I have nothing but good things to say about this place. A wonderful family owned establishment that treats you as their own. They are the only ones that I trust not only with my Classic Thunderbirds but my daily drivers as well. Brian and his crew are the most knowledgeable group of mechanics in the industry.

The owners were great. They sold me a car and were fair with price. They went above and beyond with anything I requested for my car. I recommend!

Purchased a 1997 Jaguar XK8 convertible this week. Gorgeous car in impeccable condition! We owned one in 1997. To me it looks and performs like the one off the showroom floor in 1997. The service throughout our purchase exceeded all expectations. Definitely will deal with them again. Special thanks to Martina for her exceptional efforts.

The staff at Rayco where very friendly and stayed open late on Saturday to get our sale complete! 3 days later a had a problem with a tire on the car we bought, while on vacation! I call Jesse at Rayco explain what was going on. He bought us a tire over the phone at the tire shop we where at got us back on our way! The best place we have bought a car yet! We love our Cadillac, Thanks, Rayco!!!

This was my first visit to Rayco for a minor service issue on a 2013 Mini Cooper. Met Brian Fowler, Service Director, who has awesome customer service skills and in no time my issue was fixed. I felt like a long time customer and friend. I will definitely be back and highly recommend Rayco for your service needs.

We drove 3 hours to the dealership and well worth every minute of it. Everybody was wonderful to deal with and treated us as if we were long time customers. I would and will deal with them again.

Unless you'd like to be unpleasantly surprised, get a pre-inspection somewhere else before buying from here.I failed to heed my own advice. I bought a Porsche Boxster that is, honestly, in excellent condition. The price was reasonable compared to the current market, so I didn't haggle, repeat didn't haggle the price. When Porsche inspected the car for my state, I realized that, while the rear tires were new, the front tires were 6+ years old. Because I'm not interested in my wife getting killed in a tire blowout accident, I got to spend nearly a grand over my first few days of ownership.I know, this was my fault for missing such a detail, and it's not against any law to sell a car like that. But this business primarily sells sports cars that people tend to drive kind hard, and it would've been nice to trust that they wouldn't play it cheap with your safety, especially on a car you paid full bill for. I'll leave it to you, the reader, if you want to do business with people that pull this kind of garbage.I emailed the sales rep I dealt with along with the owner (after the sales rep failed to respond). After 20 days, I got crickets, so I guess they're a-ok with it. Consider that when dealing with them. Shame, they were otherwise good to deal with and the car was (otherwise) as good as advertised. I have friends that drive 911, 944s (yep) and are actively looking for gen-2 987s ... I definitely warned them to get a pre-inspection or look elsewhere. Yes, they ragged me for not getting a pre-inspection too.ON the owners response: No, I DID NOT get a response, well, until now. If people would care to read, I said in my second paragraph that it is not illegal to sell a car like this, nobody broke any laws. Far more sources than the Porsche guys doing the inspection recommended replacing 6 year old tires on a sports car, including car enthusiasts I know, mostly for safety reasons. As this car had after market tire widths (spacers and all) replacing these tires was not cheap. The reader can decide for themselves if this is a reasonable criticism and if such issues would keep you from patronizing this buisness (especially if they have the exact car you want), but there's nothing false about this review.

I had the best experience with this dealership. Glenn and Mike went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied and that the car was right. Let me explain, We traveled about 300 miles each way to buy a 14 year old car, when we got there it had some road noise, maybe a tire or some front end work. After awhile I decided to take the car as is and get it sorted out myself. It being a long drive and we really liked the car! I was getting ready to do the deal the owner Mike, heard I was concerned. He stopped the deal grabbed the keys and took a test ride with me to hear what I was hearing. Mike was muttering words like unacceptable and your not taking this car. Long story short, they fixed it at their expense and help me with some travel expense!!! Unreal, best ever car buying experience. Thank you Mike and your team.

Brian Fowler and his team are really incredible. I had to have my car fixed up and inspected on a very short timeframe in advance of a very long drive to Maine. Brian stayed in touch with me all day while the car was being worked on and when it was time for me to pick it up, he explained every detail to me. It just felt like he really cared. It s very clear that his whole team genuinely cares and they provide such a warm customer experience.

I have been dealing with Rayco for years and have always felt confident that they had my best interests at heart. I recently wanted to restore an old Mercedes I was attached to and Jesse was amazing. He was so helpful...and honest about all the potential my car didn't have! He went out of his way to assist me but I knew his honesty in restoring my car was valid. He always took my calls and was so patient with explaining all the details to me..I just can't say enough nice things about Marina"s and Mike's staff. They are so professional and even more important...honest in their explanations....and expectations. BTW they also do the best detailing in the valley!

The mechanic I normally use will only due minor maintenance on our Audi, anything in depth he wont touch. Last week when we were having major issues with our A4 we nearly took it to the Audi Dealership. Thankfully I remembered Rayco Eurospec has a service department. Jesse the service manager was amazing. He had a technician come to the house to see if they could get the car started so it didn't have to be towed(still had to be towed, but appreciated them trying). While the vehicle was at Rayco Jesse kept me informed every step of the way. He and his team were great. They got our car running better than before. They even washed it for us. Will always use them moving forward, and recommend them to everyone I know.

Purchased my second car from Rayco, a 2008 Aston Martin V8 Vantage Roadster (first was a Ferrari 348ts back in 2006 which Mike gladly took back in trade for a very fair price)! The sales staff was outstanding. They let me test drive as long as necessary to allow me to be comfortable that the Aston was what I really wanted. There was no pressure at all from anyone. The staff took their time to answer all the questions I had. The sales process was quite simple after I made up my mind. Martina handled all my financing needs as well as the paperwork. The car was FLAWLESS when I picked it up. I would recommend Rayco to anyone looking for a car.

I e-mailed a sales rep, Glenn, about test driving a 2016 charger R/T and I remained in contact with him the entire time about the status of the vehicle until I was able to come down and test drive it. He was very accommodating with me, as I lived 5 hours away. After coming down and test driving it I decided to buy it. Glenn was an amazing associate and I would highly recommend him. Martina their financial officer was unreal. She absolutely went above and beyond to help me and was very creative with her solutions to the few problems that arose from buying the car out-of-state. She is truly a wonderful woman and I can't recommend this dealership enough.

I was very leery about buying a used vehicle from a non-name dealership. I did some research and realized you cant stay in business for as long as Rayco without doing something right. I purchased a Corvette Grand Sport and could not be happier. I have had it for many months and have absolutely loved the car. Dave Allen was my salesman, talk about low pressure...how about no pressure! He was wonderful to deal with. The car was exactly as represented by pictures, low mileage and well taken care of. Was the car a steal? Well no, but a reasonable transaction for what they were offering. The vehicle still smells new when I get in and its a 2010. Drives like a car with 6k (actual mileage) on it, tight and responsive. I had some very minor issues that were taken care of immediately, and one small detail which they were happy to remedy without me bringing the car back to them. Martina handled the paperwork, and it went smoothly. When you see some of the costumer cars being serviced in the garage that cost more than my house its clear there is some trust with there service team. So what is the end result? I hit the site frequently to see what other luscious vehicles they have to offer. I did many reviews about Rayco, probably OCD, are there some poor reviews?...well yes there are. There were way more positive results which got me in my car for the almost 2 hour drive. My experience was fantastic, the car is a head turner. The whole experience was very positive and I would return. It is an interesting way to make a living, surround yourself with the cars of the world you love everyday and marvel at engineering from around the world. I did see some reviews about the cars being reconditioned, sure they are. It is all right there for you to see, there is no area 51 that is off limits, that impressed me! There is a passion with car people, and its evident on this lot!

I was here with my partner in 2017 and we were looking to possible trade our SUV in for another vehicle they had on the lot. Never in my life have I personally been treated so horribly! We wanted to see the inside of the car and then we asked if we could take a test drive, while they had someone take a look at our vehicle to give an offer on it. The lady who got the keys for the car was nice at first and then when we asked to take it for a test drive, she got defensive and basically said no, because we would have to do a credit check first. She then wouldn't allow us to see any more of the vehicle. So we went to the manager to find out the trade in value they were offering. Now, we had a Escape Titanium with like low milage, and it was only a few years old and well taken care of. They were only offering $13,000 for a car we could've taken elsewhere and gotten close to $19,000-20K. We said forget it, and left. Maybe the lady knew that since they always offer low amounts on trade ins, we would have ended up leaving anyway. I am assuming we didn't look wealthy enough to purchase a vehicle there. They really didn't treat us well and I have always loved the inventory Rayco gets. But after that experience, never will I go there, nor will I refer anyone to this place.

Buying a car can be (usually is) a stressful, annoying experience...made more so when car is pricey luxury car. We drove almost two hours to Rayco, and it would have been worth a 6-hour drive ! World w Glenn, who I swear is only honest car salesman in world....folksy and no bull sh*t have to talk to my manager stuff...I hate hate hate a car salesman who is a slick Willie ...Glenn was no-nonsense...kind and quick. Experience was easier than buying a crib off craig s List...just the way we like it! We got phenomenal deal on the perfect car...they were super accommodating and gracious. I would have bought a lot more cars over the years if I realize I wouldn t have had to dread it so much! Fantastic experience!

Well my wife and I purchased a high end car from there in the end of April 2018. I was given a car fax report saying everything was and gas been brought up to date with service inspections etc. Well we drove the car for about a month then I noticed that the car didn t even have the state inspection stickers on the windshield. Ok no big deal right well we called and they said bring it down. That was the beginning of June 2018. Well i just got a flat tire and I as I took the tire off the whole inside of the tire was past the belt. Now mind you I bought the car with almost 13k miles on it and it now has a little over 16k but this was the only issue I had with the car since I ve had it but its the most important one because these are steer tires. If I could add all the lil things up I gotta believe that they never serviced the vehicle or even put it on the lift!!! I will never take the vehicle back for service or buy another vehicle from this dealer again and wouldn t recommend them to anyone!!!After this review was posted Rayco did reach out to me about the issues we have had with our car. And I gladly change my RATING TO 4 STARS because of the service manager Jessie has gone above and beyond to make sure everything has been corrected within 24 hrs of my review. He takes care of the customers with such respect and gives a 110% along with the other technicians in the service department they stopped what they were doing to make sure everything was pristine with my car so that we are happy customers. The only reason I will not change to 5 star is because it should have not gotten to the point of me writing a review like this. So in my view the service department would be the reason I would come back either for service or to purchase a car because they went the extra mile and checked over the car so we would be happy!! Thanks again Jessie.

After purchasing my vehicle from Rayco (2009 Mercedes ML350) I had some extremely minor issues with the headlights (bulbs were burning out). The service department was extremely friendly, took care of the issues at no cost to me and even washed my car. The car itself runs beautifully and I have had no other problems with it.Overall, a great operation from sales to finance, to service!

Problem I have is that when I received my car there were 3 dents on the drivers side door. I bought the car just by photos on website alone and had it shipped to Maryland. I never haggled the price I paid what they wanted but I am sure they knew those dents were there. I would never have bought a car with dents on the door. I paid top dollar for the vehicle. I let them know but never received a response. Typical. They already have my money. I should of paid to have a pre-inspection of the vehicle. Never again. Always try to look your vehicle over in person or have a pre-inspection it s worth it. I also wanted to add that I was told the hydraulic latch cylinders were addressed for leaks. Well obviously they didn t address that either because over the weekend I have hydraulic fluid dripping on my passenger seat.

Today was my second visit to Rayco, having brought my VW in for routine service work and a cosmetic issue. The team is professional, courteous, and honest. It truly is one of the shops you can trust, rare in this area. Will seriously consider buying a car from their sales team in the next year. Looking forward to future visits to the shop. A+

Bought both of my Mercedes at rayco. This second time around I asked them to find a certain model for me, within a week they found it, handpicked by the owner Mike. The following week i was able to get great financing by Martina. As soon as i drove it off the lot i was very satisfied. I will definitely be purchasing my 3rd Mercedes from them in the future.

Rayco is the best. The vehicle I purchased was used but it great condition. They helped me with the issues I had trying to register the car because of covid shutting down most of the RMV in MA. They have gone the extra mile to make me happy and I would recommend them to anyone. Top notch all around.

First, this is the most solid, trustworthy and mechanically sound vehicle I have ever purchased (better than advertised). I am a car nut and I know cars, both in a mechanical and value perspective manner. Having owned dozens of automobiles and motorcycles over many years, this is by far the best vehicle and the best purchase experience I have EVER had. I can't stress how much that statement means coming from a guy who has owned sports cars, muscle cars, classic American cars, Harleys and driven, ridden and otherwise operated every piece of machinery out there. I've even restored several vehicles. This 2009 Mazda RX-8 is beyond showroom condition and drives like it just came off the showroom floor. These guys don't play games, they stand behind the vehicles they sell and only sell to what meets "their" extremely high quality standards. With all that said, HERE IS THE REAL STORY OF MY PURCHASE EXPERIENCE: I had the privilege of dealing with Mr. Mike Lynch. I walked into the dealership thinking, "here we go again" after having so many bad experiences from randomly bad, poorly operated and unethical joints that just wanted to make a deal and throw any vehicle at me. I had gone through some tough times but I knew what I wanted and I knew what I could do. When I met Mike, he had the vehicle ready (better than I ever expected) and within seconds I knew I could trust him (This is said from a guy who has been in the sales industry for more than 25 years, I automatically know if someone is real and genuine). He did not pressure me or push me. He made me laugh numerous times and I immediately found camaraderie with him. He listened to me and spoke "with" me, not "at" me. He is just a great guy and I chose to buy from him not just because he had the finest model of car I was seeking but because he bent over backwards for me to make it happen and he was genuinely honest and decent with me. SIMPLE FACT: I will never buy a vehicle from another dealership or person again, for me; it is Mike Lynch and Rayco Eurospec Motorcars ONLY. They created a customer for life. Lastly, Martina is unbelievable!! She did so much for us and she was so helpful and kind! I can t say enough positive things about Rayco, just Thank You . Seems to me people who buy here, stay here! I can see why! These guys are real, rest at ease folks, you can't find better. Thanks Mike!!!

Overall Rayco Eurospec Motorcars was a fantastic dealership to work with. I have been searching for a specific car for the past several weeks, and Rayco made it happen for me in one day. Between their exceptional service, and how easy they are to work with, I would definitely consider purchasing another vehicle from them!

Their service department needs work. I brought my BMW X5 in to to get a strut replaced. I drove my car for awhile (2 months) and the issue I brought it in for was still there. They gave me the bogus lie that my car was the issue. I took it to another shop and they explained to me that the strut was not installed properly and that I was missing parts on the strut. Rayco basically stole $500 from me, and I had to pay another $500 to get the work done properly. I have not had an issue with my car yet, and it has been 2 months since I had it fixed properly.
