Unfortunately on the highway a mystery piece smashed into my car causing damage to the fan system and paint. I obviously needed it fixed and decided to check out Pompey based on recommendations from several people. They were booking out 2 weeks but were able to accommodate me since I was moving South in a week. I cannot recommend Chris and Pompey Collision enough! My car literally looks brand new and I could not be happier! Seriously, if you need body work done on your car go to Pompey!It was also super easy to work with them and our insurance. Once a claim was filed, I came back same day for pictures to be submitted to insurance and got a call next day with an estimate.Service: Painting

I could not be happier with my entire interaction with Pompey! They worked directly with my insurance company and all I had to do was drop off and pick up. Steve was great to work with! He explained the entire process when we first spoke, I received the quote the day i dropped off and my car was done the day they anticipated. To my very pleasant surprise, my car was detailed inside and out when I picked it up! The entire process could not have been easier and my car looks like new. Excellent work!

I brought my car here to have a new front bumper installed. They put it on completely wrong it doesn t look correct whatsoever. I bought 2 or 3 of this type of bumper and had them put on at another shop. It was always done perfectly until I brought my car here. They blamed missing parts from manufacturer and gave me no further help. I ve never had missing parts before from the company I bought the bumper from. They basically just did whatever they could to put it on so some pieces of my car & the bumper are bent, cracked, or broken. Scum!!!!!! Take your car to an actual auto body shopService: Body & Trim

Meh. Fixed the car after an accident, front bumper and grill used OEM parts at least OEM. Picked up when called and was surprised the car wasn't washed or cleaned. The car was completely cleaned out before insurance towed it their.

Going to keep it simple.. I had about 2k in damages on my 23 mazda 3 front-end. They made my car look new again. No complaints. The guys in the office area are all nice

My Rav 4 was rear-ended, and it was fixed perfectly at Pompey Collison, looks better than ever. Very helpful and kind staff, very happy with my experience Thank you !

I would give no stars if I could ! My daughter was hit by a drunk unlicensed driver ,took her jeep compass to them to fix it ,The door was not adjusted correctly and porcupine quills in tire upon return, there was electrical issues from day 1 of return, took it back 2 times then referred to dealership ,pompey tried to say the dealership was ripping us off ,when in reality after 4 months it was there they actually fixed it and found out that it was pompey negligence on their repair and they broke wires as a result in the wiring harness now I am out over $700 on parts that went bad cause you broke wires and my daughter hasn't had a vehicle in months and lost a very good job! Someone better reach out to us or you will be hearing from us and it won't be from me ! But our lawyer ! It was 2020 jeep compass white with black roof

Took my SUV in to get fixed after it was rear ended. Other insurance paid for the damage. They did a 5 minute inspection. Only took 2 pictures. Waited 2 months. They replaced the rear bumper and that was all. They stated the insurance denied anymore work. Called the insurance. Pompey never even requested more work from the insurance. They saw some rust under the vehicle and didn't want to work on it. My car is not in the condition it was in before the accident. It is NOT SAFE to be driven with my 3 kids in the car. The car drives sideways and my wife can't even hold the steering wheel straight. They didn't reinstall the panels in the trunk or the carpet or tailgate/hatch seal. The hatch doesn't even open from the handle anymore. The rear defroster is still broken. Our muffler is still missing.Already heard bad things about this place before i took my car in but the insurance automatically picked this shop. I will be taking ANY and all of my cars to a different collision shop from here on out and will continue to tell people not to use pompey collision and ive only heard bad news from them. I had my car there for an accident that wasn t my fault and the other party was under the influence no license or insurance and was a rental car..I had to pay for Eve out of my own pocket didn t fix it correctly took hardly no pictures a lot of under car damage alignment was off had it back for the 3 rd time and still had problems just had to buy 2 front and wheel alignment they were supposed to do 1 year ago and now a year later my tires are bald ! My car came back with damage that wasn t there before I took it to Pompey!The guys that work there look out of it! I would take a picture, but my car is kind of dirty now! They did a great job! Took care of the dent, as well as cleaned the car! The also kept to the time, and the cost! I would highly recommend!Service: PaintingService: Painting

Didn t have a choice with collision shops given the area. Process started out too good to be true. I ve seen better work. A tire was supposed to be replaced which they could not locate and they stated they will send me a check which was several dollars less than what I paid (brand new snow tire), I m still waiting on the check. I ve been calling and there s no answer.

They were excellent very professional, and explained everything in detail, so I understood what needed to be done how they were going to do it. They fixed my truck beautifully outside and detailed the inside so nicely. They take there jobs serious and go above and beyond there job! The best I have seen in awhile.

MY CAR WAS THERE FOR A DAY AND HALF DUE OTHER VEHICLE BEFORE MINE WHICH IS NORMAL AND NO PROBLEM WITH ME.I GOT A RENTAL AS WELL AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND FRIENDLY SERVICE FROM ALL STAFF THERE.THEY VERY BUSY BUT THEY DO THE JOB DARN GOOD.The prices vary depending on the damage and what the insurance covers and if you need work done without insurance for body collision work it.s not cheap that's true but being the way things are do to getting supply and cost have gone up across the country there is not much you can do.If you can.t afford right away save up.They are worth the money.They do guarantee their work.You will not be disappointed.They hard working with their customers and the insurance company's and if you pay separately it.s still getting the same deal for the work that needs to be done.I am going back for any future work needed on my vehicle if needed.

Chose pompey so it could be a "one-stop-shop" for an accident I was in. My car is fully loaded, lots of options, lots of work for the mechanics. So I get the call that my car is done. Air bag light on cuz there something wrong with the air bag sensor for the passenger seat. Climate controls don't work anymore. Left the lot with my heated steering wheel on, heated seats on, heat on full blast, and no way to control it. Air pressure low in my tires. Windshield not replaced. Bumper not lining up as it should on the driver's side. A rumble in my brakes. Was told that they didn't break it. It just went. Everything worked in my car when I dropped it off. It drove better when I dropped it off. Also. A the heat being on, and it's 81 degrees out. Plus they gave it to me with a huge smudge on the drivers side of the Windshield, as if someone placed a greasy forearm on the Windshield, right in my field of vision.. Will never utilize this collision place again....if needed. My car wouldn't even pass an inspection, the way they made me take it off of their property.

Top quality work! Pompey Auto Body went above and beyond to make my vehicle look brand new again. Excellent paint and body work with friendly, fast, efficient service. I would highly recommend them to anyone! My Gieco agent Ken was excellent as well, keeping me informed every step of the way.

I have 2 brand new cars that were damaged by the Hail storm in February 2017. Both Mike from their Geico office and Ray from Pompey were great in getting the estimates and body work done promptly. My cars came out great! Top notch shop!

Does a great job fixing the vehicle better then new. They honor their lifetime guaranty with now questions ask. Only place I will take my vehicles to body work or collision repairs done

Our insurance company did not give us a choice about getting our car worked on here. I have yet to come into contact with an employee that was not extremely rude and made such a point to try to act better then the custoners.

Took it in for body work - left with every dashboard light on. They obviously did something to the engine. Did not complete the body work contracted by insurance as well. Shisters!
