. She kept up lovely conversation, and was very friendly. Will certainly keep this place in mind for our future vacuum needs.

I love a clean home, and to do that I need my vacuum too run as clean as humanly possible. Went into the store seeking a new filter for my Bissel about two years ago, falling apart. They not only sold me brand new parts but filled me in on how often those parts should be changed to keep my vacuum running the best. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable, as well as kind employees. I always look forward to going in there and walking out as a very satisfied customer. I won't go anywhere else for any of the items they sell.

We have had many machines repaired at Vac Way Lawn & Garden in Kingston, PA. These repairs range from a lawn tractor to home vacuum cleaners. Most recently, my 14-year-old floor washing machine had stopped picking up the wash water. I thought I would have to replace it but took it instead to Vac Way. Ashley repaired it easily and save me a lot of $$. It now runs like a new machine and I am happy with it. Thanks so much to this very professional team - Ashley, AJ and Patti. I highly recommend them!

Went to vacway with a warranty issue on a blower I purchased at Lowe's. Lowes could not give me answers or help me at all. Ashley from vacway took time out of her schedule to help me and we didnt even purchase the blower from them. Thanks to her the blower was replaced and we couldn't be happier with her service. Lesson learned.....forget the big box stores.....shop local.

Ashley and the team at Vac-Way in Kingston never let me or my business down for small engine and vacuum sales and service. I have tried other similar shops in the area and none have the honesty and integrity of this great small business. Don't search any further, Vac-Way will take care of you.

I go to vacway very often! Always a great experience!! Deffinatly never had any issues with any warranty or non warranty work done on my equipment!Will deffinatly recommend everyone to go and help support this small business !! AAA+++

the place well organized i ordered parts for my weed wacker they said they will call me .when this week is over it will be 2 weeks no parts yet put they need to get the parts in a little faster i haven't cut my lawn since last week .

My husbands go to for parts he needs for lawnmower, snowblower & pressure washers. We also bought a new vacuum cleaner here. People that work here are so very nice & very helpful!

Lady that answers the phone hung up on me for not having the specific part number that I was looking for. How rude to treat potential customers this way. I will never consider them for my purchases again
