I took my window to be replaced on Monday, July 3rd. Customer service was alright except when I called and asked for an ETA, and they told me 3 pm. It was 1:30 pm when I called, and then I got home around 2 pm for them to call me as soon as I got home for them to tell me my car was done when I had called prior. They told me 3pm.. anyways today July 8th as I'm getting out of my husband's jeep, I noticed a dent on the front near my windshield and my paint chipped, so I was confused as to where the dent came from, not even thinking about the window replacement and so my husband tells me to check the other side and sure enough the paint was chipped near the windshield... the worst place for windshield service... had I'd seen that when I first got my car back, I would have asked for a full refund or for them to pay for the damages they caused. Don't ever bring your car here for service the absolute worst.

Great service and attention to detail took in my 4runner for cracked windshield and they called me 4 hours later for pick up. Installation was perfect, took care of not dirting interior and cleaning work area off. That was 3 weeks ago and windshield is perfect. Great customer service and very helpful when making appt and giving price. You can also schedule online and get price for your vehicle. Thanks

Safelite sliced my head liner and now it is geasy and frayed. The gopro mount is not even centered. I go back to ask them to put it back up and they say go look at another one in a car lot because they're all like that! They were paid 713.59 and ruined my truck

My mother had a crack in the windshield that needed to be fixed asap. Well, that didnt happen because they cheaped out and had incompetent delivery people who delivered a scratched up replacement that wouldn't work so she had to take the car back without it being fixed... Very disappointing business

Horrible customer service at all levels of the organization. I used this company because of their preferred vendor status with State Farm. 12 days from install and my windshield is not complete. Multiple calls and chats and I have not received a call back with a resolution. Called my agent and now have to have someone else to complete the job. Very disappointed.

I called safelite to see why they charge the full $500 deductible (plus some) I have when i go through my insurance but when I don't go through the insurance they only charge $330...I got hung up on twice and put on a silent hold the third time. Very unprofessional.

The appointment was made through my insurance company to repair my windshield. I used the online scheduling system to reschedule the appointment and it was super easy. They offer to come out to your home or business but I chose to go to them. Service was fast and friendly. I would definitely use them again.

I had to return three times for my windshield to be repaired appropriately. First time I waited an hour to be told they didn t have all the parts . Fine, it happens. Second time I was told after 4hrs they didn t have the right glass. So since I ve been out of work twice for nothing I had asked for a rental car to get me to work the third time. Everything was fine and approved until I arrived for my third appointment. Upon arrival I handed over my keys and asked about my rental. I was told I don t know about it you should probably walk there and find out I then spent the next hour trying to figure out MYSELF what happened to my rental car to finally get confirmation one was available but I ll have to pay for it. Absolutely insane. Josh was not personable and was quite rude about everything each time I had to come back. He was always confused and gave generic answers, kept returning to the shop instead of actually figuring anything out. I will not be returning to this location and advise others not to use it as well. You should probably have a manager on location to deal with customer escalations because obviously no one here knows anything.Service: Auto windshield repair

What an absolute terrific experience! I brought a custom vehicle there to have my windshield replaced. Josh and Ed had absolutely no problems working around the cars special needs and did it with a smile on their faces. I would NOT recommend this location at all! I came in for appointment on time and they informed me it wouldn't be till 5 PM before it was done. I said that was not a problem at all but I would have to wait for the vehicle since I live over an hour away and that was my only vehicle. The lady behind the counter " who was extremely sweet" told me she would ask the master tech if he could work on it sooner. So the master tech comes and tells me he wouldn't even be able to get to it anytime soon. I said I completely understand and that was not a problem at all.As I was waiting I asked the lady behind the counter if there was a store nearby so I can buy a notebook due to the fact I am studying music theory and I had plenty of work to do. She told me where a store was that was 5 minutes down the road. I am a retired Infantty Paratrooper and disabled. Since the master tech said he wouldn't even be able to get my vehicle for awhile I asked if I could just take my car. She said that was absolutely OK so I left. I was gone about 10 minutes. When I returned the nice lady told me they were ready for my car, " wonderful" I remarked. Then the master tech came in and told me he would not work on my vehicle and I had to reschedule. When I asked why he said because I left. I told him the lady said it was fine since he told me he couldn't work on my car for a couple hours. I explained to him I was gone approximately 10 minutes and that I just drove well over an hour to have my window replaced and my inspection is due on the 1st. He said that it was not his problem but he understood. Again I asked him to please repair my window but he refused and told me to reschedule. So I politely left and called corporate. When I explained the situation they immediately rescheduled me at a different location. He also said he " couldn't have me around the waiting room all day. I said fine, I will go across the street where there was a Cafe and I could work on my music theory homework. But still he refused.I am a disabled vet, It's extremely hard for me to get out and do things. To my brothers and sisters that served I did 4 tours in Iraq and Afghanistan with the 82nd ABN with the 1/325 Airborne Infantry regiment. And another tour in Iraq with 1st Cav 2/12. This is the way this man treats disabled vets. Imagine how the master tech treats others. I highly reccomend you avoid this location when you need repair. Safelite has a great reputation and it's sad that one person can ruin that.. The Master tech was extremely rude and I did my best to maintain my military bearing. Last I checked gas is extremely expensive and I am on a fixed income. I am.compleyely baffled as to why I received such treatment. I was extremely polite during the whole thing. Again. I strongly reccomend you avoid this location.

Today was my 2nd time using this particular site(different vehicle). Josh(pleasant) was the first person to great me when I dropped off the vehicle. He gave me an estimated time for a pickup. I received a phone call stating my vehicle was ready. Upon me returning there was an older gentleman there , unfortunately I can t remember his name he also was pleasant and very detailed. I would recommend them.Services: Auto windshield replacement, Wiper blade installation

My husband accidentally cracked our windshield while clearing ice off of it, and when speaking with our insurance company we were recommended to Safelite. I was able to schedule my appointment online which was convenient. We brought out car in today and it took about 2 hours to completely replace our windshield and it is as good as new, if not better. The people were also super friendly, I would definitely recommend this place.

Fixed problems found under windshield before new glass was installed and kept me in the loop at all that was being done. Will definitely go back to this location if service is needed in the future. Frank, Louis and his team were very helpful.

I needed to fix a small BB sized crack in my windshield. Rather than replace the entire windshield, I had that area fixed by Safelite. It was taken care of in about a half hour, Lou did a great job, and Frank (the manager) was fantastic! The job was inexpensive and they gave the option of coming to the house or me going to the shop. I will DEFINITELY be back to the Kingston location again if I need any glass services. Great job, guys! Thanks again!

They were friendly and honest. They fixed my moms windshield because a FedEx truck kicked a rock and cracked her windshield. Reasonable prices, and fast service.

Got into my car on a hot day to find that my rear view mirror had fallen off...I stopped my a store and Frank took it right in and fixed it. Amazing customer service. I've also used their mobile service. I wouldn't call anyone else.

I'm not a guy with a car, I'm a car lover. I take care of my vehicles to a level bordering on obsessive.When my windshield got damaged by a rock on the highway I was more upset that I would have to entrust someone else to work on my vehicle than the actual damage.Luckily I found Frank and the gang at Safelite Kingston. They took the time to make sure my repair was done correctly, and using the right parts. Frank went above and beyond by working with my insurance company to ensure my repair was done right.I can say without a doubt that these guys make sure to exceed your expectations. I would recommend them to anyone.

This was my first time and will be my last time dealing with this company. Had my original windshield replaced after a rock hit it and cracked it. After picking up my car from the shop, I noticed that there is a substantial difference in the amount of noise coming through at the windshield. This includes wind and road noise, especially from other vehicles coming by me. It also rained the following days and I noticed there was a leak under the dash after driving in the rain. I contacted Safelite about the problems and I requested an OEM windshield be installed in the car to remedy both problems. It has been over 3 weeks and multiple phone calls to their customer care center and nothing has been done. Safelite refuses to warranty their work and products they install. I recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Still waiting for my refund since August 16th. The person at the store said it would only take 3 days to return to my account. Obviously lied. There appears to be no management at this store. Taking action on a higher level now.
